@MikeGradysez Gave up on them years ago, I changed to Plusnet, owned funnily enough by BT now but great service and you actually speak to people based in Yorkshire. That'll do for me.

@Plusnet notified you of house move weeks ago, booked in for new line install, then told the order got "stuck" so you had to cancel. Been asking for update almost 2 weeks, don't know if date is still booked & am moving this weekend. Needs sorting ASAP as I need broadband for work

@Plusnet we've now had an email (not acknowledging yesterday's missed appointment) but giving us a new appointment date that we're unable to do and threatning a £65 charge if the property is inaccessible. You're not off to a very good start for customer service.

@Plusnet My one is to save more money by cancelling and paying the Early cancellation fees for your service because it's cheaper than the huge 14% price increase you are proposing in March. I've been offered Fibre BB with international calls for £19 from Sky.
