@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@Plusnet my 80+ mother and 90+ father have had no internet or landline for four days, despite your assurances! My father is susceptible to falls and with poor mobile signal have no way of raising alarm. Second time in a month!!

@Plusnet My 88 year old, housebound mother as had her phone and broadband services incorrectly terminated meaning her care alarm is not working. Your agents advised she must wait 14 days to have her service restored. I need to speak with a manager, I am an authorised user.

She calls again and different person says no it’ll be fine. The internet will keep going until new router arrives. She checked with another person who confirmed. Today has been contacted saying the internet will go off tomorrow until new router arrives. @Plusnet help!
