    Frustrated by ongoing @Plusnet email issues. Intermittently able to access through webmail but emails will not download to computer. Two days without not good

    @Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

    @Plusnet cutting off your customers instead of announcing you had a major issue is NOT business smart. The entire country is affected. Make a goddamn statement already. How long are we going to be off??? Are repairs underway???? Is anything being done?

    @O2 keeps dropping out, not receiving calls or texts, data is on and off and @Plusnet not working either. 1st world problems but the only day I need internet and both aren't working properly 😑😑😑

    @altrinchamhq @Plusnet There working on a fix now 👀. Don't know what's happened exactly but my router is connecting to a private ip address range.

    @PixieJo Hi Jo. Some customers are experiencing problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We are working quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. -James(No2) in Sheffield

    @rktecture @Plusnet @Plusnet The service to get help is terrible. No agents to talk to, so have to text, but text says no account, so text advisor, no one responds. No statement or info. Awful service.

    @Plusnet What's going on? Somebody pulled the plug?? National blackout for your WiFi customers...not happy been down almost 2hrs now with no help what so ever..someone not paid there electricity bill? #CostOfLivingCrisis
