@Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

@Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

.@Plusnet @plusnethelp So my internet connection through yourselves has been garbage for a few days now and solidly stuck on 9Mb/s Download and Upload. Rebooting my router fixes it for about 20 mins and then it becomes unusable again - what gives?

@Plusnet hi we've got no Internet at work and can't seem to access your fault reporting on your site either (using mobile broadband). Is there currently a fault with your service in the Bexleyheath area? Da6

@BradburyMaureen @Twitter @TalkTalk I changed from Talk Talk because of their appalling service. The engineer was excellent, but when he called his colleague she was hopeless and nothing was done. Plusnet are great - Sheffield tech call centre, very helpful.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet hi Plusnet, please could you refund me the 458 pounds you took from my account due to your own system issues. It's a large sum of money to be incorrectly taken from my account. Please could you refund it ASAP

Cannot wait to give notice on our plusnet internet! We gave the business broadband advertised as reliable, it’s useless. Constantly drops out, most unreliable network out there.

@Plusnet The BT service obligations (USO) states that my postcode is capable of 10Mb speeds and therefore is not eligible for upgrade. However you can only supply sub 5Mbs service. Can you explain the difference in the two scenarios.
