@Plusnet Hi. Just wanted to let you know I’ve been trying to set up my router with the username that’s shown in my member centre for two hours and it turns out it’s wrong. On the website it’s free-online but phone support says it’s freeonline. Usernames don’t have hyphens in them

@_gracelatter @Plusnet We're on virgin as we got a decent deal - 25.99 plus a 75 quid Amazon voucher and as loathe as I am to support Amazon it was great for moving house! Talk Talk are also supposed to be good - I usually just go for price comparison sites and see what looks best!

@Plusnet Hi just changed to plusnet and got the hub up and running without issues. Previously, with BT, the biggest problem was we kept losing internet connection. Unfortunately this is still happening - usually fixed with a restart. I was convinced it was the BT hub - help!

@GeekNamedMike We recently had my own issues with Plusnet, after our speeds randomly plummeted despite no detectable faults. However, after splitting the bands per their advice, and connecting my device to the 5Ghz band, our speeds returned.

@Plusnet Our broadband ordered to activate 10 days ago but sadly still don’t have an internet connection. We called Plusnet many times and their answers are all contradicatory and they don’t seem to know what was the exact issue. So irresponsible and incompetence.
