    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @Plusnet Hi, the problem (whatever it was) has been been resolved. It was just frustrating that I couldn't acccess the internet at the time and i couldn't see anything wrong on my part

    @UKAirband after 8months 3 failed install attempts (wires to house installed - street pole not live) engineers not turning up & hours on the phone to customer services I’m renewing with PlusNet & waiting for @jurassicfibre to arrive. Pls come & remove the wires on our house!

    Looks like @Plusnet is having a bit of trouble. Awful connection all today and yesterday, with regular connection drops. And now their phone lines are fully down. I noticed that my contract is up when I visited their website. Will be holding out on renewing I think.

    @Plusnet My Dad is meant to be switching his mobile number to you today; he’s lost service on his old sim but it seems as though the number hasn’t switched across as it is “unavailable” if you try to ring it. He’s tried ringing you for help but it doesn’t ring. Can you help?

    @SarahJDavid @darrich_kessy @Plusnet I thought the 72 hours sounded bad enough! 10 days is ridiculous, I'm going to suggest my friend changes to a company that actually can be contacted when their service fails 😠
