    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @Plusnet Your wifi is a joke. Asking me for my password again. Saying it’s wrong when it’s right. This is the second router I’ve had and same issue. What you going to do to sort this time?

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet moved home 2 weeks ago and ever since, my wifi is constantly dropping out. Tried the instructions to change the channels etc but same issue. Terrible service considering I had to pay +£100 to move and your next suggestion was paying for a new router.

    Whhaaa “we’re not throttling you.” whhaaa “it’s as fast as your line can support” bollocks, here is my old speed tests. Whhaaa “we have your port set to 80.” sticks at 59.99 MBS.. plugs in new talktalk router.. 65 MBS... yeah I did Do my CCNA you know... fu plusnet..

    @MrsTWymer @virginmedia I confronted my provider with the fact I could go elsewhere and they dropped my bill accordingly. Plusnet via John Lewis/Waitrose. Excellent customer service and good speed in leafy Finstock

    My @Plusnet fault ticket that I've had open since the 12th got automaticlaly closed after no reply... Whats the point with this company? Got another 12 months of this high level of service to look forward to. If anyone has escaped a PN contract before please let me know.

    @plusnethelp Hi! Switched from Sky 6 months ago to PlusNet. Internet constantly dropping out (never had a problem in ten years). Usually at night or when two devices online. Any advice? Have reset and unplugged and used master socket. Frustrating as trying also to work from home!

    @MarcAllera @plusnethelp Not happy with #Plusnet under question 212234830. broadband issues for 4wks. Engineer visited & finally found issue with line climbed pole switched connection point. I updated PN at every stage. Now landed with charge! Pls check log carefully & rescind
