4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

Absolutely shocking service from @Plusnet - every customer service representative tells me something different and now we’re going to be without Wifi. Can’t even make a formal complaint without passing security check!

@Plusnet It's not going to make any difference if I DM you because I have been calling you for weeks now just to be fobbed off. I've been with you for years and renewed in April to Broadband Fibre extra. You have never managed to get the speed above 40mb and opened and closed tickets.

@GreyAlien worse here (plusnet also) - only 25 down and 9 up. Plus get odd random spotty connection issues sometimes which it never used to

Just spent about an hour and a half trying to sort out a problem with @Plusnet who have utterly messed up my elderly aunt and are now gaslighting her to pretend the problem they caused is her fault.
