  @Nigelh7n @WeAreOpenreach It’s got to be done by Jan 2027. Plusnet don’t supply a VoIP/digital voice service hence the suggestion to swap to BT/EE if you want to retain a landline number.

  @SimonHawkins @Plusnet If you login to your account it shows you bill and payments underneath it's contract details and it tells you everything. Just checked mine ( broadband) but not sure if it's the same for mobile phone contract

  @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

  Anyone else experiencing terrible customer service from Plusnet? I was under the impression that they were one of the better broadband companies but obviously I was wrong having left my 84 year old mother with no connection for almost a week. @Plusnet

  If you want to know why the UK is draining down the plughole it is encapsulated in this: our internet is rubbish. Plusnet suggested full fibre. 2 months later we still don't have it. It's going to take 3 companies & 4 visits to get it installed. Time, cost, inefficiency. UK 2026
