@Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

@Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

@Plusnet Hi. I ordered a sim only package the other day, however my sim hasn't arrived yet and my phone for calls texts and Internet has been cut off before the new ones been set up (saying emergency calls only).Is there anything that can be done? Thanks

@Plusnet Award winning service the girl Jasmin I just spoke to couldn't have sounded lesso tethered if she tried, my first day with you it's 6pm and I STILL have no I ternet, despite you cutting my existing provider off at midnight!!
