And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

@Plusnet for second time today I’m holding for far too long - imagine if you’d just sent the email you said you would re: how I should try & fix my own #broadband. What time do you actually close? Or have you all gone? No update messages in the endless drone of awful hold music.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet you have taken £176.44 out of my an account for a cancellation that wasn't my fault! I never cancelled the account, you told me it was broken then set me up with a new one!! When will I get my money back?! You are the worst company I have ever dealt with!
