    4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

    @Plusnet Hello there ! Could you help me with my problem ! We moved to you because of your advertising. Big mistake . We had 5mb plus now we have a maximum of 0.07 mb!!!

    @smorgasbord My experience of PlusNet is generally excellent. However, when I have had an issue, their first line of defence on the phone is dreadful (as per most companies). When I've spoken to the right people they've gone far more than others.

    Anyone having internet issues? Are we under cyber attack? People from Plymouth to the North on SM reporting issues with Sky, PlusNet, KCOM and possibly other providers.

    @plusnethelp Dear PlusNet, It used to be the case that I could raise a ticket for support even after the telephone lines were closed, why do you deny this access? I have an upload speed issue, & would like to gain your support. #RSVP Including @MrOakRoom for technical Responses.

    @kevinhandley @Plusnet Don’t mate plusnet are awful I pay for 50-68 mbps and barely get 30 been on hold for 3 hours and they’ve not done anything

    @plusnethelp The issue I have is that this is the best service you can offer, the only fault is the lack of infrastructure investment. I'm sorry if the woeful speeds are embarrassing but you should try uploading a rendered video file for work using it. #plusnet #btopenreach #broadband

    @plusnethelp Now 3 months and the unpaid dispute regarding the fraudulent use of my details has been resolved . All plusnet is interested in is to close the case while my credit file is still left in tatters. Very poor customer service. Utter shambles

    So @Plusnet have cancelled our Internet and phoneline 2 weeks early! I can't work from home now. They have been no help and basically told us they can't do anything and have to live with it. Totally unacceptable behaviour. Avoid them
