@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

  • PhilBreading Feel the love ❤️ #Joemance (@PhilBreading) reported from Exeter District, England

@Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

  • TomHawesCloud Tom Hawes (@TomHawesCloud) reported from Exeter District, England

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

I’ve had 4 months of @Plusnet messing me around now and i would not recommend them to anyone ever. I can’t even find out my direct debit amount. Currently they reckon my sign up of £24.99 is actually now £32.99?! And I don’t even have the service they initially promised.

  • CeeRav Chloe Ravat (@CeeRav) reported

@Plusnet hi, I’m transferring over to your network and received a weird email this morning about my “number request” (as I want to keep my current number) but the email stated a completely different number I don’t recognise? Can you clarify?

  • mdsabee MdSabee (@mdsabee) reported

@Plusnet I split the channels earlier into 2.4 and 5 ghz as advised. Realised that 2.4ghz is faulty and 5 ghz is fluctuating. Chris at #Plusnet expects me to roam around the house with ethernet cable like 80s telephone cable.😠 Told him I want to escalate the complaint. He dint!

@Plusnet account name: ukloafer To whom it may concern I purchased a Plusnet product with £70 giftcard deal 3 months ago. The service activated on 19 March 2021. But I did not receive any information about the voucher. Please let me know where I should contact about

  • JKav87 Jordan Kavanagh (@JKav87) reported

If I can break my cycle of completely useless tweets and impart one piece of useful advice to anyone who follows me, let it be this: DO NOT USE PLUSNET INTERNET. Three months patchy service and no end in sight.

  • McGeorgeOfTheJ1 McGeorgeOfTheJungle (@McGeorgeOfTheJ1) reported

@Plusnet Another month and another new problem, this time random disconnects at varying times, and plenty of blocked packets. This is utter rubbish.

  • APalaceS1 P4lace❤️💙 (@APalaceS1) reported

This is becoming a joke. 3 engineer visits, numerous phone calls and my wifi is still down and I’m supposed to be interviewing. Embarrassing. And then you have the cheek to put my bill up @Plusnet
