@Greyhounds_PZ @Plusnet We rang them once we'd moved and we were connected within a few days. Then for some reason, our line was cancelled 😑 trouble is its up to 10 days to reverse it which means @DrewSegal can't work!

@OpenreachHelp please explain the repeat outages in Lees, Oldham. Plusnet can't say if it's planned or emergency. So far we were off all yesterday and 5hrs off today. Tried ringing you and have never heard anything so unhelpful as the recorded message! Need to work and can't.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp So yesterday I was told they have to wait 3 weeks for local authority permission to dig up the road. And that if I cancelled BT would be just as bad. Atrocious service and lots of different stories. Really shocked as we just moved our internet for 6 months when shielding elsewher

@MartinSLewis plusnet about 36 a month all in, get around 70mbps, no issues, no drops out. tempted on trooli on my street for 50 but then also add a phone line for 300mbps but i dont see the point. i can stream and download fine at 70

@Plusnet @plusnethelp award winning service? really? my broadband hasnt been stable since it was installed a month ago. I previously had really good stable service with another provider, but since with Plusnet, its been crap. Why do i have to keep chasing a fault?

Hi @Plusnet please advise why my renewal offer is for £27.99/mo for 18 months yet a new customer can get the same package for £22.99/mo for 12 months. I'm regretting to buying line saver last October. Thanks.
