@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

@plusnet I’m a Plus Net customer and have issues with my landline (no outgoing dial tone; incoming calls continue to ring/don’t connect when picked up) and very slow broadband. The Phone Troubleshooter tool says the situation is ‘unclear’. Please advise how to proceed.

@DaveWallsworth @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Nope. I moved back to BT after trying Vodafone, Plusnet amd Sky. Even though it all comes down the same line, other people in the village have problems and aren't on BT. I know they are not the cheapest but are extremely reliable. Cheap is not always best.
