    @Plusnet I'm unable to login to my account via any browser or device (just get the same blank grey screen) and despite us paying a premium for better upload speeds, today the best upload speed I can get is 2.98MB. Please can someone come back to me?

    @Plusnet ok folks. My mum sadly passed away on 24/03/22. Tried to contact Plusnet when she moved into care to cancel her contract, they wouldn’t speak to me. Now mum has died they won’t talk to her Solicitor. Why not, they’re only doing their job😢

    Once again @Plusnet just stop responding to emails! Even after I escalated a complaint as high as I possibly could! You are not getting another penny out of me! 😡 Avoid this provider at all costs!

    @Plusnet I have a problem with my plusnet broadband, I raised a call on 9 Feb 2022. This is supposed to be a company with great service. I have raised it as a complaint, no response. Why has this company gone so bad? #PlusnetSupport

    @Plusnet I have just used gmail via safari and everything seems ok. I assume that means it’s an app issue. I have already contacted Apple just in case but not hopeful of a response. It just seems odd it’s only happening on WiFi.

    Plusnet engineer said the issue was the router. I put in a new router. Internet still poor. Call operator for Plusnet says it's a line issue and an engineer will have to attend. Changing my mind - I wouldn't recommend plusnet anymore

    @Plusnet The @TNLUK won’t let me login to its website as it is staying my IP is outside UK? This is the same fixed IP I have had for 18 months - who’s got the actual problem preventing my login?
