@Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@OpenreachHelp Hi Gareth Plusnet raised it few times with you but none of your engineers ever came to my house to fix the landline. I had 4 openreach appointments but no one ever showed up. so what shall I do?

@Plusnet Nearly 120 dropouts ( after the initial 10 day period ) , 2 routers , 3 engineer visits. Numerous calls to support and tweets. This is not normal. Then to be charged £87 to leave is the final insult. Shame on you Plusnet.

@Plusnet Have had ongoing problems this year. to date we now have x 4 plusnet hubs. Plusnet have agreed to pay for our own hub, but have credited my account instead of my bank account which was agreed. I have called but advisor said he could not help

@tyrone_neale At my mums we had problems with sky, bt, talktalk, plusnet xD i think talktalk or plusnet are part of bt now or something but i remember complaining so much haha

@Plusnet Hi, I'm getting really good ping times from UK servers but US servers are at about 90msecs. That means that many services (including twitter) are very slow. Have you changed your backbone network arrangements recently?

Help @Plusnet! Our router seems to be dying (Internet available but mobiles can't connect outside the room and all other devices are unstable despite Troubleshooter saying there's no issue) Moving house soon so starting new contact. Can we have a new router please? @plusnethelp
