    @Plusnet No we are using a third party one as yours got fried in a storm a few years ago. But the router was absolutely fine before it stopped working on the line and you had to fix. I don’t think it’s the router that’s the problem.

    @nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

    @Plusnet I've had an email saying my website bandwidth allowance was exceeded yesterday. The email had a link to your rules on this, but the link is broken. I signed in to plusnet to view the webstats, but that is also broken. I think it may be a web crawler.

    I think @Plusnet should change there advert, we do everything backwards and then,When you leave because there service is poor and they up your bill up with no notification, they charge you £68 for leaving. Plus net we will con you proud. Awful service and awful company. Awful!!!!

    @Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!

    @Plusnet We are due for renewal .suffered low WIFI in Kinross not often reaching MBPS that we are paying for Do you put pressure on Outreach as it seems an on going problem with different suppliers If we stay with you would we get a new hub like new customers as ours is outdated

    @Plusnet If this is a random occurrence (as your tech dept says) then additional attention is needed: cause? Remedy? Even being able to contact you via website tech would help Service fully paid for should give reliable results at all times, I’m sure you’d agree

    @Plusnet really bad service! My elderly mum left for over 3 weeks without a land line phone! An engineer should have come this morning, still waiting!!! Not happy!

    @Plusnet the point i was making was you say your there to help what it should say is if you wait 45 mins we will get to you , between that and useless tech support i left plusnet .
