@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@Plusnet do you actually have anyone working on your phone lines? I've made 3 calls and been on hold 20, 15 and 10 mins with no answer and each time had to hang up as I have other things to do and cant just sit on hold all September

@Plusnet Not at all, unfortunately. As a small business, it’s not great not having a phone line and running hotspots off mobiles! We were supposed to be up and running in days weeks ago, and we still won’t have a phone in til 22nd now.. shockingly poor!
