@Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

@TheCloudBeeTTV @Plusnet Plusnet really are awful. I was with them for one year, their customer support is non-existent and their speeds although good when they're working, are usually always met with with extended downtimes. I am with BT, and they get some flack for prices, but they're reliable!

Big shout out to Lewis @Plusnet Support for his help this afternoon - hopefully engineer visit on Tues will resolve - but very impressed by support so far from Lewis. Meanwhile Broadband still up and down - suspected issue with the copper pair...

Imagine paying £30 a month for Wi-Fi @Plusnet that doesn’t connect making your smart tv, iPads and phones unusable. We’ve burnt through nearly 200gb of data the last month because of how crap the service is. Thanks @O2 for providing a stable 4G connection. #plusnetfail

How about calling customers back when you promise to do so? My mothers phone has not worked for over a week and you guys don't seem to care. Keep promising but nothing happens. Even the "manager" does not call back when he promised to do so. #plusnet #terrible

@Plusnet Award winning customer service my a**e. Receive an email at 2330 telling me there's been a delay to the order for my telephone service that's due to go live tomorrow! Was ordered weeks ago and confirmed over the phone today. Pathetic.

@Plusnet – When BT proceed to closing the PSTN and our landlines use VoIP over Broadband, how will the mandatory facility to be able to use our landline to contact emergency services during a power cut be supported?
