@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet Your customer service is the worst experience in the world! Be told one thing and then different by another agent!! The team leader we spoke to was no better, terrible attitude!
