Absolutely appalling customer service today from @Plusnet . Issue not been resolved and having given them a months notice about our house move, it’s looking like we’ll be without wifi for another week… not good enough!

@Plusnet I’m a new customer. Why is my account still not up and running when I ordered my sim from you on 20/07/22?!? No one can give me answers! I’ve been without a phone for days and you’re holding my number hostage as you can’t give me a PAC code so I can’t even go elsewhere!

Just had a terrible interaction with @Plusnet. I was trying to report that my router had died. The first phone menu options were: 1⃣ Calling about broadband 2⃣ Calling about mobile (I chose 1)
