@virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)

PlusNet have admitted our Internet stability is terrible, with data showing outages every day for 14 days. They closed my Support Ticket cos I'm swapping my provider in Jan to get FTTP. Wonder maybe if that's additionally to do with their terrible service....

How is getting broadband so difficult with @Plusnet it is more comical than the comedian in the advert! Service drops out, they credit the account. System sees it hasn’t received money, so issues debt letter and stops service. Then told 10 days to get service back. @MartinSLewis

@Plusnet been medsaging you. No response. Internet APALLING for 2 weeks now. I have to work evenings at home just to function. Awful upload/download speeds. Youve done this before. Whenever its not used a while you slow the service right down & I have to do this over again

@Plusnet We are with plusnet. We reported a problem with our line we have had no service or Internet since Thursday last week BT said it was a problem at the selly oak Birmingham telephone exchange. Still got no service this is disgusting !

Good morning. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I switched to you yesterday and put any drop in internet down to first day setup. However since 6am this morning the internet has gone down and restarted 4 times ... I can't work from home with internet dropping every 20 mins!!

I will never ever go with @plusnet again and I would advise anyone I know to avoid them too. Can’t get in touch with any support unless I call up; live chat is offline constantly and tweets are constantly ignored.

@colken16 Ours is with Plusnet - £27.99/month fibre unlimited, includes phone charges, line rental etc. Free phone calls evening and weekend (up to an hour long then red-dial) Never had a problem with it even at peak times etc.
