GeeMan (@Greymayce) reported@tina0402x The trouble is all other providers BT Plusnet etc apart from Virgin use the same cabling, be it copper or fibre it all comes from the exchange. I worked at BT and this was explained by an engineer in the training. Copper is being phased out.

Louislou🧓🏉 (@BrantLesley) reported@esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy
