@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

Great. Off to a bad start with @Plusnet mobile. Plusnet send email saying my PAC is incorrect. My original network claim they can't do anything as my PAC is being processed by Plusnet!! 😐

@Plusnet Why is it that I am only getting an EDGE internet connection while roaming in Germany, irrespective of the network I choose? With "roam like at home", I would expect a 4G connection. Is there any way to remove the cap on the roaming speed?

@Plusnet @plusnethelp 5th time this year I've had to call you due to issue with wifi/broadband/phone line. No WiFi/no Internet/no land line connection since Tuesday afternoon! I think it's time to terminate and find a new provider! Awful service
