    Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

    @Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

    @Plusnet I have red light on the 2 plugs that came with my router (not sure what they're called). I have an Internet connection and have tried resetting the plugs. Nothing works. Any idea on a fix

    In case it helps with anyone having problems with @Plusnet, I have amended my router's DNS addresses to Google's DNS servers, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and it has got me back online. I don't think all routers (e.g. Hub One) allow you to set your own DNS though.

    @Plusnet broadband has been in and out all day causing severe issues trying to work from home. It’s got worse this evening with me not being able to stay connected to anything. Seems to be a consistent issue over last weeks. Are there any issues currently?
