@Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Third day without mobile signal from @Plusnet Seriously unimpressed.

  • TomHawesCloud Tom Hawes (@TomHawesCloud) reported from Exeter District, England

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • sassycat60 Sarah P (@sassycat60) reported from Exeter District, England

    @gelcoatcleaner @Plusnet @plusnethelp Bet they’re not rude on the phone like @Plusnet

  • misterp55 Paul Scholes (@misterp55) reported from Teignmouth, England

@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

  • tweetkattweet Kathryn (@tweetkattweet) reported

Well @Plusnet are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with for business broadband. They screwed up the order, told me the number didn’t exist, told me the address didn’t exist and generally blamed me. Also now billing us for a service they are not providing. AVOID

  • andrewpcox Andy Cox (@andrewpcox) reported

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet, just joined your mobile network, not received my SIM but old network has cut me off?

  • Kripfganz Sebastian Kripfganz (@Kripfganz) reported

@Plusnet Why is it that I am only getting an EDGE internet connection while roaming in Germany, irrespective of the network I choose? With "roam like at home", I would expect a 4G connection. Is there any way to remove the cap on the roaming speed?

  • patrickjohn38 patrick (@patrickjohn38) reported

@Plusnet as a Plusnet customer on Fibre extra can I purchase the new Hub2 modem router and what price charged.?

  • philipmeads philip meads (@philipmeads) reported

@Plusnet Tried reporting a fault earlier and the automated response said you are too busy to take any more calls? My mother's landline is currently down and she's unable to make or receive calls (she's just out of hospital as well)... How else are you supposed to log a fault?

  • sara_nash80 saraj (@sara_nash80) reported

@Plusnet please help. Trying to put a call divert on with your faults team but 4 hours later still nothing. I’m a pensioner living on my own please help

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@Roj78 Hi Roger, I'm sorry to hear you're still having problems with your wireless connection. Have you been having trouble with devices while they're connected to the 5GHz band? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

  • ChokeLever Teddy (@ChokeLever) reported

As much as I appreciate the efficiency of the change over from @bt_uk to @Plusnet, what I didn’t appreciate, along with the rest of the street, is the line being cut at 02:33 and setting my house alarm off! What a stupid time to do it! 😡

  • Jenny1175xxx Jen x (@Jenny1175xxx) reported

@Plusnet My local connection is well established via Ethernet cable but the broadband keeps dipping in and out constantly throughout the day but not evening. Did not have this problem last week but happened over 2 days now. You just need to turn up the broadband speed in S35 Sheffield

  • RUAmentalist Richard Johnson (@RUAmentalist) reported

@Plusnet As luck would have it the carrier signal was restored within 30mins, I guess not many other people would be using the internet at 1am so would be blissfully unaware :)
