  • misterp55 Paul Scholes (@misterp55) reported from Teignmouth, England

@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

  • TomHawesCloud Tom Hawes (@TomHawesCloud) reported from Exeter District, England

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

@Plusnet as a long time customer, can you assure me that you will not be advertising on the new channel #GBNews when it launches?

  • claire_emmott Claire Emmott 💙 (@claire_emmott) reported

@rubykmo I was having problem after problem with virgin so switched back to plusnet and had no problems. The reason I left plusnet in the first place was they were putting their rates up once contract ended but they seem to decent rates for new customers. Hope that helps.

  • AlanMor65699190 Alan Morris (@AlanMor65699190) reported

@plusnethelp Hi, I reported a problem with my Plusnet broadband on 15th December last year and was told your technical dept. would be in touch. They never did. I have tried to contact you many times since and just get continuous voicemail. Please respond.

@plusnethelp You sent me an email saying "Your Plusnet Protect service has been cancelled" and "If you still have the Plusnet Protect software installed on your PC, you should now uninstall it." What is Plusnet Protect? How would I know if I had it? Wouldn't YOU know? I don't!

  • toodlepipette Kate Armitage (@toodlepipette) reported

@ElferzzGaming Move to Plusnet. Been with them for 6 years and can't fault them. I couldn't recommend shell to anyone with the way they treat customers.

  • fitzmauriceg Guy Fitzmaurice #3.5% (@fitzmauriceg) reported

@plusnethelp @alan0669 @K_Stand_Red Piotr, your reply is nonsense. Plusnet never answers the phone. Stop treating your customers with contempt.

  • SMSoftwareLtd Scott Moore Software (@SMSoftwareLtd) reported

@MarcAllera Do you think it's acceptable for a new customer's line to be taken over and then no internet service provided for up to 5 days since the transfer? That's what plusnet have done.

  • Jemstar76 Jemma Anderson 💙 (@Jemstar76) reported

@OpenreachHelp An engineer attended re fault referred by PlusNet, told me what work was needed, said he couldn’t fix it, as he was left advised would put report in & try to escalate, only for his report to say he made site safe, fixed fault & checked line. The line was still in 2 pieces outside
