@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

Having been a @Plusnet customer for many years, we've had problem after problem since moving house last September. Spent way more time than reasonable to sort it out. Finally thought it was all resolved a couple of months ago but no - this month's bill is complete fantasy 🙄 🪄

Monthly bill suddenly went up by 77.5%; made phone calls to @plusnet today (at 09:38 & 17:19) seeking explanation. On each call, I waited for 25+ minutes and yet none of these calls was answered or attended to. Certainly NOT award-winning service @plusnethelp #plusnet #fail
