@AndrewBooton @Plusnet Tell me about it, used to be awful. However, over the last 12 months, it has been fine and improved for us. However, at its worst, we had 3 full days of utter incompetence/

@virginmedia My @virginmedia is still poor, as has been the case since lockdown in March. Luckily I have cancelled and my new @Plusnet connection is excellent, so the fact that VM has been unavailable all evening no longer means my household is without Internet, again.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet downloads speeds of 2Mbps this morning, wifi has been terrible for the last 2 weeks - low speeds at best, nothing at all the rest of the time. How you can justify charging £18.99 a month for this is beyond me. Choosing Plusnet was a mistake that I regret.

Just to clarify: The £10.99 credit is a good will gesture. The line rental credit made by the previous third agent (as mentioned in my previous attached tweet) wasn't as it was owed to me. Hopefully, these CS issues will be resolved. If not, I'll simply switch providers. #plusnet
