cannot answer the security questions unaided! I can’t help him because he can’t answer the security questions unaided. So 92 year old deaf vulnerable father isolated due to Covid has no phone. Outrageous and shockingly inflexible service from #plusnet I would avoid this company.

@Plusnet how are you looking after me? I can't make calls, it could take 5 days to resolve the issue

  • Bramzabog Bramza (@Bramzabog) reported

Why is @Plusnet so bad. Had it for ages and have had non stop issues with it. I could deal with it disconnecting every hour but now I literally have had no interest connection for the past hour. @plusnethelp

  • eladise Daniela Othieno (@eladise) reported

@Plusnet Why is it impossible to contact you? Broadband keeps dropping, no chat facility, waiting on phone for hours. Why are you not employing people to wfh on your chat helpline? I have to wfh and need to sort this out. DM me, this is terrible "service",not good enough.

@Plusnet can you help me? My WiFi keeps dropping out while I'm trying to do remote teaching! What am I doing wrong, my hub keeps flashing amber. Is it just because it's busy?

  • sometimesyouwin Ad (@sometimesyouwin) reported

@Plusnet so no deals available to keep my custom? Been with you for a few years but don't want to treat me like you do your new customers? Oh and somehow when my current deal ends it will be cheaper for me to pay your standard rates???
