    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @Plusnet I'm unable to login to my account via any browser or device (just get the same blank grey screen) and despite us paying a premium for better upload speeds, today the best upload speed I can get is 2.98MB. Please can someone come back to me?

    @Plusnet I have just used gmail via safari and everything seems ok. I assume that means it’s an app issue. I have already contacted Apple just in case but not hopeful of a response. It just seems odd it’s only happening on WiFi.

    @hugsparty I think I need to put my Plusnet password into my dream machine somehow and put my m/r into modem mode but the m/r side doesn't make it easy so **** it

    @Plusnet 24 days without internet, 3 appointments where open Reach didn't turn up and I've asked 9 times for a manager call back. Happy with the service you are providing?

    @Plusnet has there been outage at Plusnet mobile past half hour. Despite rebooting everything had spinning thing. Ok now.

    @Plusnet ok folks. My mum sadly passed away on 24/03/22. Tried to contact Plusnet when she moved into care to cancel her contract, they wouldn’t speak to me. Now mum has died they won’t talk to her Solicitor. Why not, they’re only doing their job😢
