Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

@Plusnet It’s all ok now just had 2 days of random slow down and drop outs, the issue I do have now and again is the router the light will turn red and I have to turn it on and off again

@RMFH_the_one @Plusnet You might be better asking your neighbours to call their providers. Ours was down for a week - Plusnet ‘working on it’ until our Sky customer neighbours called Sky and got it fixed the next day!
