"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@Plusnet Hello, I'd like to move my Plusnet SIM to a new phone. The new phone is locked to the EE network - but that won't be a problem will it? Because Plusnet uses the EE network.

@Plusnet Hi there, I got no response to my query yesterday, I need service set up at the new (nearby) address I'm moving to but may need an overlap period with my current place. What's the best way to do this? I would like service at the new place ASAP.

@tinternetqueen @VirginMediaCorp I have a mixture. Plusnet for broadband and landline, recently moved to Tesco for very basic mobile. Both great customer service. Only use freeview telly, though.
