@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

@Plusnet We have sent a message with regards to a charge we are disputing and no one has got back to us the past couple of weeks. We also have very slow broadband. We have been on call with one of your operatives this morning and unfortunately nothing resolved...HELP!

@Plusnet is the worst broadband about, thought sky was bad, nope plummet is even worse despite supposedly having the fibre package, shocking
