@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@Plusnet children are definitely safe with Plusnet as their service is atrocious and they are more than happy to leave you without internet for days on end whilst still charging you

@Plusnet Third reason it’s not their fault is that offcom only say they have to pay you compensation after you have had no service for 48hrs So according to Plusnet fine for them to take payment for service they are not supplying

@Plusnet We are having major issues with connection speed. It's testing at roughly 10% of the speed it is supposed to be. I opened a support ticket but have heard nothing.

@Plusnet I have paid for my broadband order and you've happily taken my money, but you can't even tell my why my order has been delayed for more than 9 days. Just a cryptic text message and support lines that don't pick up the phone. Can I please get some information?
