    @plusnethelp no online chat and not even a call queue available. We’ve had no internet for most of today (intermittently up). Line fault troubleshooting says no problem with the phone line (plusnet line rental) What’s the best course of action? SE6

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    Hi @Plusnet my internet is down. Your website says phone lines open until 10pm but phone line closed and says only open until 8pm. How do I get support now?

    @greenwichguide @maryorelse Mine does that too (Plusnet). I appreciate more people are working from home but the past couple of weeks, it’s been really slow and unreliable.

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    @Plusnet Wow plusnet based on several conversations i have heard including today how you can say you pride yourselves on customer service is beyond belief. You really do need to monitor your forward facing inbound agents to loyal customers. Appalling.

    Wow, @Plusnet are absolutely terrible. Their customer service is shocking. I can’t even login to my account on Safari. Just a blank page and asks me to login again. Seems to be a common problem but @plusnethelp say “use a different browser”. How about you just fix your **** site?

    Ah Glorious! The internet has been restored! This morning I ran into a few connection problems, however with the kind help from the folks @Plusnet everything was sorted within the hour. Truely grateful. Sadly the old Netgear Modem has bit the dust ;-; it served well.

    @Plusnet your service is a joke on the phone to get hold of one of your team to sort out this mess and been on the phone for 30 mins!! And still no response? Then your call drops and have to repeat this. No thanks don't think I'll be renewing the contract.

    @talktalk are definitely gonna see me walk walk if they do not ******* sort this issues! 8 days for a BT engineer! Internet providers who are gonna offer me a better service come at me? You can instal anytime but I need a new fibre cable, invoice talktalk for this @Plusnet @EE
