@Plusnet Prior to this faceplate bring installed it was plugged into the socket. Open reach installed this after the last period of disconnections. The issue had not been at our end. Have openreach been carrying out work in my area? It seems that when they have, we have issues.

@Plusnet Hi, problem with my latest bill! I renewed my broadband contract on 8 Dec (before it actually ended in Jan), and agreed a price of £19.50/m. However my Feb bill is charging me £21.99! Please can this be corrected! Phone no is 020 8447 0223, a/c name mbaldwin99. Thx

@Plusnet when did you stop providing services in Northern Ireland ? Trying to get a customer to avail of your business broadband and your sales guy has come back with "I’ve just seen this is a provide for Northern Ireland....we are unable to provide services in Northern Ireland"

@Plusnet I moved to plusnet broadband, and my services went live today. However I have not received my router. I am now left without any internet, and no way to track my router. I have tried calling customer service but can't get through.
