@TheRising_Moon @openreach @Ofcom BT are a CP the same as Sky, Vodafone, Plusnet, EE ect. It’s the network providers you are confused with. Openreach are the main one, but you have Altnets like BRSK, Netomia, Lightspeed, Cityfibre, there are lots that use PIA (OR poles, boxes and ducts), to supply their network.

@Plusnet please can someone on your complaints team look at question 250751947? Support agents are not understanding the issue and constant delay on a new connection and resetting a 30 day SLA is absolutely naff. MDU build was done BEFORE order placed. External build is the issue

@bt_uk We are switching providers since you are involved in helping Islamic takeover of Britain along with EE and Plusnet. It’s disgusting and I will be spreading this as much as possible to as many people as I can. You’re just as bad as the BBC, shame on you
