    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet Internet is down currently. We follow troubleshooting advice but it is always an external fault. Please resolve. This is costing us mobile data charges

    @nigelstreet @HA11NNH @SpaceX My house had satellite installed by previous owner. V expensive & terrible latency. Now have 4G mobile broadband from EE as discovered signal here pretty good (other networks not good). Unlimited data, less than £40/mo & faster than plusnet fibre in old house.
