    @plusnethelp having problem with broadband setup. new customer as of 26 March. should have been up & running today, seamlessly. Plusnet hub has blue light but no broadband. Not impressed. Previous provider, Daisy working 100% on Wednesday. Please DM ASAP, order no: 0-3905409.

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    Well a week after my first complaint about my WiFi to @Plusnet tomorrow I have a engineer coming out as the fella i spoke to said it was a external fault then his computer said internal so tomorrow shall be fun and games

    @theurparanoid @xStormxBringeRx You know what? I work in a job where a stable internet connection is more important than a fast internet connection. I have no problems with my 80Mb Plusnet line, but a colleague has terrible with 500+Mb Virgin all the time. In Edinburgh they seem terrible.

    Terrible way to treat customers @plusnethelp - I rang 2 days ago with tech issues and you didnt even log my issue as I would have had an email ticket! Great way to dismiss customers/ignore tech problems! I tweeted yesterday and you havent even responded! @Plusnet just done care!

    @OpenreachHelp So I have contacted my provider Plusnet as instructed by yourselves. Day 47 no broadband or phone. All day on the phone trying to get through. Tonight I get an email saying my order is cancelled. They are blaming Openreach. Wtf?

    @Plusnet , our internet has crashed..again. Absolutely sick of it and contract is now going to be cancelled. Download speed less that O.1mps. Absolutely crap.
