@plusnet why is it so difficult to find out if there's a problem? My elderly vulnerable parents have phone/broadband issues and can't sort it. I can't speak to them as their phone is not working.

@Plusnet @Plusnet internet down - again. Any particular reason for the outage? According to yourselves, there's no issues, even though down detector has multiple PlusNet internet issues from all over the UK. ST20 area.

@Plusnet Hi, the internet is terrible, nothing will work for more than 10mins, TV, laptop, etc. I have had to revert to 5g on my phone in order to be to able to work today. Is there an issue???

@Plusnet 24th & 25th Dec internet has gone off every ten mins! I work from home for emergency service and had to relocate. Not able to access tv, and WiFi supports heating etc. Please can I get help with this asap? I know it’s festive period, but it’s needed. HD3 area
