@MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.

@JasonA87151323 From our side we handle the email being sent out so you can claim the reward card. Once the claim has been submitted, you then need to speak to Purecard if you have any queries or issues. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

@AlvoAlvis Hi James, I'm sorry to hear you've not heard anything back yet regarding the fault that was raised. I've gone and updated the ticket with news concerning this. Please let us know if you need any more support. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@bookiesnacksize @Plusnet It must be possible, but is probably expensive - BT may insist on doing it themselves (and then subcontracting, but that's their problem). Why do you want to? DIY extensions are legal and reliable. And easy.

@Plusnet our internet is all off and on again really not brilliant. Service has never been very reliable at all.

@litwardle Hi Lee, thanks for getting in touch. The fault raised is still showing to be worked on, so we can only advise to expect further issues until this has been resolved. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@aaronfarny_b @virginmedia Try @Plusnet. I currently pay £22 a month, for unlimited fibre. Decent speeds and never really drops tbh.
