  @Plusnet No that's just it, I've recently renewed at got sold my latest deal which was only a little less that what I was originally paying. Why offer me a deal that's significantly worse than your most expensive when I'm getting a lot less for my money.. Terrible service.

  @Plusnet Plusnet support couldn't help beyond reading out web pages I'd already visited, so had to use chat on Greenby instead. Actually seem to have got somewhere with that, tho' the solution implemented doesn't reflect well on Plusnet or Greenby.

  How is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet
