    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    @Plusnet called customer services about broadband and was told I'd get a call back in 5 mins. That was 15-20 mins ago and not the first time your customer service team have ghosted me like this.

    @Plusnet Your support is invisible now. Phone hold times make it impossible. No way to raise a ticket. No support e-mail. On-line chat a useless bot. So what's the deal? Have you essentially given up with customer service because it's too hard?

    @Plusnet @AerosolSHIELD Think Plusnet should concentrate on fixing their terrible customer services and my vulnerable Aunt’s email address which they cut off since 20 August. My Aunt ha been told lies since then to say they will fix it so she gets off the phone. No manager will come to phone to help.

    @NKrankie Plusnet all the way, prices are right, it's reliable, tech support is English and I've only needed them once in 4 years, I was previously with Virgin who are ****!

    @Plusnet I want to cancely contract, after losing my SIM. The only way to cancel is by calling, but I have no phone. Can I cancel via email?

    @ShellEnergyHome You don't get it, Ajay The service I am using is provided by Plusnet. My contract with P.O. Broadband has expired. I am not using your service.
