  @theshillito @Plusnet I'm so sorry to hear about all this. Even BT offer wireless hubs when they can't connect your broadband (which happened to me earlier this year)! I had a bad experience with Plusnet trying to overcharge me a few years ago after moving home. The ombudsman had to get involved!

  @plusnethelp I tried to join plusnet with your Black Friday deals, and twice my order has failed because my current provider has rejected the switch request. Your phone lines are unavailable. How can I resolve this or cancel my subscription as this is such poor service?

  @theshillito @Plusnet Tbh I'd cancel the contract and DD as your fully within your rights to do so, if they fail to see this you could get the ombudsman involved.. I really hate it when companies fob people off like @phya_manga said it just p***es me off just hearing about it!

  @AgentLittleP @Plusnet @phya_manga I called BT and they're setting us up with an alternative *today* and landline connection only a few days after Plusnet would. I am on phone to cancel contract and have already cancelled DD

  I will never ever go with @plusnet again and I would advise anyone I know to avoid them too. Can’t get in touch with any support unless I call up; live chat is offline constantly and tweets are constantly ignored.
