@BanahanJayne @MoneySavingExp @virginmedia It sounds to me like you’ve got tv in that package, broadband on its own wouldn’t be so expensive. Whatever get out of it penalty free & maybe try Plusnet or TalkTalk (who I use,) there’s no difference in the service speeds, it’s just customer support that’s lacking. Good luck.

@ChalraftLevi_El @Coastway_Will Tbh, From what i know, Plusnet have no responcabilty as its not there issue. If its a telegraph pole thats came down then its a lenghty job to fix....

@plusnethelp My router keeps resetting, on asdl, tried to get fibre but told no ports available, would like to have the service I signed up for. Been with Plusnet 10 years and this is the worst it has been.

@kitgurupress Er, well, Openreach/Plusnet was tolerable with download of 33Mbps, but intolerable with upload of 1.5Mbps. Virgin maxes out my home plug network (I shall be fixing this with money and hardwiring) so I only see 40Mbps of my connection at the PC (boo), but I get 10Mbps upload
