@Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@sadaplays @bt_uk They did the same with me! The sticker fell off the box at the post office and for reasons unknown it gets marked as delivered. Might be worth switching. Plusnet do customer service really well.

So now I'm waiting for my doctor to call me back. Then I have to make another call to Plusnet to continue trying to fix the problems we've been having for MONTHS. Today is not a good day.

@JonBaylis @virginmedia @richardbranson I've heard nothing positive about them recently. We were having troubles with Plusnet but fair play they have been and resolved all issues. Though neighbour claims ZEN are the best for Cust Serv

Finally dropped virgin media. Having outages that we're never reported, constant problems the user gets blamed for and then raising the price was just too much. Hopefully plusnet will provide a better service, they always have in the past!

@plusnethelp PlusNet service has gone from excellent to appalling! My ‘question’ no211073088 remains unresolved - a promised call back from a CSC Analyst never materialised and an engineer who called CUT ME OFF! Adding a comment online resulted in a message to restart the query!

I don't know why @plusnet broadband has been giving me issues for the past couple of months. It is just impossible and now it has stopped working all together and I can't get hold of anyone form their customer services to help out.
