@Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

@Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

Switched my Brdbnd 7 days ago, told it would take 10 days, today got text saying it had been delayed. Number given, called 3 times each 10min wait, no answer. No live chat, no way to contact them. #Plusnet @Plusnet . My advice .. stay well clear. Will cancel asap, given a chance

Trying to contact Plusnet is like Mission Impossible. They answer and then you hang on for 20 minutes and more-and no response. Tried 4 times today and wasted my day. Plusnet get your act together.

@Plusnet I have had the most appalling start to the service. No broadband order was not put through, neither was the router - I have just been told after one month of thinking everything was smooth I will no internet for 7-10 working days? This is my 4th call!
