"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@Plusnet My b/b is running at the amazing speed of 0.55mbps. How am I meant to work from home with such a poor service? I've forgotten how many times I've brought this up but still regularly get less than 2 mbps.

@Plusnet Anoush. I am using a #Dreytek router, but the problem is intermittent, and also prevents me from using my iPhone's hotspot. Our #MacMini appears unaffected, so its definitely a @Windows issue. Very frustrating. @MSFTEnable

I work from home. I need internet to be able to pay my bills. Since I joined @Plusnet on 11/08 I’ve not had a full 24 hours of service. 5 engineers, new wires, holes in my walls + 2 boxes later and still nothing. I’m at my wits end, this is ridiculous.

@Plusnet You seem to having issues with the Internet. I got kicked out of 3 games online and on speed test run, this said it were slow. How can this be whilst I am on fibre connection?

@Plusnet I've already asked her to do this with the fault that she reported a while back which still hasn't been fixed. Unfortunately I live some distance away so while I originally set this up for her I don't get to see her often to help with issues like this.

@kenny307mcfc @Footynut1Wendy It's certainly faster and with lower latency Kenny, I've just moved to them after 7 years with Plusnet who wouldn't play the haggling game this year. But, as Wendy knows, it's not available to everyone. The risk with using VM is that their customer service is non existent.

have to cancel, but Plusnet have been in touch to confirm that it will be cancelled. Am I going to retain my existing broadband services until the 13th?
