4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

I'm currently on the phone to @Plusnet customer service. Gary is possibly the most helpful human being, and definitely deserves employee of the month, if not the year! Long story short, I've been paying for a service I haven't used for a year because I moved house and switched

@stoofer2 While we can try making some changes to the router remotely, its possible that this could have an effect on your other devices; which wouldn't be ideal. Have you had a chance to contact the TV manufacturer for any support they may be able to offer? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@hankspears @bt_uk @Plusnet Sorry to hear it, Hank - yes, it’s still down, but BT seem to now be addressing it as a local outage rather than a fault for any individual customer - so will hopefully be sorted soon… supposedly we’ll get a temporary 4G transmitter tomorrow. Perhaps Plusnet could do the same?

@Plusnet are you aware of any problems in the NE15 area? I've not had any mobile signal (calls, texts, data) since lunchtime today and your call center is too busy to take any calls. Thanks
