Coops (@Coops19891) reported from West Bromwich, EnglandYeah @Plusnet a nationwide Internet outage and not a single word from yourselves in what the issue is or any estimated fix time. That'll do.
-
Z/\K (@ZHollowayy) reported from Wednesfield, England@jeremycorbyn But you’re willing to make people lose their jobs at Plusnet Sky Virgin and TalkTalk. Yet alone every ******* phone company that gives a broadband service. There’s no limit to your stupidity is there.
-
Baldy (@Beer_and_Gravy) reported from Dudley, England@Plusnet internet is down in DY8. Sort it out please.
-
Oscillating Wildly (@OscillateWWFC) reported from Wolverhampton, EnglandPlusnet wanted £120 for me to cancel my contract early. Negotiated that down to £0. Jeff, if you're looking for a Director of Football, we can talk. #wwfc
-
Lee CadwalladerAllan (@leecadallan) reported from Burntwood, EnglandGood morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!
-
Mithra (@mithra_tonking) reported from Abbots Bromley, EnglandFrustrated by ongoing @Plusnet email issues. Intermittently able to access through webmail but emails will not download to computer. Two days without not good
-
Neil (@Mr_neil_c) reported from Dudley, England@virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)
-
Blahhh (@kevf12345) reported from Dudley, England@Plusnet Unless you have been a customer for a longtime then you get ignored
-
Athene Secure (@AtheneSecure) reported from West Bromwich, England@VodafoneUK broadband down AGAIN for the THIRD time in less than three weeks. Truly appalling 'service' - I wish I hadn't moved from the reliable service I used before with @Plusnet
-

Plusnet Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Tony (@Tonysmini) reported@Nigelh7n @WeAreOpenreach It’s got to be done by Jan 2027. Plusnet don’t supply a VoIP/digital voice service hence the suggestion to swap to BT/EE if you want to retain a landline number.
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.
-
stewarty (@stewarty1972) reported@tii_bag Ffs your lucky my home Broadband can’t even run 1 ******* device appropriately from @plusnet leaving in November and never coming back
-
Richard Holliday | Author 🇬🇧 (@rjph_author) reported@Plusnet Thanks, I will give that a go! Funnily enough, it's little weird and annoying issues with websites not working right which is what I wanted to post about. Are you able to assist at all?
-
Jason (@btc8500) reported@Plusnet I’ve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you don’t actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS 😱😱
-
DBBB (@davidjohn73_) reported@BluntMancLady @Plusnet Count yourself lucky I never received mine. I would be highly dubious of anything they offer to get you to sign up.
-
(((Tim from Radio Clash))) 🌈 🏳️🌈💛🤍💜🖤 (@radioclashblog) reportedSadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.
-
Louislou🧓🏉 (@BrantLesley) reported@esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy
-
peztyke (@peztyke) reported@JoshCF_ Just switch if the retention team dont offer new customer price. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.
-
(((Mark Hoffmeister))) 🔼 (@drasnah) reported@Plusnet I'm a new broadband customer effective yesterday having left EE. Your service supposedly faster 900 seems slow and glitchy. Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.
