@Plusnet No the site is working perfectly fine. It is your network that is broken (lacking IPv6) As such you do not provide internet access, claiming that you do and not providing IPv6, is simply fraud. Untill you fix your network (fix IPv6) you should stop claiming to give internet.

@Plusnet The issue is ongoing. It would be better if it was possible if the Twitter Plusnet team had a way we could send a private Dm instead of an open public communication on Twitter! Thank You.

@AmberValleyInfo Hi there, I'm really sorry you're continuing to have issues with your connection. I can see a request was made to arrange a call divert on a new fault raised, which has been completed and should be active within the next 4 hours. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Forgot to add, this exact issue happened to me 2-3 months ago as well. I called up and the person I spoke to just said they would send me a new SIM card. The issue resolved itself with a day so I didn't ever use the new SIM. Could this be an issue between yourself & EE?

@Plusnet I have sorted the order but now I face the issue that you have ported my number before I have even received the sim card. Now I have no service.

@Plusnet I have 4 mb contracts. I have an ee signal booster at home till two days ago worked for my mb's. It's stopped working looks like ee have stopped the service, I now have no signal in the house. Do you have a similar device or WiFi calling?

.@Plusnet pretty poor customer service. No answer to my query, no service for hours. Lost time in working day due to lost connection and no updates on your site/Twitter feed. Maybe less PR on TV with the big Yorkshire lad trying to be funny and more focus on customer service?
