    @Plusnet Worst customer service ever! Closed account on 30/01. Took DOUBLE payment. Now holding my money! I hate plusnet.

    @Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet Why do you have so many dissatisfied customers. Is it A) poor Internet connection or B) poor customer service or c) everything about plusnet rubbish!

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I guess I won’t be changing my plan then since no one seems to want to help. What’s happened to your customer service these days?! You used to be so quick and efficient and we used to highly recommend you but these days I see plenty of unhappy customers 😕

    @nowtvhelp No need now... plusnet restricted my account because my bill was 4 days late... never known any broadband company to do this! Insanity! Now I’ve paid it and poof!! Magically my problems disappeared!! Don’t go with plus net!!!

    @plusnethelp Am I right in thinking you don't have a FTTP/FTTH fibre to the premises/home product? I've been a plusnet customer for decades(?). Openreach are installing fibre to our telephone poll next week.

    @VodafoneUK hi there. switched over from you to Plusnet on 25th September BUT you have since charged me 2 monthly payments! Can you please help as you shouldnt be charging me anymore

    On Tuesday I was told everything was sorted, and the line would be activated before midnight. Wednesday morning, no broadband. I commented on the support ticket to tell @Plusnet this so they were aware - apparently this means "don't worry about this line, it's lowest priority!".

    Plusnet defo sell your house number. Had two numbers with them which I never give out or use so it’s impossible to get my name and number and I still get cold calls with my exact name.

    @plusnethelp you up contacted me via email in July saying a credit would be applied to my next bill, this has never occurred. Because I’m now leaving @Plusnet I want to get the account resolved. Please can someone contact me and discuss as a matter of urgency I’ve tried calling

    Plusnet have failed to remedy faults on my Broadband line since 25th September. Almost 2 months and 4 engineer viists!! What a poor service! @Plusnet
