4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@Plusnet mobile signal completely down for last 48 hours on 3 devices in the household (mine Plusnet, other 2 are EE) with long delays for standard texts coming in. Getting an error message on your coverage checker. Can someone advise how we resolve please?

@Plusnet Hi, troubleshooting question, I am in online meetings 8.45 to 10.30 a few mornings a week, every time from just after 9 to about 9.20 my connection is very unstable. How can this change please? It is a consistent issue.

Outage continues, affecting also the local convenience store/post office et al. If @Plusnet rely on @BT_Openreach to swap out dead batteries from roadside cabinets and they in turn rely on the power company to provide uninterrupted power , who is the power company?

@anubeon @Plusnet Binned them years ago. When they first started they were good and a bit different (you got fixed IP addresses which we needed for work), customer support excellent. It went downhill quickly.

@Plusnet every night at 10.40 my internet goes down. I pay for the fastest but am getting nothing. I expect you will want to sort this out
