    @Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

    @Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

    What are my rights. The Internet is unstable and WiFi is poor. Plusnet said they do not guarantee the WiFi & can only guarantee Internet speeds. The speed test is fine but the Internet is unreliable. I want to go elsewhere for a better service? Can I? #MartinLewis @MartinSLewis

    @Eldandoerino God knows nowa days, I mean the infrastructure is likely still owned by bt, but the service is definitely better with plusnet, i plan to switch back in 12 months time, bt just happened to be third cheapest for me this time round, talk talk 1st (no thanks) & sky can **** off & die

    No mobile phone signal for last four hours. Rang support three times in a blip in outage and told the mast has been worked on. I have been trying for hours to get a signal with no success. Very annoyed 😠 Internet is fine. @Plusnet

    @Holunabell @Plusnet After an hour or so on the live chat 3 admitted that they have network issues in our area due to ongoing maintenance/development. Very reasonably they released us from our contract with no charge. We've had to go with EE who are the only company that gives good signal here 😬

    @MartinSLewis £16 a month for 18 months after cashback and prepaid MasterCard for fibre with Plusnet. I’ve only just taken it out. I won’t pay more than £20 a month if I can help it.

    So @Plusnet why is online chat or live chat not available? No one answers the phone, so what is a customer supposed to do now? Your broadband and WiFi is not fit for purpose, despite a new router and a purchased extender. Sort it out!

    @MarcAllera why can’t my 84 year old father get through to Plusnet? He would send an email but the service is so bad he can’t. Please sort this out!!
