@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

@Plusnet it's bad enough having to work during the best weather ever seen up north, but patchy internet signal dropping every 5 seconds is making it soooo much worse. Whats going on? are the lines made of chocolate?

Wonder if @OpenreachHelp and @Plusnet will actually fix the landline / broadband after 8 days of it being down. Poor poor service received so far.

@Plusnet the worst customer service ever! False promises, very disrespectful tone of voice and no care and empathy for their customers! Hugely disappointed with my broadband choice!

@rodakthered @Plusnet I think it is because they only have 3G partners and many countries are turning this service off as they have 4 and 5G. I found this out the hard way in Germany recently…

@Plusnet I'd like to know if I could finally get my ongoing issue sorted finally? Getting really fed up with it. Paying a fortune per month, for really awful connection.

@Plusnet It shows up but says "unable to connect to this network". A few retries usually sorts it. Reboot of the router otherwise. I'll probably hard wire that one. Happens once in a blue moon on other devices that try to connect (which are all much further away from the router)

@Plusnet Thanks Alex. I don't want to turn off my own Wifi broadcast, but wondered what the additional hidden SSID was. Apparently in rural America, networks use hidden SSIDs to piggyback (nothing to do with the user: more network). Is this what it is?
