  @ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

  @plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

  @PlusnetCS_ @plusnetCS_ You shouldnt make customer jump thru hoops countering countless excuses from you as to why you should NOT pay up promised reward. It is bad faith & appalling service from PlusNet. Who the hell awarded you good customer service? your mates? I been gaslit & dodged

  @LozzaFox We had max 12-14 mb/s from Plusnet. I was paying £44/ month inc tel line ( no mobile signal either) Starlink I get 100mb/s for £35/m and VoIP for phone £4 It’s the way to go !

  @Plusnet I am a customer of yours. Is there any way to send you a message? Your phone wait time is 20mins at the moment. We will be moving house in 3 or 4 months but we want to upgrade our service now.

  @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

  @PlusnetCS_ @Plusnet @Plusnetcs_ I spent over a week chasing this with considerable stress & excuses & gaslighting from u. You r doing everything in your power to wheedle out of coughing up reward. Disgusted & I will never use your company again! How many others do u do this to who give up?

  @CHR15_MTB @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia i had the exact same issue with Sky, couldnt match the offers being advertised elsewhere, i cancelled and also went over to plusnet.
