@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Plusnet down here and also - according to istheservicedown - all over the UK. Blue light on the box but doesn’t actually connect which is pretty frustrating when work is about to start @plusnethelp not very helpful either. Anyone else having problems? #plusnet
