@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet Forget it, anyone thinking of joining @Plusnet, unless you’re happy to lose your number. One week and counting, they have no idea or info on when this tech issue will be sorted, or how to give me a PAC to go elsewhere for an actual mobile service.

@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk I had the opposite problem years ago - had a TalkTalk Business ADSL line to use as a backup and wanted to add a Plusnet FTTC line when leaving Virgin Media. Despite explicitly paying Plusnet to install a new line, they instead tried to take over the existing TalkTalk line!

@Plusnet your website is broken. The bottom menu is all that appears after initial loading is done.

@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk TalkTalk were (understandably) rather annoyed as the line was still within the minimum term. I somehow managed to get it stopped (this was under the old switching rules) but Plusnet we’re too incompetent to work out how they had done this and fix it, so they ghosted me instead!

Hey @Plusnet - does your customer support number actually have ANYONE answering the phone? How long does it take on average to get through to a human? half an hour? an hour? ninety minutes?

@Plusnet Hope it's easier than swapping mobile sims. 5 days later, no number, no network (no calls), no data. Just a phone that doesn't work. Can't keep in touch with my vulnerable mum, because she doesn't have WiFi. Many, many promises. Not one has come to fruition. I am anxious.

Was a happy FTTC customer with @Plusnet , ordered FTTP as a new customer with @TalkTalk so I could test it out fully, no mention of transfer, just a different/new product. I can't say I'm massively surprised TalkTalk has disconnected Plusnet without my permission but WTF...

@Plusnet 33.33min queue, and your bills and comms are terrible, however your actual call handler was very helpful and nice.

@Spheron1 @Plusnet @TalkTalk TalkTalk: "It's not possible to have more than one service at the same address, so you must have agreed to transfer" (absolutely does not say anything of the sort). Me: Orders 900/900 via CityFibre/Pure while still on hold and will cancel talktalk within the first 30.
