@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

  • TomHawesCloud Tom Hawes (@TomHawesCloud) reported from Exeter District, England

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • PhilBreading Feel the love ❤️ #Joemance (@PhilBreading) reported from Exeter District, England

@Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

@Plusnet Sat morn. Thirty minutes on hold. After a total call duration of 45 minutes I was taken off hold. A voice said something and I responded by asking them not to hang up. They hung up. Incompetent service, lied to ,time wasted and did not get issue resolved.

  • RichardASpencer Richard Spencer (@RichardASpencer) reported

@plusnethelp Hi, on my switch to Plusnet as a first time customer, you have managed to cancel my old provider and now tell us we will wait 12 days for your services to start. My family will be so happy to have no TV or internet for Xmas! @Plusnet awful start to our relationship

  • himynameisadai Not the Adam you’re looking for... (@himynameisadai) reported

Hey @plusnethelp @Plusnet you have not to come back to me yet regarding the awful download and upload speeds. Not pulling half a meg at the best of times. Can’t stream on Netflix can’t pwn noobs on warzone. Based in Luton, feed the hamster in the wheel that powers your servers.

  • Jeyz1866 Justin (@Jeyz1866) reported

@Plusnet been waiting since October for a refund, discussed with service. Ofcom?

  • fragpasty fragpasty (@fragpasty) reported

@AnneMariePiazza @Plusnet After having a dodgy router (which I had for 5 years and was refused a replacement despite being told I should have got on at my last renewal) I moved to BT. Cheaper and much faster. Plusnet has gone right down hill.

  • Slugslime2 Slug 🍃💚🍃 🥬🍌🍎🌱 (@Slugslime2) reported

@OpenreachHelp I have been trying to switch my broadband from Plusnet to Sky since October. On both occasions you have not built in a stop order resulting in 2 cancellations. Sky have now said you need to put in tiepairs. Switching is meant to be easy. Appalling service. @Ofcom

  • moira_lindsay Moira Lindsay (@moira_lindsay) reported

@Plusnet My new internet connection is still not confirmed. Please could you help as soon as possible as I am working from home.

  • DrHeatherBonney Heather Bonney (@DrHeatherBonney) reported

@edwbaker Also Plusnet. In 6 years I’ve never had a reason to contact them so I take that as a plus, it just works! Remember them being good when we had issues getting connected though.
