    @Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

    @nowtvhelp After your appalling service last year with months of waiting for broadband to work, I instigated formal complaints, all of which came to nothing, so I moved to #Plusnet. I’ve just been told by you I’ve earned a new rank as Advocate on your community! Sums you up.

    @Plusnet regular as clockwork as it approaches my billing date my internet starts to be intermittent. Or goes down completely as it has done now. Don't tell me wiring your engineer last person to touch it. I am in credit do not need to make payment.

    Still connection drops on and off, been doing this for over 2 hours now and my speed has dropped so slow @Plusnet not fair really 😞

    @Plusnet so when I am not getting the service I have paid for, Plusnet make it impossible to report the issue!! Terrible customer service, and I went with this company because of the reports of great customer service! Boy I made a mistake!!!

    @Plusnet complained before that since I joined plusnet earlier this year internet has been constantly disconnecting and when it does connect it is so slow! Tried all of the things on support pages NOTHING helps never had any problems with talktalk where i was before. PLEASE sort it out
