    @Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

    @Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

    @Plusnet Hi. I've had a letter saying my broadband and phone service will be transferred to EE soon. As there is not fibre option (only copper) how is this going to work? Many thanks.

    @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

    As a customer, I really wouldn't recommend @Plusnet Been with them for years, no idea why. Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying £35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...

    @Plusnet I had a problem with internet connectivity today. You said an advisor would call in 10 minutes. I have had no call.

    Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.

    @johnsick74 You can find 12 month contracts and even monthly ones, I moved to plusnet on a 12 month contract so much cheaper and no problems. I’ll then look around for a cheaper deal when this one ends
