    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @Plusnet why is it I can get WiFi on my cell phone, yet no Internet via WiFi or ethernet to any of my TV's, sky Q box or Amazon TV stick. Checking each receivers, they say "connected" then "no Internet connection" I've checked ALL cables, reset All receivers. Still no joy. HELP!

    @Plusnet I’m talking to Outreach, not you. Twice this week you’ve told me it’s an Outreach problem and they are looking in it. I’m working elsewhere until tomorrow but if my internet is not restored by the time I return home tomorrow I want compensation.

    @Plusnet got to be honest, was wondering if maybe I should cancel the install with @TalkTalk and stay with Plusnet, but your customer service line unable to connect and being ignored here just confirms my decision

    @Plusnet Hello! My broadband was switched on yesterday evening but our router never arrived. Is there a way I can track my router in the post? With the postal strikes I’m worried there’ll be further delay. Thanks in advance!

    @Plusnet Hi, I switched from BT to Plusnet for landline & broadband on 25 Nov, but it seems BT were not informed of the takeover until the 28th, so they have continued to bill me until that date. Can you help please?

    @Plusnet also another issue that has arisen i have my old number ported, but when i send txt messages it is sending them from the sim card number i was supplied yet calls are using my original ported number, very poor and not worth the cheap monthly payments.

    @Cookstein @Plusnet It's never to late to get your hacked account back You need to be very careful scammers are everywhere, I will advise you reached out @merchatdesse_ service ever 💯 he recovered mine perfectly even when I thought it's not possible all thanks to him
