"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

Recently moved. Cancelled my broadband with #plusnet. If you don’t pay up the contract in 14 days, your account sent to collection agency. No discussion available, no chance of a discount. £140 to terminate…..

@Munross @Plusnet Same! I have had no end of reliabilty issues. There very quick to blame your setup too and in my case its always turned out to be either BT or the Service Provider that buggered it. Please for the love of God, give us the service we are paying for @Plusnet

Why do I have to call @Plusnet to inform you that I'm not renewing my contract. You have an online chat service. Why can't I do it through that???

@IL_Tenore @Plusnet also a customer for many years. Currently paying for 32Mbps .. getting 0.6Mbps. If it wasn't for the grief of changing email address I'd be gone.

@JCDrummo @Plusnet I certainly get the ‘half-hearted’ feeling. So far all problems have been because of Openreach, I’m told, and Plusnet are ‘waiting’ for Openreach to do things. Where is the pressure and anger on behalf of their customers?

Broadband is down so went to Plusnet's mobile site and saw there's now an option to diagnose problems by text. Well you can imagine how encouraging it was to get a text saying "Hi, it's the John Lewis Diagnostics bot here."
