    @gelcoatcleaner @Plusnet @plusnethelp Bet they’re not rude on the phone like @Plusnet

  • misterp55 Paul Scholes (@misterp55) reported from Teignmouth, England

    @nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

  • TomHawesCloud Tom Hawes (@TomHawesCloud) reported from Exeter District, England

    @Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • WheyAyeWriter James Dunn (@WheyAyeWriter) reported

    @Plusnet contacted about my internet issue on Monday and again yesterday and I still haven’t heard back from you. I work from home and you’re genuinely letting me down as I can’t do my work properly.

  • lynnos sofargone (@lynnos) reported

    @Plusnet Hi I’m a new customer, can’t dial a paid for number - is this restricted? How do I remove restriction? Looking in app and don’t see how to

  • Campaign_me Karolina Throssell (karolina@iden.global) (@Campaign_me) reported

    Avoid @Plusnet if you want internet. We've been having probs since start and now zero internet for two days but compensation only kicks in after 3 days no internet. If I want to cancel the useless contract, it will cost me £180! What a joke! #technology

  • BirdsOnAerials BirdsOnAerials (@BirdsOnAerials) reported

    Beware @Plusnet Full fibre fitted on Tues - we still don't have internet - we work from home, but Plusnet didn't provide a router (standard practice?) Socket halfway up wall, looks terrible. Hours on hold, "advisor" conversations who say they can't do anything. #Buyersbeware

  • Sazzy__Sandra Sazzy Sandra 💙🐈☕📚🍫 (@Sazzy__Sandra) reported

    @Plusnet Yes still need help

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

    @kerryhappygirl Sorry Kerry!My second reply to your tweet sent as a private message. It should be "inconvenience caused. I can see that your connection was down on Tuesday but now looks to be back up and running. Please let me know if you're still having any problems" Regards Emily Plusnet Leeds

  • PeterJWild73 Peter J Wild (@PeterJWild73) reported

    @plusnet. You've transferred my broadband service a day early and not sent me the router. You've charged me for it the hardware and have not delivered it. You've not responded to three emails and one tweet. Is the level in of service I can expect to receive from now on?

  • Cymroffyddlon1 Cymroffyddlon 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧 (@Cymroffyddlon1) reported

    @Plusnet I’m supposed to be going live with you today, but have heard nothing from you. No contact from my current provider about leaving them. I can only assume nothings been processed. What the hells going on? @WhichUK Does all this give me grounds to terminate for breach?

  • chickateee SMB (@chickateee) reported

    ..@Plusnet I want to cancel my broadband as I have left the property but I can’t get through on your phone lines. No other way to cancel? Unreasonable barriers to exiting my contract?! Is that legal?? Should be much simpler.

  • LeafletsInLincs Karl Anders 🇺🇦 (@LeafletsInLincs) reported

    @JasonManford Surely as the fat bloke that advertises Plusnet you should get a decent service.
