And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

@seancinematics Try moving to Plusnet Sean. We've had no problems with them at all and we get BT Sports cheaper with them.

@Plusnet absolutely awful service. Told an engineer would arrive between 1-6. Even double checked earlier and they said engineer would defo arrive. Now past 6.30 and no engineer and no phone call from Plusnet.Trying to call them but on hold forever.

@Plusnet We are now into our 16th day of our phone and broadband outage issue and I will be contacting OFCOM later to raise a complaint. I am reduced to using from a local co-working space at £24.00 per day which I doubt plusnet will refund.

@Plusnet help...I got a text to say my phone has been switched over, and my Sky service has stopped because you told them to cancel it today but it looks like my broadband with you isn't working yet :(

@Plusnet Yes, still here. I can’t roam.🙁 I can manually select a local network. It seems to work for about a minute and then it reverts to ‘No Service’ Same problem for both my wife and son’s phones (also on Plusnet) 🤔

@Plusnet Yet another disappointment. Was promised a call back from a manager today and it never happened. This is the third time now over a period of 4 days. Plus net cancelled our email without our permission when we changed address. All our emails now gone and they won’t help.

Cancelled my @Plusnet now, it stops the day BT put in their UC £9.99 Broadband. To be fair Plusnet service I've had no problem with, I was offered a cheaper new upgrade but still more than a tenner with BT. I'll go back to Plusnet if things change the future #CostOfLivingCrisis

@WeAreOpenreach I'm not sure you do understand. Since you doubled down on the issue I just raised. The service provider said Open Reach's errors are not their responsibility, and I should contact open reach. Perhaps @Plusnet can clarify?

@virginmedia service is poor, getting internet drop outs almost daily, this never happened with Plusnet. If I could break my contract I would. Getting back to reliable broadband asap.
