Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

Even tried their 'Additional support form' online and it just took my back to my account. Great support for vulnerable customers that ๐๐ผ
