Your support chat is permanently unavailable and I am not prepared to waste another half hour of my life in a call queue (unless of course I can bill you my std hourly rate). Please provide an efficient contact method.

Support requested @OpenreachHelp apply settings again last Thursday 'you'll get an email'. Guess what. No email and this service is not jolly well available 4 days later.

Nonsense service especially when trying to WFH so asked if they could supply a 4G modem like BT does? was told NO

Twisted Tea Shep (@ultraman_ginger) reported@STEcopywriting Don't know what it's like now, but when I used to work for BT, we had all kinds of problems as TalkTalk would half-arse installations and the whole phone line would have to be yanked out. PlusNet have been lovely. Ours isn't as fast as the Virgin, but customer service is ideal.

wash your sprouts with soap and water 💙 (@CSM76) reported@gfaz81 We're with Plusnet and it's bomb proof. Way better than Sky and TalkTalk that we've had before. I bypass their crap router though and use a Deco WiFi mesh.
