    @Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

    @virginmedia WFHon Friday, I will dedicate some time to contacting EE, Plusnet and BT as the service you offer is terrible. Alll I get when I report it is the answer above, or told I need to upgrade upgraded a couple of years ago, have no extra devices and things are worse than before !!!

    .@Plusnet I'm unable to connect to the mobile network, getting no signal. I can't make or receive calls. I've done everything advised on my phone on/off, removed & reinserted SIM, checked settings etc. Please advise if there is an issue. Thanks.

    @NicolaCooper83 Hi, IF your service provider is PlusNet then they are aware they are having a problem with our site not working for them. If you use our APP on 4 G then that should come up for you. Thank you. Amber

    .@CatColloms are you able to help us with this? After six months, @Plusnet says they’re still chasing @OpenreachHelp; meanwhile, #Walthamstow waits & we’re stuck in the middle. We’d love to get our ancient building open as a safe, warm space to the whole community this Christmas.
