    @Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet πŸ‘Œ20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet Worst customer service ever! Closed account on 30/01. Took DOUBLE payment. Now holding my money! I hate plusnet.

    @Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then Β£35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

    How is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet

    @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    @Crime_Penguin Using a Chinese router atm but I can't want to have the privilege of spending 240 US dollars on an "AT&T 5Ghz PlusNet Router" locked to WiFi 5 and hardware id bound to only support 3 devices at a time

    @MrNickKnowles @SkyUK @skytv Get IPTV and a Plusnet FTTP internet connection. Don't give those parasites sky a penny, they're scum. Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'

    @Seanfrank Many thanks. I have WiFi calling with Plusnet ( the Β£44.did include a phone line ) so now also looking for VoIP provider. Problem there is I will need a UPS as no method of contact with 999 if power is down. Hoping Starlink supports WiFi calling?
