@virginmedia currently I'm on Plusnet (BT) if I switch to you guys do you contact the old ISP to cancel it? This is how it was done when I switched to Plusnet before from BT.

  • Guy_Middleton Guy Middleton (@Guy_Middleton) reported

@BillyNineLives If you want price, then I would go Plusnet. It will be £25/month for what BT are offering you. That is including phone. They seem to be reliable and easy to contact if an issue.

  • moffitine Not Just Looking anymore (@moffitine) reported

@ariana_erbon @jan_skelton @Plusnet It was from my internet service provider. I was searching for radical feminist memes & the ISP popped up saying that safe search was on so I couldn't access adult content!

  • mlu0351 Richard Clarke (@mlu0351) reported

@Plusnet Apparently I renewed it on 18th March according to the person I spoke to Saturday, but this is not correct. I never received any communication about it coming to and end and never clicked some kind of confirmation link.

  • mlu0351 Richard Clarke (@mlu0351) reported

@Plusnet Ok this makes more sense, 2021 yes, not a few weeks ago - that was not communicated by the person I spoke to, they never said 2021 - I was looking for emails from two weeks ago.

  • OneJellyMan OneJellyMan 💛💙🇺🇦 (@OneJellyMan) reported

@Plusnet I hope the team don't use Plusnet as their Internet service provider, they won't be getting much work done with the slow speeds and constant network drop outs.

  • EdwinDroom Unavailable to the Mortal Man (@EdwinDroom) reported

@jan_skelton @Plusnet Hey @Plusnet. I'm a customer (for now). I'd also like to know why this is classified as porn.
