@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

@Plusnet I seem to have a router issue, first lookup error with WiFi and now no ethernet..have pressed reset on my desktop ethernet and it stated resetting for too long. Pressed the factory reset on the box now

@nw_nicholas @Plusnet Assume you've tried these. To speak with someone at Plusnet UK, call their customer service number 0330 1239 123. You can also call 0800 073 1120. For 12-month contracts, use the number 0330 1239 123.

Bank ****** up, they sent me £80 compensation the same day. ISP ****** up, they'll send me back what they overcharged... eventually, maybe. Poor showing @Plusnet.
