    @nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

    @plusnethelp Can anyone tell me if BT has throttled down the bandwidth on broadband. I am having lots of problems streaming TV and using the internet with constant drop outs or slow downs. I don't think it's my router or connection as they were all replaced by Plusnet in August.

    @Plusnet Is there a way I can send a private message in relation to a broadband issue? Live chat is closed and there is no way to email your customer services. Unable to call at this time.

    @edmondcurrent Plusnet, never plugged a phone in though, don't use landlines. Used VoIP for the last 20 years, most lines are with @aaisp. Loads of options there for forwarding etc. Got some SIP2SIM services too, so VoIP direct to the mobile. Separate numbers for business every time.

    @Plusnet Maybe fix your Internet from dropping out every five minutes, seriously trying to work from home whilst using plusnet is like trying to get blood out of a stone! Horrendous service!

    im prepared to see you in court plusnet i and my 2 disabled brothers are fed up with your crap and your evan trying to get us to pay for engineer not happining ok and you was given dates by me to visit so no more lies................
