    @Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

    @Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

    @Plusnet Why did he take over my case if he was then going to take 2 weeks off? I was passed to him as my last case handler did nothing with my case for over a month. How do o file a complaint?

    @Plusnet Part 1 - Hi, I’ve been without broadband since yesterday morning and when I rang the service team they advised that it should be fixed by midnight, but I am still without broadband today
