@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

@Plusnet I am a customer. I want to talk to an actual human about SAFEGUARD not working but your telephone bot system is impenetrable. How do I find a human to talk to?

@Plusnet Thank you for your swift response. Called your customer service team - waiting times now approaching 30 minutes. This is really not acceptable.

Very pleased with my switch to Plusnet. I got £10 from MSE and an £80 prepaid card, plus it's much cheaper and the WiFi coverage is much better. Had to have a signal booster with Virgin.

@Plusnet - I cancelled my service and transferred to @Brsk_uk in November. You sent me an email telling me my switch over date would be 30th November and not to cancel my direct debit, but you have just used it to charge me for December! What’s going on?

@Plusnet I've an engineer booked sometime this morning to fix the broadband into the house. The text message says I can track this on the Plusnet Member Centre app, but I can't find any such app on the Play Store. Is there any way to check when they might turn up?

@Plusnet hi I’m thinking of renewing my broadband contract but may need to move house within the next 24m, assuming if you cover the area I move to this would not be a problem, but what happens if this is not the case please, many thanks
