4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@Plusnet Hi. I phoned on Wednesday morning as my broadband was down. I was told this was something affecting the local area (da16) and would be back running Thursday am. I still have no Internet. When is this expected to be working again?

@Plusnet Done it didn’t work. Turned it off and using my phone for internet. At least I can rely on @EE to provide a good service

@Plusnet I’ve done that and this issue with one hub has been known and unresolved for over 18 months now. Band steering should work without having to name 2.4 and 5Ghz networks separately 🙁

@Plusnet unbelievable promised a call back as your engineer did not fix broadband issue today and person did not return call ….need line as priority need….had issue ever since I joined….
