@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

@Plusnet another great interaction with your call centre - this is why I cannot be arsed to move - broadband may well be £1 a month cheaper but hey for £12 pa to be able to speak to a human - who recognises issue and has authority to sort

@Plusnet The only issue is background noise on phone line. My text merely said that my fibre speed is normal after switching wifi connection whereas I initially suggested speed was down by around 30%

@Plusnet Rubbish service. Your supplier Openreach failed to connect me twice this week. Now had to go back of the queue and wait till they can fit it in.Meanwhile no Internet for a week..it was a simple transfer from a sister company that couldn't be managed professionally.

@scousemanblue Some offer wireless routers running on 4G/ 5G which wouldn't require a fixed line. A full fibre service also doesn't require a traditional phone line, but unfortunately this isn't a product we offer just yet! - Cal, Plusnet Leeds
