  Frustrated by ongoing @Plusnet email issues. Intermittently able to access through webmail but emails will not download to computer. Two days without not good

  @Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

  @savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk I'm currently with Plusnet which is owned by BT. I'm paying for 36 mbps but I'm lucky to get 9 sometimes it's less than 1 but the speed goes up & down like a yoyo. I also get disconnected frequently but only for a few seconds. I wonder if it would help if I bought another router

  @Chris_Widgery @Plusnet I was forced to listen to a message saying "we have a limited team on-hand right now" while on hold to Talk talk recently, which I found was a very striking **** you to their customers.

  @Plusnet Hi, still no progress with lack of signal at home and surrounding area, this has gone on for over a month and can't even use wifi calling as you do t support it, both contracts are due for renewal in January - don't think I'll be renewing.

  Plusnet used to be so good, now they're just another BT derivative, void of humanity, greedy for every penny, take away your service at the blink of an eye & bill you for their mistakes. Plusnet are warning me about not paying for a service i haven't had for 2 months. BT effect!

  @Screwfix Plusnet. Only noticed the issue yesterday. Not a handset issue, as the same thing happens on other handsets too.
