@Plusnet What is happening with regard to the recent issues after being misled and locked into a contract that you have broken with me? Do I need to complain to the Ombudsman or Ofcom (the industry regulator) yet? And why won't you answer me?

@Plusnet That's fine, yeah. It was just unexpected, but I understand that errors can happen. As long as you put it right (and hopefully it doesn't happen again) then all's well.
