@Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

@Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

@Plusnet Hi guys, I wanted to query with you regarding our internet. My partner uses a work VPN to do her job but the internet goes down for 10-20 seconds despite being wired direct to the router meaning her VPN drops out and in which isn't ideal. Any advice?

@Plusnet Broadband connection went dead at 2pm, followed troubleshooting steps, raised tickets, etc. Is there a wider ISP issue in the Bath area?

@Plusnet I was asked what certain characters of my password was when authenticating with your (very friendly) support team. Does this imply my account credentials are stored in cleartext? This is a huge security risk. cc @haveibeenpwned @troyhunt

@Plusnet just checked my monthly bill ,and it's showing 15 pounds when its nearer 40. Every month you've managed to get something wrong, can I have an email address to make an official complaint this time. Its getting completely ridiculous now.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp no internet last 2 days in Kilburn Park Road (London), we have fibre. Really inconvenient as our house has been flooded (modem etc unaffected). Pls confirm you are addressing this as a known outage?
