They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

James Freeman (@LostPom_James) reported@Plusnet Hi, Its not to do with my user account. It was a Slack issue that will resolve once your DNS is updated. You can either flush it now or wait for it to happen automatically. If you wait it just means I cant use Slack.

He looked at my phone settings, couldn't find any problem, and said he would call back in 10 minutes. 24 Hours later....

If I hotspot off my phone it works fine, but if I use Plusnet I get an DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. This has been happening since last night. Please can you resolve. All other websites work fine
