Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

@nerdysynthdude Virgin customer service hasn't moved on from the NTL days. I've heard from people. PlusNet aren't terrible. They've deals on their website at the mo.

@Plusnet having REAL problems with the Hub One you sent me as the WiFi and internet keep dropping, this has happened since you sent it. Don't give me any of the Plusnet Community nonsense as I've done it all, what's wrong with your Hub one routers?

@susierabin should have contacted the account holder to let them know that the line was due to be taken over and to get in touch if they did not want to go ahead. You would need to speak to their current provider to get the service reactivated. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@Plusnet WiFi has been off all day in DY6 area. Can you look into this? Have tried calling plusnet but the advice and help given did not help. Seems to be an outage issue affecting other people in the area of DY6.

@Plusnet Hi Emily. I can DM you further details - however as my parents did not set up a @Plusnet account & your own customer service admit their account was illegally seized they do not have a plusnet account user name..

@NOWHelpTeam It’s exposed. Iv always been on virgin so never bother. But I’m sick to the back teeth of them and looking to move. Yourselves sky bt and plusnet are all looking interesting. But I’m stuck on what to do.

@Jarmara @Plusnet I was told that they will reimburse me for the cost of BT Hotspot - good job as I can’t really test how good the connection will be until I’ve signed/paid up. Not sure whether we’ll be able to WFH on a public network due to certain security requirements on our connections.
