@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

@areoff Hi there Andrew, I'm sorry about the issue with that and no it should still put the order through if you're using a PAC from BT within 30 days of receiving it. I'd definitely recommend deleting cookies from your browser before giving that another try. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@antchapmanaudio @Plusnet My parents were with Plusnet & they were terrible when dad died, cutting mum off without any notice, then sending the most badly written letter I've seen from an organisation referencing a letter we had never received. Sorry to hear you are suffering them being **** as well.

Plusnet. We have problems for months. Outreach have been every day. Everyday You tell us it's mended, every day it plays up. Tonight we have No Broadband. And told more lies. You manage to take our money!

Hey @Plusnet my mum, (a pensioner), has been trying to reach your ‘award winning customer service’ team by phone but can’t get through. She’s tried everyday last week & all day today to sort her bills because you’ve been over charging her. Give me a shout with your solution pls.

@sil This is true... Ironically I chose PlusNet as mine because they're owned by BT, as is EE now, so I'm hoping (probably rather naively) that if there's a problem they'll be able to deal with it a little better since it's all "internal"!

Is there another problem with Plusnet again? I can't access my emails again.

@Plusnet trying to sign up for a SIM with you, keep getting a “something went wrong” 500 error after filling in details. Is it because my PAC is from BT who are the same network as you guys?
