@Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

@Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

Plusnet is honestly the WORST broadband provider. Slow speeds and they don’t honour nothing. LOL do not be enticed by the price. It’s cheap because they’re trash.

Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it stops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadband. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

@Plusnet help...I got a text to say my phone has been switched over, and my Sky service has stopped because you told them to cancel it today but it looks like my broadband with you isn't working yet :(

Swapping internet providers - Plusnet said our service would be maintained until 11th. Woke up this morning to no wifi connection, and our new router from Now hasn't arrived yet 😭😭😭
