@Plusnet has the U.K. government mandated this outage 2 force people back to the office? WFH users are now sitting there with no heat (to expensive) and unable to keep warm by frantically refreshing social media! All they have is the warmth from the glow of the router red light.

@Plusnet Been on phone for 45 mins. Also on text message but not heard for 45 mins despite saying it's usually within 15. Solid blue light on router. Sounds like you have issues in the wider area. Do you know how long I will be waiting for?

@Plusnet there are no updates from yourselves regarding the outage and with no way of contacting you I will now have to pay for a co-working space in order to do my job…will Plusnet cover this cost?
