    @Plusnet Hi Will. I have reset multiple times and called up. I ordered a new router (which I requested September 2022) hopefully, when that turns up, it solves my issues

    @Plusnet - Please tell me that things are going to get better? I just upgraded and all I get is errors connecting like my connection wasn't and is not even an upgrade. Rollercoaster.. very you and down.

    @Plusnet We’re now living in New Zealand and want to cancel our Broadband as 47.54 per month to keep wifi on just to control our central heating is bonkers. We can’t call you (13 hrs ahead)you have no other options on your website. how we can cancel our contract???

    Weird PR / comms decision for @Plusnet to remove their customer service email option, have telephone support restricted to office hours, and encourage disgruntled customers trying to leave their overpriced awful service to "contact them" (?) in public on Twitter instead! 🤷

    Explained that I'm being harassed by @Plusnet because my billing date got changed by mistake but they won't change it back - meaning I get threatening messages constantly and keep getting my service restricted. I'm just supposed to deal with it for another two months. 😡

    @Plusnet I need to cancel house move but can't remember my username or password,I phoned up but they can't help me because of this. I phoned in November and regardless of not remembering my details the man I spoke to helped me out

    @TalkTalk hi, I have tried to get through to your contact number but never get anywhere. I have changed my broadband to Plusnet but you are still charging me. How do I stop this?

    @Plusnet Yes that's correct, Robert said there were several fibre ports in the cabinet that were in need of repair and that it would take a couple of days to arrange which I said was fine. And even if it doesn't resolve my problem, it's been helpful for all concerned.

    @Plusnet I've tried DM but it's not working. Why do you keep setting up my cancelled order over and over again? Received confirmation but have had 2 more welcome messages and my current provider keeps giving me a leaving date even though they stop it. What's happening?

    @Plusnet ordered fibre broadband on 28th Jan. I was given a setup date of 6th Feb. My Internet was disconnected in error on 7th Feb and now without Internet until 11th March. Really disappointed as there is no desire to help me cover costs of alternative connection. Awful service
