@Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

@maddoodleK8 @jeremyiwhite @whippletom VM did that for me. I said I NEVER watch their TV so I was leaving. I said as a pensioner I couldn’t afford them any more and was moving to Plusnet. Funny they cut my BB only price and it’s not only cheaper but better! So VM 👍

@Plusnet Still only receiving a 20Mbps download speed when I pay for 3 times that service. I have run through all the recommended steps to eliminate a problem on my end and the data info on the router shows that it is down to you so please fix it. DM with details sent.

@Plusnet broadband connection down since Thurs morning, keep being assured it will be sorted “tomorrow” but nobody can tell me what the problem is. At what point does this get escalated and when will we be refunded for several days’ lack of service?
