Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

Either raise the quotas or dont archive live emails. If you do archive mailbox you should be prepared to unarchive within minutes not up to 72 hours
