@Plusnet I have just joined but I thought I could keep my landline (same address) but you sent me another number and I cannot get through on your phone lines and the website does not help or the chat. If I definitely cannot keep my current no. I need to cancel and get a refund?

@Plusnet It's not good value when you mess up, close an active account resulting in no service multiple times and then charge an early cancellation fee which hasn't been returned for over six weeks in a cost of living crisis. #uselessplusnetthieves

@Now_Being_Laura when I was 1st starting with @Plusnet, things were good. But past year they've been like their owners BT with their deceitful ways. Never will forgive them for their lies & deceit for the past 18 months as well as poor broadband.

@davidcwildman @Plusnet @plusnet are scammers. They were unable to deliver a working dsl "broadband" when I moved into a new place (only line option available), then dragged things out with promises beyond the legal 14 days and now extort me out of £200 to get rid of them - tried to cancel since day 8.

So @fatedfox checked the @Plusnet status page for me. No issues. But on the phone to plusnet I'm told there's a major outage where the line in question is. Useful that status page then...
