  @Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

  Astonishingly bad service from @Plusnet and @OpenreachHelp. They investigated a speed fault. I wasn’t in so they decided to just disconnect my house (phone and broadband). Call centre says they can’t return now until Monday. I work from home so this is totally unacceptable.

  @Plusnet 1st time let down in over 10 yrs. Oprch due today to fit FFBB. No router delivered. No changed details from you. Arrangements made to be free all afternoon have been wasted. Disappointing. Your phone not being answered doesn't help.

  So I've been getting slow transfers from @putdotio via @Plusnet for a few days now. It seems really sus. And then I use @NordVPN to switch to any other location (even just to London) and suddenly I get full bandwidth again so something is throttling connections.

  @Plusnet Man I don't have a single clue what it is with your routers, but my networks IP addresses are so borked right now. I can list at least 5 IP addresses, that when given to any device on my network, the router will refuse to give them an internet connection.

  @Plusnet Appalling today. I waited for a booked engineer visit which didn’t happen, and no explanation. Now I have had to delay moving house and the planned removal van, since I’d have been left with no service. Please sort yourselves out!

  Also, while we're at it WHY did I have to create a second WiFi network on a SEPARATE ROUTER purely and only for APPLE DEVICES? Because they do not connect to the Plusnet Hub One hubs (I have TWO) at all. I have to use a Virgin Media Hub in "Switch" Mode to add another network.

  @OldGrumpyswife @TattyOne Hi Julie. Phone's suddenly working. Don't know how long it'll last.Internet keeps dropping out.Been through all the trouble shooting with Plusnet. They've run out of ideas.xx

  @plusnethelp I am getting phone calls daily from family in West Yorkshire asking if there is any news of the @Plusnet outage ending. They cannot get through on the phone - do you have any updates please? In some cases it is almost a week
