Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

No it @Plusnet 's end 100%! AVOID!!! 10+yrs with them and they treat you like ****! Glad ive ended my contract!!!

I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin
