@NortholtPaul @Plusnet Surely they waive it if you take their service at new place?

  • ElleMay44 Elle May (@ElleMay44) reported

@Plusnet Hi, as a long standing customer really disappointed with the treatment I have received from plusnet. Essentially you are taking money for several weeks of no service. Very misleading upgrade sales call.

  • Mountainli0n Dan Squire. (@Mountainli0n) reported

@Plusnet Why am I experiencing such high volume in service interuption throught the day?

  • BW400CN Anthony Polson (@BW400CN) reported

@Markgsparrow I doubt it would solve your problem, but I changed ISP from BT to PlusNet and my upload/download speeds trebled. The change also halved my monthly cost. PlusNet charge only £25.99 a month including phone line rental. Ironically, PlusNet is owned by BT.

  • PompeyReece PompeyReece (@PompeyReece) reported

@Plusnet I am a new customer about to have my number ported to a new Plusnet SIM on 6/5/22 but I’m abroad with no access to the new SIM until Monday. How do I delay this & my current SIM from not working? Sent DM and email - no reply! International helpline not working! Help!

  • mrsslloyd Sharon Lloyd (@mrsslloyd) reported

@MoneySavingExp @Plusnet @Plusnet so the ‘fault’ is no longer a fault and a home visit is required. Terrible communication/feedback.

  • scooternan Sarah (@scooternan) reported

.@Plusnet .@EE No signal whatsoever on both our phones. Can't report on EE as our Plusnet mobile number not recognised. EE stating no problem in area. Please advise - this is urgent!

  • scooternan Sarah (@scooternan) reported

.@Plusnet As a (potentially not for much longer) Plusnet customer how do I report a problem with continued total loss of signal? I can't report to EE as their system doesn't recognise my number. What do you suggest?

  • Ricky81D Ricky (@Ricky81D) reported
