@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@MelJPotter I'd recommend that you speak to our Customer Options team about your package as they may be able to move you on to the 6GB for £6 per month tariff. The team are available on 500 from your Plusnet mobile or 0800 079 1133 from any phone. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

My emails to Gmail from my Plusnet (John Lewis Broadband) account are being rejected when I use outlook. Any answers for this problem?

@savageboredom and therein lies the problem here? Wow. absolutely pisspoor iTunes download speeds on Plusnet tonight.
-
Jack (@jackbyrne91) reported
@IanDunt Reality is that most companies are using BT lines and speeds won’t be massively different. Only Virgin have their own lines, more companies laying fibre but still utilising the OpenReach network for large parts. Means Sky, BT, Plusnet etc.. should all be pretty similar.

Vern (@REMITINTEGRITY) reported
@PriapusIQ We received similar bollocks from Plusnet increasing our wifi pro rata with so called inflation. I sent them an email saying yes no problem but inflation is only transitory.

Just Dave 🇬🇧🐺🇵🇹 (@tyrewulf) reported
@PhilBatemanMBE Surprised it's only effected PlusNet customer's. If the problem is in a specific area effecting all service providers not just one, it would suggest a local network issue where someone has put a pneumatic drill through a cable or knocked over a cabinet. It does happen.
