    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @Plusnet Wireless connections only. Though, at the time only my laptop was using the wifi and was in the same room as the router. I have issues with wifi connectivity throughout the house.

    @Plusnet I've had a long running issue with my broadband and your support staff told me I would be compensated at £8 per day. It appears to have finally be resolved and I've received a £15 credit on my account? huh? The ticket has been closed so I can't object. Ticket: 217876974

    @lizcooperclark @Plusnet The problem seemed to be fixed over the weekend but now back to where we were in the middle of last week. I too was receiving some intermittent emails spasmodically.

    @Plusnet what's going on with my email?? Its *still* not working properly!!!! I'm expecting paperwork for a new job, what's going on and when is it going to be *fully* fixed???

    @Plusnet @MartinWoodward2 Webmail still problem for me, its bad at best of times, now non-existent. Sometimes it says mailbox empty, sometimes there's a number, no folders and server error messages. Fed up of trying to get in there.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp my wifi keeps going down whilst i’m trying to work at home. i’m in meetings all day and i can’t work with this wifi service you’re giving me. This is not acceptable

    @Plusnet @HelloFromMarcus Same old generic response. Seeing the number of people posting about issues I’d suggest most users can’t access their emails, me included. How about an update on what the actual issue is or haven’t you figured that out yet? 😳
