Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Shell Energy are telling me my service is still with you, but I'm getting no service plugging the Plusnet router back in. Can't video call family on Christmas Day :-( Pls help

Moira Shepherd (@Kittygrizzle) reported@OpenreachHelp About 50 people have already done so for every different service provider, including BT, EE, Talk talk, Plusnet, Vodafone.Not all the service providers can have crashed simulataneously. There was a big local fb conversation about it. Is this just a delaying tactic?

Michelle Walters 🐯 (@MikiwaltersG) reported@Plusnet thanks for completely messing up your supposed ‘discount’ for bad internet service meaning that due a ‘billing issue’ we now have no internet service at all on Boxing Day. We’ll be heading back to BT as soon as our contract is over.
