@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

Hi @Plusnet, unhappy new customer here. Took the day off work yesterday to await broadband install and @OpenreachHelp weren’t able to complete the job, old broadband now disconnected and no contact from Open Reach to say when they’ll complete. Not happy.

@Plusnet Hi Jim, I’ve read the notes on my plusnet account and it seems like this problem could go on for an unknown amount of time. Is it really so difficult to send £50 to a continuing customer? Do you have any additional updates yourself? The notes weren’t helpful at all. Thank you.
