    @Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

    @Plusnet Worst customer service ever! Closed account on 30/01. Took DOUBLE payment. Now holding my money! I hate plusnet.

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

    @Plusnet Hi - my broadband has been down since around 11pm. I'm in the North West of England. My router is showing an orange status light. Are there any general service issues or is this likely to be an issue at my end?

    @virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)

    @dsue1441_re EE for last few years, part of BT group & BT offered me a better deal this time. Do it through local store as with EE for mobile staff excellent. I believe PlusNet are also part of BT. Never had problems with EE

    @Plusnet I can't get onto the apps on my TV. Does that mean that your services are down at the moment? I've tried Netflix & All 4.
