    @AfroChuck87 @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk Kind of is now as they are not BT engineers. They are Openreach engineers as they run the network. BT just provides broadband over the network the same as sky, plusnet etc.

    @Plusnet I've only just moved over to Plusnet from years with Vodafone. Let's say it's not a great start to being with you. I required help on Thursday and not today.

    @Plusnet so I called plusnet explained enjineer came out still dropping signal and all I get is yes we can see it's dropped several times paying for a service that I can't use
