    @Plusnet what is the point in sending a link to update a support ticket if the link is incorrect? Or is that the plan, zero tickets equal zero problems? 92 year old mother relies on internet connection which is intermittent as she is deaf so cannot call.

    @Plusnet hi. I have had some services restricted!!! My due date is the 18th and I have asked time and time again for it to be changed to the 25th!!! Shocking service!!!!!!

    Day 5 of no internet. 2 days of work pay lost. @Plusnet keep passing the blame to Openreach, who said they are unable to find the root of the cause. Due to failure to provide the service we are paying for we will be leaving without paying the leaving fee. @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog

    @Plusnet I still have no signal. People can't call me and it's affecting my business. I am forced to be your customer because when I try and get a PAC number, it says I have to pay an exit penalty I never agreed to. I believe I should not have to be held to that in these circumstances.

    @plusnethelp 3/4 So lost another £50+ to plusnet. Now the monthly charges raised in first 5 of 18 month contract. Still having the technical issues and not even getting the rewards which I have asked and explained missed due to medical emergency.

    Hi, joined @Plusnet recently and after a few days of top level connectivity, it's now constant drop offs in service with frequent flashing orange lights on the router. What's the deal?

    @Plusnet I had an engineer out a few weeks ago and he found no problems with the wiring or socket, the socket was newly installed just last year. He said it was the router. After speaking with someone at plusnet they managed to get me back connected via correcting my username.
