@Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@Plusnet This company gave me a 14 day notice to pay a bill and then when I called within the notice period they told me it had been passed to a debt collectors?! No way to speak to the manager just an endless trail of customer service reps who can’t help.

@TOrynski Switched from Sky to Plusnet, to Shell over last 5 years. Major hassles cancelling Sky and Plusnet. Looks like it's going to be the same when I cancel Shell. Might not bother, will be moving back to Ireland so I don't care if they try to collect money from closed UK bank account.

@Plusnet worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely appalling and no way to get through to a manager to resolve the issue after years of terrible internet.

I'd like it known that I think the Plusnet/BT HomeHub 5 is an excellent network device (if you're cheap, like me). Couldnt do this without two wireless radios!

Anyone recommend a SIM only deal with an eSim? With Plusnet at the moment good value and service but they’re a step behind EE (who they piggyback) on 5G and Esim. They are much cheaper than EE though. Sky don’t do Esim yet either. Anyone else?

@Plusnet had a monthly sim with you for a few months now - most days I can’t make calls or receive calls either. Coverage apparently is good around my area. I’ve even tried resetting the network settings

@Plusnet why do you make it so difficult to cancel 30 day sim only contracts? Every other provider I've used has an option in the app, or on the website. I can't find anything like that anywhere on yours. How do I cancel??

@MattRegan Hi Matt, sorry for the delayed response. The current provider should have cancelled when the PAC was used. If the SIM arrives while you're away the number would still move over. Safe travels and I hope that doesn't cause a problem for you. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Morning Plusnet. I've been on restricted service for my mobile since Saturday. I've DM'd a few times for help, no reply. I've paid last Thursday. I have a DD in place which doesn't get taken. HELP.
