NuttyNatsu (@tamikonatsu) reported@Plusnet once again dealing with disconnect after disconnect. Engineer gets sent out, it's fine for 2 or 3 months and process is then repeated. Clearly nothing is actually being done to solve the underlying issue.

Michael Hamilton (@LawOfProtest) reported@l_n0te @Plusnet The only way I could get to speak to anyone was to select the "If you're thinking if leaving us ..." option. But he couldn't help because apparently there's no-one in the Broadband support team today as it's a Bank Holiday.
