@Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@TimMart23440433 @Plusnet We have a brand new router, bought yesterdsy. They’ve said it’s a problem with @OpenreachHelp external fault, so not our issue.

@JAYNEHAIMES I have Plusnet and have had no problems. If they try to put it up I phone them up and tell them I’m moving. It always works 👍🏼

@plusnethelp @Plusnet very disappointed. Internet light still showing red since afternoon and up to now no connection. For the past 6 months I keep calling every week. Terrible customer service, not sure they know what they doing. I need my internet sorted ASAP .
