@nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

If your #talktalk broadband goes down and the line is ok you can only progress your fault......online. There is no phone number, no actual customer service. It was easier to just switch to #plusnet . Byeee @TalkTalk

@Plusnet now then folks... any idea when you’re coming back online in the York area? Been out since about 19:00 last night. The support team said it’d be back by midnight at the latest.

Oh, and every time I bring this issue up I get no response lately. All I'm asking for is the plusnet site to NOT be restricted when a payment is late. It's counter-productive and pointless.

@Plusnet You're doing F all. I work as I doctor. Your broadband is awful. Can't video call patients or remote in to work. What a joke. You just keep directing me to generic fixes that fix nothing, just waste my time.

@Ofcom Question, how are @Plusnet allowed to breach their supply contract so frequently without recourse. We are sick of their poor service.

@plusnethelp There’s the problem then. #openreach need to employ more engineers and the system of communication between @OpenreachHelp & @plusnet needs greatly improving. Such a poor system and blaming a third party doesn’t cut it with providing a decent customer service
