    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    I don't check my email as much... but I just had a thought, and saw the bill from @Plusnet and now I'll likely have trouble sleeping, because the broadband stuff I thought was sorted last month seems to be sorted... but now they're overcharging me two extra line rentals...

    @XMightyRed @SQRLTV @virginmedia Funnily enough - only option was sky (and their shocking customer service) or BT (who of course own Plusnet). Virgin are not available (which seems like a good thing).

    @plusnethelp I do hope that each and every customer leaves plusnet behind. Appaling phone attitude when you can get through, rubbish broadband reliability, non existent email or complaints process and no refund for your shite service.

    I have rented a flat in Cardiff since the beginning of July that I have only stayed in for 3 weeks max due to multiple lockdowns, wifi issues with @Plusnet meaning my best access to study resources are at home, and university saying we now cannot return. @BBCWatchdog #rentfornowt

    @MoneyTelegraph So @plusnethelp wrongly cut off a vulnerable customer-Left her with no phn/b'band. Then rang her demanding £ (which she didn't owe) to reconnect service whilst DD been set up for yrs. Further failings, billing errors,stress - minimal gogw/insult proposed #plusnet
