@Plusnet As suspected, @Plusnet had no intention of doing anything to help a loyal customer, so I'll be off now.

@Plusnet I'm thinking of leaving Plusnet as the broadband keeps dropping out all the time and you don't seem to be able to fix it. How do I go about changing?

@Plusnet My broadband gets a better signal from next door [who use BT] than it does from Plusnet. This has been the case for months. I'd like to change provider, but do not feel there should be a penalty for moving from Plusnet.

@plusnet I would be grateful if you could confirm the cancellation terms, plus refund of all fees paid and compensation for loss of work. @MarcAllera Only recommendation I’d be giving for your service is to people I really dislike.

@Plusnet trying to sign up, but getting message "We can't run a line check at your address at the moment" Is it because I don't have a handset attached to my phone line? Or anything else I can fix myself?
