@plusnethelp can you please respond to my DM from 30th January in regards to not meeting your minimum guaranteed broadband speeds?! @Plusnet starting to regret being a returning customer!

@Plusnet I tried sending you a PM about the dire service I am currently receiving but you haven’t bothered replying in over a week. I am supposed to be on unlimited fibre but am lucky if I can manage 3.5 Mbps download speed.

@oaklandsealing There was definitely a problem in the BT / Plusnet broadband service locally this morning. Low bandwidth and high packet loss. Unsure if this is a wider issue.

  • mattbutterworth Matthew Butterworth (@mattbutterworth) reported

@Plusnet Woeful customer service. My bill jumps from £28.50pm to £41.59pm, and your retention team tells me the only way I can get the deal online is to leave, go without internet for 30 days, and then pay a connection fee again. I once recommended you to everyone. What a joke.

Amazing. 1. Got a letter from Virgin Media, saying my broadband at £40 per month is going up by nearly 10%. 2. Kids have flown the nest, so only need slow bb now. 3. Shopped around, found good deal with Plusnet. 4. Notified Virgin who couldn't match them, so gave notice..
