  @Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  @KevlarBrock @EE @Plusnet Sky are relatively good for pricing right now, however they also operate on the Openreach lines so if it’s an Openreach issue it might be a recurring thing - Starlink is a good shout or the 5G routers

  @biggle1908 With Virgin your internet speed will drop drastically when kids are on school holidays - the contention ratio they use is horrible. I'm very happy with @Plusnet for my full fibre internet - in the many years I've been with them, it's been hassle-free.
