@plusnethelp hello plusnet. We had an issue with our plug socket the other day but the power was working we've since had an electrician change our power socket but now our router is going down atleast +10times a day can you help with this? Been happening for about 3 days now.

@plusnethelp I've sent a message for some support. Haven't been able use my broadband for a month now, and feel I've been mis-sold from Plusnet for a package that doesn't work for my needs. And no online chat on the website for some reason so can't reach help online!

@Goldilox1969 @Plusnet Plusnet is crap thats why. Mines been like it for two years, no apology, no refund and I'm off to BT. They aren't interested in customers or the service they provide. Crap company, Crap servoce, crap broadband.

Just found out Plusnet's automated system for placing orders cancelled my order after it was placed, I've been waiting for 5 weeks for something that wasn't coming. I think I've had every internet issue possible at this point.
