@GaryWilliamsIT We do have proper FTTC coming soon so I would consider paying more for a decent connection. We get a fairly consistent 65Mbs with Plusnet (whose service has been good and very consistent) - this is Lindfield / Haywards Heath area

  • Skeir_73 skeir (@Skeir_73) reported

@Plusnet Thanks. Thats exactly what i wanted and was told this wasn't possible which annoyed me as I am a loyal customer with 3x sim only deals with u and my fibre broadband, and I wanted 2 of the 3 sim only deals added to this and was told that would not be possible.

  • sjnassoc Steve Jackson (@sjnassoc) reported

@Plusnet hi - I’m frustrated! Got a new hub2 today, all seemed ok to set up but it took my device to a “login” page with no info on what to do next. There was blue light on hub but no internet access. I presume I need to add my broadband username &Pw somewhere?

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@kerryhappygirl Sorry Kerry! My second reply to your tweet sent as a private message. It should be "inconvenience caused. I can see that your connection was down on Tuesday but now looks to be back up and running. Please let me know if you're still having any problems" Regards Emily Plusnet Leeds

  • PeterJWild73 Peter J Wild (@PeterJWild73) reported

Well done @Plusnet. Old ISP has disconnected their service and your router has not arrived. So no way of finding out if I have been transferred to you a day early. An auspicious start to your service.

  • pcbosworth Philip (@pcbosworth) reported

@Plusnet I thought there was supposed to be no preferential treatment of network users? How come my wife (EE customer) gets 2-3bars of 4G and my daughter and I get no signal (Plusnet customers)? We have the same phones.
