@Plusnet I recently upgraded our fibre optic broadband to Extra as we have been having trouble with several devices draining the internet. It seems to have made no difference?

@Plusnet I tried to open an account and even had you take a payment but I can't log in, haven't got an email and even logging on via username doesn't work!

@Plusnet hi, may I make a suggestion? On your website acct login page you ask for my "Username". But you refer to this as my "Account Number" in your welcome email. Please can you change your website to ask for my Account Number to reduce confusion/multiple login failures! Thanks

@Plusnet I've got a slow download speed (7mb) and fast up. Should be 67-72Mbps. Quick search on forums suggest I need "Plusnet Line Speed" set correctly. Is this something you can help with?
