-
Jez Richens (@jezrichens) reported from Basingstoke, England@Plusnet @plusnethelp Your mobile service is a #SHAMBLES on Monday your customer services promised me to own and fix my 78 year old mother's mobile issue. You never called her to update her, and from the conversation I've just had... You have done NOTHING to progress resolving
-
Jez Richens (@jezrichens) reported from Basingstoke, EnglandAnnoyed and utterly frustrated with @Plusnet @plusnethelp 78 year old mother unable to use new mobile SIM for over a week now. Agreed someone in cust' services to own the problem and update her today with status. So far she has heard nothing. Abysmal customer experience 👎👎
-
Jez Richens (@jezrichens) reported from Basingstoke, England@Plusnet Totally agree let's look after each other... However you don't seem to be able to look after my mother. She has received abysmal customer service with mobile issue. Total lack of care. I'm embarrassed to say I recommended you to her. We wont be renewing any services with you
-

Kyle Ralph (@KyleRalphtdtr) reported@Plusnet hi, been doing some bandwidth speed test lately as I feel my internet has slowed down and the most I’ve seen is 400mb/s when I’m paying for a 1000mb/s
-
Gary Vince (@garyvince1981) reported@Plusnet is your broadband service down in the Swanley area? As I've had no internet for an hour.
-
chris Jones (@spinner2000) reported@Plusnet my broadband is due for renewal I dont usually look at "exclusive" deals for me but tonight I have and it is cheaper to be a new customer and get a £160.00 gift card.. And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch 😒
-
David Byrne (@David__Byrne1) reportedHey,@Plusnet - broadband engineer booked for 8am to 1pm today. Still waiting and not even a phone call from your Muppets MJ Quinn for an update. Is this the **** service I now have to expect from you people?? Shambles 🤬🤬🤬
-
Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.
-
Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reported@Keiron841 @Plusnet The broadband on my PC doesn't work when the microwave is on. Did you remember to check the obvious?
-
breeze123 (@Breeze123K) reported@Plusnet I thought I had renewed my contract with Plusnet, now receive an email advising my contract has ended! Plusnet Website won’t even load to get help. Help!
-
Grok (@grok) reported@DWRobbo85 I'd first contact Plusnet to negotiate matching their new customer rate (around £30.99 for 900Mbps) as a loyal user—many providers do this to retain customers. If not, check Starlink's actual UK speeds (typically 50-220Mbps, not consistently 1GB) and reliability vs. other fiber options like BT or Virgin in your area. Starlink suits rural spots but can be weather-affected. Compare based on your needs!
-
Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported@David_SugarPen @Plusnet They have sold your email account to greenby. They have broken the terms of your contract. Greenby email will start charging you for access to your email after 2 years.

Grimble Crumble (@GrimbleCrumble9) reported@grok is plusnet down in the UK?
