    Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

    @Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

    @plusnethelp So once again Plusnet have failed to do what they promised. I was assured that a representative would get in touch with me as soon as my line was activated (nearly 3 weeks late!) to discuss compensation and reimbursement of money paid to my mobile network.Not a peep!

    @plusnet SHAME ON YOU. Call yourself customer focused. Elderly aunt repeatedly called asking for flaky broadband service to be looked into. Was told you couldnt talk to her, despite her having POA for account holding husband who has dementia. Switched to BT on 17th Feb!

    @bazzacollins I'm waiting for a WiFi 6 router with a built in modem for my PlusNet fibre. I don't know if a twin box solution is going to the way moving forward. Seems a bit of a backward step.
