  @Plusnet Totally agree let's look after each other... However you don't seem to be able to look after my mother. She has received abysmal customer service with mobile issue. Total lack of care. I'm embarrassed to say I recommended you to her. We wont be renewing any services with you

  Annoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎

  @LeeJarvis10 If you only need broadband then I'd say Plusnet. Cheap as chips and have acclaimed service. I changed from BT to Plusnet in March, cost for identical service dropped from £78 to 29!

  @TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. They’re so bad I’m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

  Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.

  @Plusnet Your 900mbps is a joke. Wish I had never left @zeninternet . I was on 57mbps service with them and it was faster than your new service we have opted in too. How can this be? To be fobbed of with you should use a cable to connect is very poor.

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
