Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

If your #talktalk broadband goes down and the line is ok you can only progress your fault......online. There is no phone number, no actual customer service. It was easier to just switch to #plusnet . Byeee @TalkTalk

@Plusnet absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service my sister is experiencing. Nearly 2 weeks with no Internet. No one sorting it. Having to explain it over and over and now trying to charge her £169 to cancel!!!! Shes received nothing from you. This is awful service

Oh, and every time I bring this issue up I get no response lately. All I'm asking for is the plusnet site to NOT be restricted when a payment is late. It's counter-productive and pointless.

For 2 + years #Plusnet provided no working mobile service, then spent next 6 months chasing payment via 2 different debt collectors! Plusnet still wont take me to court, so am going to take them to court. Spending the weekend writing a letter before action. I want my day in Court

@ciaran_10 @virginmedia @FibrusFullFibre I was with plusnet-they were dead on, virgin came into the area and offered 3 months free, it’s been shocking. Stupid things like a Facebook video won’t load upstairs or if my daughter turns on her smart TV then the PlayStation is unplayable, hardly 3rd world problems I kno 😳

@SkyHelpTeam Well to start Harry Potter ppl get fed up of it it 24hrs a day since before Xmas I think. But you just need to scan the movies to see how crap they are. The reason the prices went up is sky is loosing so much revenue from sports. Ppl are fed up with it, I will be going plusnet.
