@Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@Penyrheolgerrig We had Plusnet broadband and phone. I informed them that we wanted the service terminated on the date we moved out and cancelled the direct debit after the last bill from them was paid out. Had several emails from Plusnet requesting further monthly payments! Now stopped . . .

@Plusnet Nothing close by that’s seems to be setting it off. We’ve moved the router to the master socket in a bid to help speed a couple of weeks ago. It does sound like a few people in the road are having trouble too.

I swear to god @Plusnet is such a scam I disconnected from my Xbox party twice. N I swear to god if they do a little reply asking if I want help I will punch a wall because there’s nothing to help I have seen so many people complain about issues yet they do nothing
