    @Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

  • misterp55 Paul Scholes (@misterp55) reported from Teignmouth, England

    @nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

  • TomHawesCloud Tom Hawes (@TomHawesCloud) reported from Exeter District, England

    @Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • sassycat60 Sarah P (@sassycat60) reported from Exeter District, England

    @gelcoatcleaner @Plusnet @plusnethelp Bet they’re not rude on the phone like @Plusnet

    The @Plusnet forum has "superusers" who are idiotic, toxic and aggressive with insults. I'm seriously contemplating cancelling the service just because the views of people representing PlusNet are so disappointing. #broadband #fail #plusnet

    @Plusnet is there any point? If it's already migrated it seems like a done deal. I'm just annoyed that now I have to accept t&cs ofa service I didn't want and provide a load of info, just to cancel it.
