            Great Baddow, England@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

The likes of Sky, Plusnet, TalkTalk, EE/BT, Zen - all rely on OpenReach to install and resolve customer issues. Virginmedia use their own fibre and cable.
