@Plusnet poor speeds in @islingtonnow Current line speed: 4.9Mb. This is a measure of the actual line speed. It’s only a little higher than min. Guaranteed Speed: 2.1Mb and my work MS Teams meetings keep dropping which is bad for business! Help pls

@Plusnet our internet has been extremely unreliable the last week, we are constantly having to restart the router. We joined around Jan/Feb time and didn't have any issues. Will be looking at cancelling our service as soon as the contract is up at this rate, very disappointed

@SanguineNW @BBCNews @RD_HaIe I'm paying £20 with Vodafone, I was paying £22 with Plusnet, before that I was paying £25 with BT, never use the landline and all prices in line rental, hardly breaking the bank is

@Plusnet we switched over on the 21/05 and the wifi signal is rubbish. Now TV router was great even at the bottom of the garden. Now you are putting my price up already. I want out!?
