Don’t ever get @Plusnet broadband! Tried to cancel within 14 days of it going live due to it being absolutely useless, to then be told the cooling off period was from when I signed up!! 🤬. (Had to switch the WiFi off to tweet this)

@Plusnet Rubbish old BT router and uses old technology so 25Mbps slower than Vodafone broadband over same lines. I was told I should be glad it wasn't an even capper service.. BT company, so don't give a toss about the customers.. Cheapish, but same old crap really..

@Plusnet my broadband went offline on Sunday. been off or unstable since. BT have been and proven the line is fine. I've tried 3 different routers. No joy. But I cannot escalate the fault. Spent 1 hour on hold waiting for a manager, no manager avaliable. #poorcustomerservice

@Plusnet ,the agent who tried to help me was very sympathetic. But he just could not get a manager to speak to me. I'm a network engineer, I know the fault is not with the line or router. I need this escalating so I can work. #poorcustomerservice

@Plusnet hello, my internet has kept cutting out all day again. My postcode is M5 4SG. This is happening far too frequently. Can you please fix it? When this happened last time you were able to fix it remotely instead of sending an engineer so hope that’s possible. Thanks
