@plusnethelp Hi there. I was just wondering if you could help me. I'm changing my broadband provider and I've already given you notice but there has been an issue with my order and it's not being activated for another couple of weeks. Is it possible to extend my plusnet service?

@ultrazool @harry_wood @Plusnet @plusnethelp Try moving back to the other socket. Could be an internal wiring issue if only the test socket works. Sounds like I done the right thing and moved away from Plusnet a couple of weeks ago.

@Richard_Parker @Plusnet Cancel order and go to another provider - customer service is awful and even had ee/bt call centre explaining they literally have no power to support resolve issues with openreach. That’s the reason they are cheap and rubbish
