4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@Dawnchandler84 @Plusnet Oh indeed - I only ever call them when it’s renewal time usually, BUT when I had issues with my house move 2 years ago they provided great service. AND: BT Sport for a tenner. That’s the clincher!

@Plusnet my phone is saying emergency signal only today, have restarted it several times and taken SIM card in and out. Is there problems in my area?

@Plusnet Still no change for my father you charged him double his normal amount last month. This is not great in the current climate for a 75 year old pensioner. You also promised him £25 goodwill gesture which never appeared.

@MarcAspinall Plusnet was better and cheaper than BT, and pleasant to deal with when there were issues.

@Plusnet I was supposed to have internet with you from yesterday. The @OpenreachHelp engineer turned up late yest and failed to connect me. Now I'm told Openreach won't give an update for over a week.Their customer service say they can't help, but you can. Why the week-long wait?

Question every thing.

@MartinSLewis Question can I have some advice. I took a unlimited fibre extra with Plusnet. Since then I have not received the speed promised. When I contacted them I get messed around saying it's Open reach fault. I have 11 months remaining. Can I terminate without penalties?

@chris_a_tye @Plusnet I had to leave Plusnet last year because they couldn't deliver the advertised speed to my house and didn't have a super fast option. No arguments, no problems. Always found their customer service excellent. Once they offer a 100mg + option I'll be back to them.

@_WildfellHall @Dawnchandler84 @Plusnet I’ve always found them reliable. Speed is OK, but they’ll give you an estimated speed. They’re part of BT, but the service is much better!
