    @Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

    @Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

    @Plusnet @PixieJo Think it’s a bit more than that. Considering I have connection issues on O2 cell network too suggests a bigger issue

    @SoProJanet @Plusnet Been offline since 10:20 also. Just managed to get through to a technical advisor after an hour and 12 minutes of being on hold to let me know that they don't know where the issue is, but they're working to resolve it ASAP.

    @Plusnet How about sorting the Internet that the public pay for you lot to have a company and work!!! Provide the service and update your customers quick enough to be on our backs for the money

    If your business has been seriously interrupted by the Plusnet outage, take time to consider whether a backup plan is needed. Cold comfort at this time, but entrusting your business ops to a £30pm service is risky at best.
