    Frustrated by ongoing @Plusnet email issues. Intermittently able to access through webmail but emails will not download to computer. Two days without not good

    @Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

    @Plusnet engineer coming this morning between 8 and 1. Only 9 hours late so far. Not the best start for a new customer. I've had no update. My online account has no update and everytime I try calling there's long waiting times. I'm not queueing.

    @Plusnet Funny how when my contact was up for renewal no issues Since the day of renewal I l have lost connection for at least an hour every day and have no internet at all today for the last 6 hours I wish to leave

    @OpenreachHelp Gary, Open reach will not confirm anything. Nearly two weeks without a phone connection. Plusnet are blaming Open reach and vice versa. Shameful way to treat customers.

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me. I contacted PlusNet and there was a fault in my area. Took a couple of days to fix. Thanks for your reply.

    @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp @MarcAllera Please Can You confirm that the openreach engineer will be out today, between 13.00-18.00 as promised, to fix the telephone line. Nearly two weeks now we have been without a working line, we are still unable to take card payments!

    @JanineShirley2 @TalkTalk @Plusnet I cancelled my DD in September, the problem is the I’ll be unfairly recorded as non payment for services i cancelled correctly and no longer have..
