    @Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

    @nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

    @midslibrarian Hi Midlands Librarian, some customers are experiencing problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We are working quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. -Mike.P Sheffield

    @SoProJanet @Plusnet I was being put on hold for an hour and the staff told me they are aware of the nationwide incident but they are not sure what is causing the issue and they are working to resolve it ASAP. They are not sure how long this will last too.

    And service is back on now!! It appears that I am doing the customer services social media upsates for @Plusnet. I will send them an invoice for this.

    @The_Chesh_Cat @Plusnet Yup, just not owning their issue. The advisor I eventually got through to (after 72 minutes of being on hold, none the wiser that there was a wider issue due to nothing on socials or the service status page) advised that they're aware there's an issue, but no clue what it is.

    Going into my second hour without any plusnet internet connection on a key day of important work. What’s the eta on service resuming?! The worst part is zero communication, a txt or something to users wouldn’t go amiss

    @Plusnet I can ping Google, I can visit Google website, but I cannot resolve any other domain names ? Still an issue
