@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

@bt_uk No problem. Plusnet won't even let me check if there is any cancelled engineer Appointments to allow me to pull my appt forward from 3 weeks. I couldn't order earlier as didn't know when we would complete but now got 2 weeks of WFH with no Internet 😟

@Plusnet So if you can't book into a slot another customer may have cancelled how do open reach reassign that free time to ensure its productive from their engineers? My dad went with BT a few weeks ago and was connected in 72 hours. Doesnt feel like there is a big customer focus here.

@Plusnet I want to send you an email about a Support Question. The Question's been closed, so I can't add to it, but there's an outstanding query.

@Plusnet A shame the routers you supply have such poor performance. I replaced the stock router w/ expensive ASUS DSL-AX82U which sorted out the connection. Your customer service would not accept you stock router is garbage.

@Plusnet over 20 minutes on hold to customer services and then I got cut off by them. First class customer support??? Yeah right!!

Anyone recommend a SIM only deal with an eSim? With Plusnet at the moment good value and service but they’re a step behind EE (who they piggyback) on 5G and Esim. They are much cheaper than EE though. Sky don’t do Esim yet either. Anyone else?
