4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@Plusnet @plusnethelp 45 mins of my life I’ll never get back to be no further along either!! 3 kids at home needing services and your agent basically says “I can’t help” if this is award winning I’d hate to see who came last!!

I'm not sure who messed up. All I know is that my vulnerable 81 year old parent has been left without their landline. An Essential Service!! Transfer from #Utilitywarehouse to @Plusnet has gone Very wrong. @BTOpenreach1 possibly to blame. Could be @TalkTalk who own #UW. Furious

@plusnet Is there anyone home?? Landline down, line test says "unclear result, try again later". Well, it is later. I have tried again. And again. And the same message comes up. 24 hours since my first DM - 4 more tweets since. This is not service, @plusnet

@Plusnet currently Internet service is dropping out once or twice every hour @DN22 6UF and has been ever since I upgraded. What's the problem? impossible to carry on a meeting.

@Plusnet We have a terribly unstable connection and despite informing you, it remains unresolved. I have 2teenagers who are being disadvantaged further by your inept service. They cannot participate in their home learning successfully due to your poor service

@plusnethelp I need someone to check out Broadband connection and phone line. Receiving 2.6 Mbps and 0.7. Neighbour getting 34.82 and 7.56 on PlusNet. Your chat service was useless. Phone line same.

Now sitting on hold with no indication of where I am in the queue, or how long it'll be..... I miss the old days when @plusnet were good at customer support. Now they give an impression of not wanting to talk to you. If only I could get @toobbroadband where I am!
