Frustrated by ongoing @Plusnet email issues. Intermittently able to access through webmail but emails will not download to computer. Two days without not good

@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

@Coral the app and mobile webpage won’t fully load on plusnet Wi-Fi but will through 4G. Can’t see any settings issues and only just happening. Please advise as doing on behalf of my elderly parents while I’m visiting them but when I go they will be stuck…..

@Plusnet I use a PC and don't have access to another device. I have found a work around however. If I quickly click on one of the other options (e.g. billing and payment) before the screen goes blank I can access my details. It's just the home screen that appears to be the problem

@Plusnet Good customer service, hmm call the advertiseing standards agency.. im sat with no internet for five day. The extra travel to work will cancel any savings for switching...

Been with @Plusnet 5 years. New Android could not access home router, but can access other routers. Customer support said it was my device so I had to sort it out myself. I found answer on Plusnet customer forum: factory reset router. I just went to a new broadband provider.
