@MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.

@bt_uk What do you mean by service? Previous owners had ee broadband Plusnet say they are waiting on bt to make the connections. Would this be correct?

Folks add @Plusnet to your list of companies to avoid. They have been charging me £10 more every month for the same service I had before I moved to this house. They bungled my house move in March. They promised me an ADSL filter they never sent. (I had to buy one)

@Plusnet @Plusnet It's now Day 4 of having no network. You replied once and despite the urgency, there has been no further response or acknowledgment. Please, please, PLEASE, get this resolved for me. I don't feel like I'm asking for much. I have direct messaged you many times now.

@bt_uk Hi Ash, Purchased a property decided to go with Plusnet broadband on 20th April. Spoke to Plusnet again today apparently there's a problem your end! We don't seem to be getting any answers to why. BT keeps saying give us 48hrs every time. What can be done to find the problem?

@ezzeeegooner @O2 @SkyUK I've never heard of that. Their agreement will be with o2 only. All companies use one of either Vodafone, EE, O2 or 3. ( I think). For example BT and Plusnet use EE. Best checking with sky though...

@Plusnet It is now - by the time I got a text it said there wasn’t an issue though - would be helpful if you web updates were actually kept up to date too.
