    @Disc_light My Plusnet has been patchy for the last 24hrs (Berkshire), not failed but very slow - this is unusual. Good night - hope they fix it soon.

    @Plusnet Don't let that poor man's Peter Kay fool you. They're not here to help at all. Neither will they do you proud. All they do is offer you a very short grace period every six months. They will not help you if you're struggling.

    @OpenreachHelp Yes I have raised this. Engineer due on Monday. That is no help as we totally rely on it for WiFi calling. BT were informed yesterday. The overhead line to the house is 30 years old, broken and spliced to give my next door neighbour 3 supplies. (Voda,Plusnet ,sky).

    @JeanSmith551952 @TalkTalk Real issue here is one of competition. There isn't any. We have 3 players at present delivering broadband by landline Sky, BT(Plusnet) and TalkTalk. All are awful and we have a regulator that has not ensured that entry into this market is possible for smaller players.

    No response from @Plusnet or indeed @plusnethelp Nothing online to explain the dreadfully slow internet Tried all the tricks at our end, now need some response from our supplier Documents etc take so long to load it’s impossible to work from them
