    Frustrated by ongoing @Plusnet email issues. Intermittently able to access through webmail but emails will not download to computer. Two days without not good

    @Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

    @Plusnet ordered fibre broadband on 28th Jan. I was given a setup date of 6th Feb. My Internet was disconnected in error on 7th Feb and now without Internet until 11th March. Really disappointed as there is no desire to help me cover costs of alternative connection. Awful service

    @Plusnet I need to cancel house move but can't remember my username or password,I phoned up but they can't help me because of this. I phoned in November and regardless of not remembering my details the man I spoke to helped me out

    @WeAreOpenreach Hi, I know you won't be aware of the backstory, but two separate engineers already attended last week, have been to the cabinet and in agreement with my ISP have ruled out any possible fault with my line. I'm sure @Plusnet will be in touch to discuss the ongoing issues with you.

    @NETGEAR UK based B&B business here. I need to build a secure network. What Router can you recommend that is compatible with BT Plusnet? I also need Access points with a landing page that only paying guests can use.

    Explained that I'm being harassed by @Plusnet because my billing date got changed by mistake but they won't change it back - meaning I get threatening messages constantly and keep getting my service restricted. I'm just supposed to deal with it for another two months. 😡
