@Plusnet Help please - my new SIM card has arrived but it has the wrong phone number assigned to it. I did submit my PAC code to my grate my current number. What should I do?

@Plusnet The only issue is background noise on phone line. My text merely said that my fibre speed is normal after switching wifi connection whereas I initially suggested speed was down by around 30%

really furious with @plusnet who have - for the second time in as many weeks - fudged up my internet upgrade and left me with no service at all (and therefore left me in a position where i am unable to work). lads, if i cannot work i cannot pay my bill!
