@Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@Plusnet No internet Fri. Experienced your customer service.Your bot saidwill get back in 20 minutes-was 6 hours. Called-impossible. Asked for advisor-3 hours later get call-hangup in 1 ring. The only thing you advertise is cust. service-very exp. Why should I stay?

@Plusnet What the hell is going on with your service? Joined a few weeks ago with the promise that because my wife works for the nhs from home, your service would be good. Having nothing but problems. This is unacceptable. Your bot says all is good when it is not..(1)
