    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    Moving house and agreed a disconnection date with @Plusnet for 10th jan and someone decided to terminate immediately! And now I’m told it’ll be 2 weeks before I’ll likely get the connection back again. Appalling service especially seeing they’ve admitted it’s their error.

    Since joining plusnet a year ago, I can't change things online in "My Account"; it has a message saying "You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later." Clearly this is not true, can you fix it please.

    @Plusnet I have no overdue bill and never did..on the 15th May you produced a bill for 17p but your website only lets you pay a minimum of £1..the bill is not yet due. Please advise on how this mess is to be sorted out with minimum fuss..thanks..

    @plusnethelp Yet another day with no broadband. I appreciate that my tweets are reminiscent of Groundhog Day or 50 First Dates in the repetitive stakes. But so is being bereft of internet despite Plusnet ‘proactively chasing’ the issue. No updates since Fri. Ouch.

    @BritishTelecom plusnet No bank holiday 4 me, busy chasing the Bandit providers 4 my money while CEO's r out spending what they owe me and many other Victims. 2wks No service+No compensation=No reply from CEO's=No customer service. Waiting 37 months. Avoid both twin Cowboys

    2 days in a row having unstable internet. It has been impossible to work, let alone video streaming. Not the best time to be dealing with #plusnet poor service.
