@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

Yesterday I got a cashback from my latest @Plusnet internet subs. It came as a plastic Mastercard which I didn't want. I spent it all on a meal last night to dispose of the card. Can I cancel it? Yes BUT ....

  • nkannemeyer3 Nicholas Kannemeyer (@nkannemeyer3) reported

@Plusnet Question 249155549 I’m not returning it.  Please charge me for it if you want. You never told me to return it when you sent me it. It is too old to refurbish and not a very expensive item. I feel insulted by this requirement you are burdening me with. Just charge me for it if you want. I have paid you a lot and you are trying to waste my time. Nicholas

@Plusnet Can you please please please advise if the Force9 issue is being actively looked at? Emails been down for nearly a month now. Its ridiculous.

  • RuckinRugby John 'Max' Maxwell (@RuckinRugby) reported

@Plusnet Can you please cancel my broadband account. You'd think this would be a simple few clicks on your website, but then this is UK 2025 isn't it. Do not give me a number to call.

  • jaida9625 Jaida Esin (@jaida9625) reported

@Plusnet Hey Plusnet! Why can’t I get through to your customer services by phone? Are the lines down? I need help & support please.

@Plusnet I miss one payment, due to my employer paying me late, I receive an email yesterday 23/07/25, the email states: I have 14 days to pay the outstanding bill, BEFORE my service is restricted, so why was my service restricted at 18.30 this evening on the 24/07/25??

Calls asking about roof insulation. (Repeatedly asking "what is the name of your company" makes them hang up [they pretend to be some body].) Calls show number if I dial 1471, but if I try block it (1572 option 1 with PlusNet), "unknown". Come on, @Ofcom. Make telcos block these
