@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

@Beckenham anyone got an internet outage? Plusnet say it's BT Openreach sorting out a problem. Told me at lunchtime that issue will not be fully resolved until 22 Jan.....

They used to be a brilliant service but if i was you i'd seriously consider paying that little bit extra for a better service that offers money back if they fail to deliver. So if you're thinking about setting-up or changing suppliers i'd be very weary of Plusnet. Your choice! 🤨

@LeoKearse Corbyn proposed a free-to-use national broadband service available through the Post Office. He wasn't going to nationalise any existing providers. So anyone could get online, and you would still have had Plusnet around, if you preferred to use that instead. This one needs work.

@plusnethelp From the 4th of January 2021 I've only had half an hours use of my plusnet broadband. One attempt to fix by engineer and no success. 3 answered calls later with a promise of a call back from all 3 for a date of a 2nd engineer again no success. I'm wanting to cancel

@plusnethelp My plusnet landline voicemail is empty(I checked) but callers tell me that my voicemail is full and cannot leave a message if I do not answer the phone in time. How do I fix this???

Aaaaand our Internet is broken. Pretty sure we have a faulty hub, Plusnet technician booked for Tuesday. I really hope it holds up just enough for me to watch @Axialmatt's Bob Ross Stardew Sunday this evening!
