  • Blitzwalker Steve Hunnisett (@Blitzwalker) reported from London, England

@greenwichguide @maryorelse Mine does that too (Plusnet). I appreciate more people are working from home but the past couple of weeks, it’s been really slow and unreliable.

  • rider45 Brian O'Keefe (@rider45) reported from Great Baddow, England

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

  • anyaebgair Anya Gair (@anyaebgair) reported from London, England

Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

  • cfurneaux Chris Furneaux (@cfurneaux) reported from London, England

@Plusnet internet still down! Unfortunately as an existing customer paying you already I’m not looking to sign up again so there is no one to tell that your service is down. Hopefully you know

  • cfurneaux Chris Furneaux (@cfurneaux) reported from London, England

Hi @Plusnet my internet is down. Your website says phone lines open until 10pm but phone line closed and says only open until 8pm. How do I get support now?

  • CharlesTilley Charles Tilley (@CharlesTilley) reported from Rochford, England

@Plusnet can you DM me, having big problems

  • deniseessex denise salman (@deniseessex) reported from Chelmsford, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • roiontech Roi Perez (@roiontech) reported

@mikejjennings the broadband options in my area are basically BT-types (Plusnet, EE) or Virgin... and the speeds are crap. I've been thinking about moving to Virgin but honestly I've only ever seen tweets like yours. You never see someone saying "Virgin are the best" haha

  • tysonpashley mickey (@tysonpashley) reported

@Plusnet Now about looking after the old customer who have been with you years

  • CenturyAvocado Hambone Fakenamington (@CenturyAvocado) reported

@RevDrDom @tysonpashley @Plusnet Domain management and support at plusnet totally sucks. I've taken to having to do the nominet recovery process and then transfer the domain without input from plusnet.

  • marionste Marion Steggles (@marionste) reported

@Plusnet No this issue hasn't been resolved. It went down Saturday and it's just gone down again. Luckily I have back up facilities

  • RedJolt Derelict Geodesic Dome, MA☭ (@RedJolt) reported

Anyone else’s plusnet broadband gone down?

  • robjbatchelor Rob Batchelor (@robjbatchelor) reported

@Plusnet I’ve messaged now, thanks. Aside from it not being mentioned (not in itself an issue, easily missed), any comment on why this is being added as an extra charge? I was mid-contract before, and given it was either £65 to move house or over £200 to leave early, it’s just greed

  • AlexmaceEbooks alexmace_ebooks (@AlexmaceEbooks) reported

@katie_mace just watched a man who will be speaking to @plusnet's customer services today and we've gone.

  • littlekimmy Kimmy Mac (@littlekimmy) reported

@Plusnet please can you give me an email address to send a complaint to?

  • HarmanKler Harman Kler (@HarmanKler) reported

@insurgent2047 @Plusnet That's so annoying. To be fair mine has been fixed and they said there was an issue and were going to send an engineer. But somehow it's fixed. The customer service is great

  • Deirdre03224751 Deirdre Williams🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧 (@Deirdre03224751) reported from Bexhill-on-Sea, England

@JohnTurner2021 @Plusnet True, but currently only BT and Virgin are immediately using digital lines. The others even though an arm of BT are not in the immediate future. This gives time to hope that a solution to charging phones when there is a powercut over more than an hour can be found. Can't see how.
