    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @plusnet You have a major problem with your website. If the cookie consent dialog doesn't pop up (meaning the end user cannot consent) then the user cannot login. They just see a blank screen. As they never saw the consent dialog they don't realise that's the cause. 1/3

    @Plusnet It's my step mums phone and broadband account. They had to change the direct debit whe they shut dads bank account down as he died. When they set up a new one it was in the period where it would have been taken and so its bounced and she needs to pay it.

    @Plusnet Thanks for the response. Do you think it's fair to charge a customer of over 11 years such a high early termination fee? Leaves a very bad taste to be honest. Certainly wont be returning to Plusnet ever, or recommending you as I once did.

    @Plusnet Began trying to port over to you from bt a week ago.been without any mobile service whatsoever since. Called but advisors appear to have no clue what is happening. Can you please update on what the issue is and how much longer it's going to take to resolve?

    @Plusnet cumulatively spent over 1.5 hours this past week waiting to speak to you. Still not being able to get someone to pick up and waiting on the phone again now. I’ve also sent a complaint.

    @Plusnet Dear God please employ some more Cust service reps. Do you think people have the time to wait for the ridiculous call times for you to pick up the phone..what happened to live chat? I have a billing issue, You're taking more than my contract

    Hands down, worst customer service experience ever. #Plusnet owe me over £100 in credits but can't process their own billing service so have restricted my broadband until I pay £20. Which I have done - just in order to keep WFH etc but I will be leaving them as ASAP. Inept.
