@cl_gamble @we_are_biscuit @Plusnet Reading in the bio it's just a support account that is no longer in use. That still doesn't explain why it's still active and set to private, which is really bizarre. Their current support account is open, but being silent on this matter, so not exactly confidence inspiring.

@we_are_biscuit @Plusnet I suspect, as mentioned, that there's a Support Tech desperately trying to find a manager to tell them what to do. They used to be great, especially for us techies who wanted to go beyond just consuming the web, but they're not much better than Talk Talk, Sky e.t.c. now. Shame.

@Red_Amber @LadyKalma @Plusnet Was a plusnet customer when i lived in the UK and they were almost hilariously stupid about pretty much everything. Would not recommend signing up with them, it's not worth it and this just gives their ineptitude a malicious bend.

@Plusnet do you have a hacking problem? Please would you check. Thanks I Received a convincing phishing text from my child (also on plusnet) with link to a fake photo/video message & a password. Might be a one off but I Thought it worth reporting to you just in case.
