@michaelcouch23 @plusnethelp i waited an hour. i have changed my dns to 8.8.8.8 which has worked but when i called plusnet, nobody knew anything about it or about the dns workaround. appalling service when a single tweet would tell everyone what is going on

@plusnethelp i know & i've resolved it at my end but your service is appalling. 1 hour on the phone, no tweets/announcements by plusnet. I work in IT support & a basic service would be to inform your users immediately. So so poor & it needs feeding up higher.

@BagsTweets_ @Plusnet It’s a DNS issue bud, if you change your DNS server on your devices to 8.8.8.8 you should get reconnected.
