    @Plusnet 7 days ago, we enabled call diversion. Not active, not working. Service unavailable. Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

    @Plusnet 2 days ago, I tweeted @plusnethelp. No response. Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

    @Plusnet so I give Plusnet a chance, 2 weeks in, a fault, 4hrs on the phone , 8 days without the service, no compensation, cancelled the service now they’re trying to charge £226.00 does that include the £8.50 per day compensation… #robbery #evenrobberswearmasks

    @plusnet Shocking service. Gave me AM when I asked for PM. Engineer hasn't turned up, no call or apologies and my phone won't connect to them when I call them. Absolutely the worst provider I've been unlucky enough to use.

    @mjpallen @Plusnet I use EE for all my families phones (4) and broadband. They are very good and have great customer service. When i have been into the Leamington shop they even worked out how i could save money by moving onto a more appropriate tariff for my broadband.
