@Plusnet Really? We've got the best package you can offer, slow to stop service and not rural setting. Got the booster you advised, still awful and stuck with it. Heads up, avoid Plusnet.

activation date, but I did not receive your router. I contacted Plusnet and they sent me the router, it arrived next day. I could not use internet 2 days. The ref number is 212726690. On 18 April 2021, your internet service disconnected from early morning. I tried to phone you,

@Plusnet No know issues apparently. Tried to connect again just now and it won’t connect. Tried turning router off and on again but that hasn’t worked. When it tried to send an automated email to you it keeps saying the url doesn’t exist.

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet. I called you this evening to switch from Virgin Media, partly because you supposedly have better customer service. The last words of your "sales" agent as "Can't do nuffin for you" when I objected to a hidden price increase. In case you don't hear from me, that's why.

@Plusnet Thanks Plusnet. I’ll read that to try to figure out why the charge falls on me, but what about the fact I’m still having issues? It seems unfair to charge me when the issues aren’t fixed. Will it cost £60 every single time you come out to see what the problem is?

  • tracebicyturner Tracy Antonio MIAB cert.acc. (@tracebicyturner) reported

@Plusnet Ok that’s very odd as I haven’t changed anything. But yes please help.
