@JamesHarkin @peterdaily You get to decide when your 'enough is enough' point if there is documented evidence you've contacted them about poor service they can't charge you a exit fee for breaking contract if you still in one. I would also jump on the Plusnet bandwagon they've been great

@MaddieMayNot I used to have them and they were awful. This happened a lot and online outage maps usually said it was country-wide. They also hike their prices several times a year! I switched to Plusnet a couple of years ago and they’ve been so much better.

So disappointed with @Plusnet! For a company that prides itself on customer service I can’t believe that you insist on your customers sitting on hold for upwards of 30 mins to talk to staff and won’t offer a call back or help via the online chat function on your website!
