Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, England4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

(@Matt_Q_OnX) reported@MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.

visceralview (@visceralview) reportedCancelled my Vodafone broadband. They are vile. Customer help is a foreign call centre! I have choice of 2 providers Plusnet or EE. I only need a basic service no landline. Both are same price. Any advice on which is best meaning few connection problems and good customer service?

Olliemorr2017🐾🐱🇪🇺🏴 (@Olliemorr20171) reported@ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!
