@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@ScrabsterS @Plusnet You’ll never get it. Vodafone did it to me years ago which is why switched to plusnet. £100 Amazon card for switching, never arrived and I was locked into 18 months with them.

@JordanGrange80 @Plusnet I got through about 5minutes I phoned up about my bill because the Internet has been **** and found out that I didn't have an up to date contract with them. But now I have fiber with them along with landline for £34 a month

@Plusnet Was unable to take call as had early appointment NO INTERNET however house phone works when NOT plugged in via Internet plug so must be Internet plug/box that's not working
