(@botts_steve) reported@jonnyfrodsham @Plusnet @plusnethelp Cheers Jon, there’s hope then! Honestly, I wished it was even half better than it is. Zooms buffer, web browser snail pace and lose mobile calls via WiFi calling. A full deck of problems and 3 months of inaction

 Justin Godfrey
    (@Justabator) reported Justin Godfrey
(@Justabator) reportedMultiple missed dates of completion (told it’ll be fixed 9pm that day 3 times) to be then told Friday 19th 9pm latest. That has been and gone with no service. To be fair plusnet can only work with what they’ve got but every agent telling me an outage of this length is unheard of.

(@Oxfordite) reported@TheLilSquidge @TalkTalk @Plusnet 2/2 broadband is more than the advertised speed.. congestion in your local area can result in poor speeds, especially at busy times, traditionally evening/weekend, but now anytime that Zoom etc matter.. Worth asking Plusnet to explain the benefits they can offer you.

(@Oxfordite) reported@TheLilSquidge @TalkTalk @Plusnet I hear you, though if you look at my recent tweets/replies, you will see the cost of poor customer service, unreliable broadband, and, even, the breaking of regulations and inability to escalate problems caused by some number of customer account errors.. 1/2
