@Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

@Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

@plusnethelp I have an ADSL issue that for reasons in my posted plusnet community post can't be solved via normal channels. It was auto deleted instantly as spam, I posted to the moderator my reasons why it wasn't. No notifications, Email, record, r'cvd for any of these steps.

Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp, I was told by your team that someone from your complaints resolution dept would be contacting me following the poor handling of my service move. This was two weeks ago. When can I expect this discussion please?

One week without internet! People trying to work from home and home school kids how can we do that without internet 😡 @Plusnet not very happy and given a £20 credit think that’s compensation for one full week without internet! Never had any issues before but this is a joke!
