Its an SMS from Post Office, HMRC, Broadband service etc. I have been using Plusnet for over 5 years now and never faced this issue, You can update your site tomorrow that you dont offer calling? what good is such a service without SMS?

Jack (@FurryPhilosifer) reported@ShayMay_ I abandoned Plusnet because my Xbox wouldn't connect to my router at all and they said it's cause I didn't have fibre. That isn't how bandwidth works! 😩 "This is the support I'm supposedly paying more for?"

Husband is VERY stressed having to ring daily and explain the issue DAILY with NO RESLOVE DAILY!!! Not impressed with this company AT ALL!!!
