"I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

@Forsayk3nTTV @ExitLeftTV Openreach provide the fibre for most of them, problem for plusnet is they don't offer fttp. We have had it in the neck from some people down here thinking it's us saying no. But it's just plusnet not offering.

@Plusnet Why do Plusnet not have an email contact? Am trying to get them to cancel a contract and am getting the run around. The person who set up the contract is no longer with us. So will just have to cancel the Direct Debit IOT close the contract.

@AndyJimVlogs I had no issues with plusnet only swapped to talktalk coz I needed a new tv box. I'd do a comparison and see whats cheapest.

@Plusnet 23 days, multiple calls/emails, cancelled orders - still counting days to someday finally have my internet connection! I am not sure how is this award-winning customer service?

@Plusnet Been having real issues with speed and connectivity of my Broadband over the past few weeks, if I have more than one device connected wired or wireless it’s unusable on all other devices, tried upgrading to a new router however I’m getting the same issue, please help! 🙁
