    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @Plusnet Engineer came, claim they fixed the issue (water ingress in post), plusnet closes the question but guess what - first bit of rain connection starts dropping. Also its no longer possible to reopen a closed fault and your site is a pain to navigate. Issue to be resolved correctly.

    @Plusnet Hi guys. Had router (PlusNet 1) for a few months now as previous modem had failed. Constant dropouts and low speeds, have to constantly reconnect devices. Please fix!

    @Plusnet No sign of open reach - this is an absolute disgrace. They should never have disconnected the service until such time that they were actually able to carry out the work. My mum is paying for a service that she cannot use!!
