If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

That's why I cancelled.

My Aunt ha been told lies since then to say they will fix it so she gets off the phone. No manager will come to phone to help.
