    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @OpenreachHelp An engineer attended re fault referred by PlusNet, told me what work was needed, said he couldn’t fix it, as he was left advised would put report in & try to escalate, only for his report to say he made site safe, fixed fault & checked line. The line was still in 2 pieces outside

    @plusnethelp based on my past experience, I am confident that plusnet will not be able to resolve the issue. please can you just allow us to leave the contact and go to other provider and stop charging us for the bad service. I would be really grateful to you

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet broadband down til the 10th and no free data bolt ons on our plusnet mobiles so kids and us can get online. Apparently when it suits you’re separate companies. £15 for each 4GB bolt on and no dongles available. 😡

    @plusnethelp I've been told Plusnet cannot process the refund even though it is their error and I should speak to my bank and call back tomorrow - not like I have a full-time job I need to hold down or anything. Why should I do Plusnet's job for them? I expect compensation.

    @Plusnet We have sent a message with regards to a charge we are disputing and no one has got back to us the past couple of weeks. We also have very slow broadband. We have been on call with one of your operatives this morning and unfortunately nothing resolved...HELP!

    @Plusnet is the worst broadband about, thought sky was bad, nope plummet is even worse despite supposedly having the fibre package, shocking

    @Plusnet so my broadband is out for the 2nd time today. Go to support pages, says you are open until 10pm, phone up and lines say you closed at 8pm. Live chat also not available all day. Not great :(
