I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. Apparently as our service provider faults should be addressed and rectified in two days. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.
