@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet I had called support guys from provisioning team who seized my line which was working from last three months. They are disconnecting the calls without giving any proper answer. 1st they agreed for 8th Sept now today they don't have any answer. This is really frustrating.

@Plusnet Hi team, my internet connection has been slow, patchy garbage for the last two weeks. Speed tests show that the upload and download speeds bounce between max and 0mbps. Can I report this online, don't want to have to sit on the phone if I can avoid it...

@JamieNemeth Thanks Jamie, it could potentially be that the heat caused the router to struggle. I'm glad to hear that your connection has been stable today. Please let us know if you have any further problems. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

My current experience with #plusnet is without a doubt the single worst experience I've ever had with any provider of anything. They provide support *only* through Twitter. Gave me an email that bounces. They have a number to ring, but ring with what?!

@Plusnet Wonder if could've been to do with yesterday's heat? Either on lines, or maybe router itself? Been great for months, but yesterday, frequent ~1 min. plummets in down SNR, from 14 dB to less than 6 dB in seconds. Today, 15.7 dB and stable so far. Will monitor and get back to you.

@Plusnet Hi, I have DM’d you, however I have already connected the new router ready and it is working with the currently internet package/speeds I am on, I hope this isn’t a problem?

@Liv__Es Sorry Liv but you're wrong on this one. This isn't a government subsidy, nor is it free broadband. Openreach are just axing the one off connection free it charges the service providers (Sky, Plusnet, BT, Talktalk etc) to install the line. It is coming out of Openreach's pocket.
