    @Plusnet Oh how you've let me down, I have never seen my nearly 90 year old dad as down as this, seeing him with his head in his hands looking like hes about to cry is heartbreaking. Stopping their services 3 weeks prior to the agreed date, mid housemove is horrible, zero help offered

    Less than 24 hours with Plusnet and I already have a crossed land line, no internet whatsoever and no ability to talk to a person at Plusnet to sort it out and I thought TalkTalk were bad!THAT WILL NOT DO!

    @Plusnet are there any maintenance works happening in Doncaster? My broadband has cut out 2 mornings in a row now. Done all checks and everything else is fine. Making working from home very difficult.

    Any legal experts out there. Does the fact @Plusnet failed to comply with their start date mean they are in breach of contract? If so I’m cancelling the direct debit and going back to SKY. At least they provided a service.

    Is anyone else having constant issues with @Plusnet broadband cutting out? I thought it was supposed to be the best but it’s absolutely awful!!

    Broadband is back, now to move provider as the service from @Plusnet (now owned by BT) was ******* awful to non-existent

    Cant wait for my contract with @Plusnet to end! Over 3 weeks of trying to get Internet speeds sorted out and still nothing! Yet if my payment is 1 day late the email gets send and service cut off! What a joke!

    @Plusnet dont switch to this company! We have no iternet and its been nothing but a ball ache trying to fix. Long hold times and engineers who do not turn up.
