4 X 10gb @EE sim only contracts at £8 a month each will do! Was paying £45 a month with EE and Plusnet for less, now £32 with EE. Pretty pleased again. Thanks to @jamesbowlesuk for the heads up 🙂 Great customer service too.

@Plusnet Now says there's a service error but it won't keep me informed as it says my number is not EE. How else are Plusnet customers supposed to be kept informed when you use the EE network and owned by BT?

  • Shazzabam S. (@Shazzabam) reported from Islington, England

@Plusnet hi there our internet has been dropping in and out all day and it’s making working from home extremely difficult. I’ve had to reset the modem many times and it does not help

  • JFlaginho Jack (@JFlaginho) reported

@Plusnet my download speed has been awful for the last few days, can I fix this?

  • RealMackriell Jacob Mackriell (Crosse) (@RealMackriell) reported

@ellehardy I’ve used them all at one point or another. Vodafone (and Virgin) are bad. Tesco is good and cheap, and uses O2 signal which is good (O2 tend to be expensive) GiffGaff is great if you have a phone already. EE (& plusnet & BT) are ok but unreliable with poor Customer service.

@Plusnet Hi, my broadband went down around 10:20 this morning. HG4 area. No reply from anyone via the website report as yet. Any idea what’s going on? Thanks!

@Plusnet my mum's landline is not working, the engineer confirmed there is a fault but no fix on the horizon. Your team have refused to increase her minutes on her mobile plan. Why should she pay line rental for a line that doesn't work, and pay for a bolt on to make up for it??

  • andy_heron Andy Heron (@andy_heron) reported

@Plusnet I'll take a look, have split it already into 2 channels for the SSID at 2.4 and 5 ghz. The speeds via Speediest (Ookla) were significantly down on previous results and I was only getting between 30 and 35 mbps download compared to over 60- 68 (solidly) not so long ago.

@Plusnet I’m fed up trying to get to speak to a human on the phone at Plusnet. Trying to sort out why my connection here in Dundee is so rubbish and substandard here in Dundee. Problem seems to be with both Broadband and WiFi. I might need to find a new provider

  • Lucy_eats_shoe It's Lucy (@Lucy_eats_shoe) reported

@Plusnet Is by far the worst internet service provider I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. Still using dial-up on a line that is disconnected about half of the time. I can’t even switch out because it’s included in my current rent. Good riddance when I move.
