@thePanda84 Thanks for getting back to us Amanda, the cessation charge is just an Early Termination Charge if you were to cancel before the end date. You won't get charged unless you did cancel before the end date. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

@shell If anyone is thinking about using these guys for their broadband, avoid. Right now their service can’t even support finding them on Twitter via WiFi. Absolutely the worst ISP on the planet. Make Plusnet look like a tech giant.

I switched my #broadband supplier from @SkyBroadbandd to due to months of excruciating bad service. I'm now with @Plusnet & the service given to me by Anthony from Leeds was truly amazing, great conversation about the company. Thank you Anthony from Leeds. 👏🏾 10/10
