Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

  • TomHawesCloud Tom Hawes (@TomHawesCloud) reported from Exeter District, England

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

@Plusnet no signal today at EX4 5DE on two Plusnet phones. Vodafone and Smarty (3) working fine. Please can you sort this urgently?

@LozzaFox We had to resort to two suppliers. Add Plusnet additionally. Pathetic but Internet too essential. If really critical you can also add Simrush effectively tapping into phone network internet

@plusnet “we’ll do you proud” you can’t even do yourselves proud, absolutely shocking customer service, just when you think you’re getting somewhere the next person you talk to contradicts everything you’ve previously been told! #mixedmessages #lies #incompetence

  • _StuartWilson_ Stu Wilson (@_StuartWilson_) reported

@plusnethelp @Plusnet are you going to keep leaving us with substandard service and expect payment?? Fix the issues we have had since installation not ignore them and bury it. I have never had so much drama with any internet company in the last 17 years!!

  • galloform 🅼🅸🆂🆃🅴🆁|🅶 (@galloform) reported

@virginmedia 15 years a customer. My new deal £83 p/m. New customer £45 p/m. Retentions offered £8 p/m saving, with increase of £4 p/m to come in March. Sky, BT and PlusNet all around £40 p/m. How to treat a long standing customer- NOT. I'm off. Bye !

@Gwyndavies1 @Plusnet Cheers Gwyn.... At least we both know its not our routers now and looks like its a BT line issue now. We've been on the phone same amount of time too. Just answered the phone now
