    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    @Plusnet absolutely brilliant customer service from Rachael in payments this morning. Explained the two processes we needed to do and then went through them very clearly, explaining as she went 👏👏👏

    @Plusnet I'm paying for the privilege of 900mbps and your service is consistently poor - averaging around 27mbps using the test on your website. I think my household is within our rights to break the contract early due to your failure to provide the service paid for.

    @DawnSunrise1 It often happens with streaming tv, that's why I have fitted an aerial to my tv as a backup for my freesat signal and my plusnet broadband box.

    @Lost_Signal In the UK, I had this exact issue with every fibre provider. They were all selling the fact that it came with some super mesh router. Ended up with @Plusnet own router no problem here are the settings. (Although they did insist on send their own router too)

    @PlusnetOfficial Plusnet so in which alternative universe does a few hours of broadband service but at random times count as satisfactory service for TWELVE days how convenient no compensation and poor comms on the fault?
