    @Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

    @Plusnet Hey, youtube is inaccessible to me today on my home internet (desktop/laptop browser version - mobile app works OK if I don't mind squinting at a tiny screen). Works for friends on other providers. Any chance you have a fix for this lined up?

    @Plusnet hi - our internet is down, please could you DM and advise on when it will be restored as working from home is difficult. Have tried your online support but as we don’t have a landline it doesn’t work. Thanks!

    @bt_uk @Plusnet you really need to get the problem with YouTube and your parental settings sorted. Had to turn parental controls off to get on the TV app and the website. Thousands of people reporting problems on down detector.

    @Plusnet hello, I am experiencing frequent buffering on the ps5 Now Tv and Sky apps. Please can you look into this and see if there is some issue with my account set up causing this? Or offer any other suggestions? Thanks
