@Plusnet Can we get a new router? It dropped out again last night for a minute or two, our router is old. If it's a continuous problem with Plusnet, then maybe it's time for a change. We are the only ones in our street.

@Plusnet I use wired ethernet for my Network Drive and desktop computer, but it helps a lot that my phone-line master socket, modem, and computer are close together. Not every place I have lived has that advantage.

@steve_wigg Hi Steve, if you contacted us before 14 days, you are still free to leave even if the service has been activated. You will only have to pay a pro rata rate for any period of service provided. I'd recommend contacting our business team about this. - Cal, Plusnet Leeds
