@Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

@Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

@plusnethelp is anyone monitoring the plusnet fault raising service ? I last had an update 30/12 and no useable service since 28/12. seems to be a lot of ‘issues’ and no response or resolution? following another users what are the early exit fees? As i need reliable wifi for WFH.

I am not mr popular in my house since I changed plusnet broadband to @skytv last month, What a load of crap. Constant disconnections, weak wifi signal even with boost, nightmare to remove cables from router, never ever again, lesson learned. #skybroadband

@Plusnet are you going to finally sort out my parents connection or just fob them off once again. They signed up to your service end of November and the service is still not up and running correctly (0.5mb download speed) is pathetic seeing as you promised 30 meg.

Pt2 @Plusnet #BadService ....initial installation!! Oh and THAT department doesn't work on Sundays! So I have been ringing up since the 30th, waiting for somrone to ring back as promised, no one contacts me, I've had to ring back again today only to be told that the people.....
