And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

How useless @Plusnet customer service is! Signed up for broadband/phone, but then had message saying unkn problem caused unkn delay to service; ~1 hr on phone without success to get details or cancel order. No way to cancel order online so had to print out form & use snail mail!

@Plusnet Yeah, changed the DNS on my MBP to 8.8.8.8 and instantly resolved all issues with Adobe. Will switch it back tomorrow and see how it pans out…

@DonnaCr73299646 Plusnet are cheaper than EE and use the same network but without 5G. Coverage is good and no issues with speed as 4G widespread.

@23Daves I've retained BT for the landline phone at my mum's house - because of their various helpful packages & because they've always been really good re customer service. But our ISP is Plusnet. Better value & good service. Choice is good.
