@Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@Plusnet I'm a new broadband customer effective yesterday having left EE. Your service supposedly faster 900 seems slow and glitchy. Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.

@saltyy_savage I had Virgin media for years and only issues and expensive contracts. I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin

  • cristao7777
    Johnathan🇵🇹 (@cristao7777) reported

@Crime_Penguin Using a Chinese router atm but I can't want to have the privilege of spending 240 US dollars on an "AT&T 5Ghz PlusNet Router" locked to WiFi 5 and hardware id bound to only support 3 devices at a time

  • alexbuckland96
    Alex Buckland (@alexbuckland96) reported

@Plusnet you've sent a disputed bill to debt collectors after multiple errors made from your side, including an unauthorized contract made by your customer service team. This needs fixing urgently. Ombudsman?? Question # 254098523

  • Tonysmini

@Nigelh7n @WeAreOpenreach It’s got to be done by Jan 2027. Plusnet don’t supply a VoIP/digital voice service hence the suggestion to swap to BT/EE if you want to retain a landline number.

  • AlyssaJade7274
    Alyssa Jade C (@AlyssaJade7274) reported

@WeAreOpenreach @Plusnet how do I find out if you are doing planned engineering in our area? Almost every week our internet stops working at night. No way of checking if you are doing engineering. Been down for 45 mins so far. This has becoming a weekly issue now

  • xdean2
    Dean (@xdean2) reported

@Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?

  • FlowerP79667758
    Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported

@Plusnet are Openreach coming today to fix fault? The engineers came yesterday and found the fault. It was caused by the is pavement being dug up and wire cut. They have identified where the break is. Openreach have said you have to contact them, Ofcom rules.

@Plusnet I’ve done that and it’s still not working. How can I call you now when your office is closed?

  • iamonabeach
    -on a beach- (@iamonabeach) reported

@ArmchairAdml Cancel it and start a new contract with EE or PlusNet...they're all the same company these days but I think you'll be treated as a new EE (or PlusNet) customer so you'll get the new customer rate. If not take your business elsewhere.
