Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

@Plusnet Our business broadband 2 year contract has just ended and the price has jumped upto £59.76, how can we signup for a new 2 year contract and get the bill back down to the original £26.40, we don't really want to start messing about switching providers.

@Plusnet my broadband box is making a noise. Sounds like crickets. I've reset the box and it's stopped now but for the past few days my broadband has been running extremely slow or no broadband at all

@Plusnet Hi, I signed up to Plusnet when they were offering a cashback of £75. T&Cs state I should have received an email to claim the £75 cashback after my service went live, that was on 4July 2022 and still not received an email?

@Plusnet what is going on!!! I have spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to change an engineer appointment and for some strange reason it seems to be impossible. Terrible customer service!

I reported my internet download speed seemed slow at about 30 Mbps. Latest speed check shows about 48Mbps. Thank you @Plusnet for sorting it out. That'll do.
