@Plusnet Wireless. It was all fine till relatively recently. We streamed video without issue. Now even a little embedded twitter video won't play without several buffering pauses & iplayer or netflix/prime unusable.

@Plusnet Any company is better than plusnet website doesn't work WiFi drops daily they put your bill up even though you're on a fixed contract. Customers service is useless. God knows how they've won awards most probably paid for them themselves.

@Plusnet Will you be allowing customers that are eligible for social tariffs with companies that offer them, the opportunity to cancel their contract with you and take advantage of the help that is being offered them?

@adz232 @O2 @EE No thank you, EE are owned by BT, just as Plusnet are,so I would rather have anybody else rather than BT. I am sure O2 will get it fixed but my last company mobile was on EE and that was rubbish. O2 just need to fix this one.

@Plusnet have sorted our internet out at the bungalow on the day they said it would be switched on. Good customer service with regular updates including a DM service on here. Thank you. I would be moaning on here if it had gone badly so feel I should give praise where due

@Plusnet You have deleted my MIL account meaning she has not got any internet or landline. She’s had this number forever and is vulnerable. Your mistake and the bloke down the road asked for a BT line and you have mistaken her address with his. @Ofcom
