    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @Plusnet I've spoken to a CSA in Leeds by phone who assures me my complaint has been logged & "to expect a phone call from a [Plusnet] manager in the next 2 to 3 days". I asked for, but was not given, a complaint reference number which I was told would be emailed to me, not yet received.

    @Plusnet , as you've just increased the price of my broadband rental, do you think you could possibly... if it's not too much to expect... deliver on service? (Sorry for the sarky tone, but.....it's really awful )

    @Plusnet Has anyone looked into this any further. I have now been without a fully working phone for 20 days it is appalling customer service.
