Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, England4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

Your website said to contact via Twitter - I did this at Ofcourse there will always be netowrk probs .. but I messaged you at 1.15pm - my husband also did. It’s now 14.52 .. and it’s not fixed and we still can’t call/text. Poor service

Rev Karen Sethuraman (@KarenSethuraman) reported@Plusnet As mentioned… no problem with networks having occasional probs.. its bound to happen. But when the only way a customer can communicate a prob to you guys is via Twitter .. then that is a poor service. Anyway.. hope it’s fixed soon

Nic (@NicolaCarle2) reported@Plusnet once again I'm experiencing a dropping connection. Since Xmas when my daughter got an ipad the connection drops all the time and rebooting and turning off WiFi doesn't help, also takes ages to appear on the WiFi list
