@Plusnet Thanks. More than 5 days later I still have no internet or phone line, which is very frustrating and inconvenient. Also frustrating is that I have to phone your customer service every day for an update. Is there no system in place for you to keep me updated?

Home from work. Factory reset the BT Smart hub, ran diagnostics, it says it's fine, internet unavailable. Ran the Plusnet diagnostic bot, it says the line's fine. Refreshed the connection. Done. Line is peachy it's your kit that's at fault. Did the router again. Still **** all.

Day 41 and still no service from #plusnet or #openreach . 10 missed deadlines to restore service and no explanation as to why this is taking so long. Plusnet say there’s nothing they can do and Openreach tell us to speak to plusnet. Disgraceful customer service.

@MartinSLewis Sky are the worst to haggle with! I spent an hour and a half haggling with Sky, and the best they could do was £15 on top of what we were originally paying! In January Sky wanted £150 a month!! No chance! Now with Plusnet, and paying £32 a month!! Much better speed too!!
