    @Plusnet . There seems to be a trend. Poor connection speed. If yr router is so poor stop providing it provide then £35 one you want me to buy. I raised this back in April still not sorted and when I leave I have to pay early leaving payment! Shocking

    @Plusnet Worst customer service ever! Closed account on 30/01. Took DOUBLE payment. Now holding my money! I hate plusnet.

    @Plusnet It’s also been so odd that the faults team has emailed when they promised to call. The problem is no internet - how does an email keep them informed?

    @Plusnet Why do you have so many dissatisfied customers. Is it A) poor Internet connection or B) poor customer service or c) everything about plusnet rubbish!

    "I was also advised that as you don't want to have any account with us any more a cancellation fee would be applied as we have opened up a new account for you to fix this problem but you no longer wish to stay with us" @Plusnet 👌20 days for a new line. That's why I cancelled.

    @Plusnet hi there, I have checked on down detector and can see there are issues with your service. I currently have no broadband. Can you confirm this as all your services are still coming up as being ‘green’

    @bt_uk Yep & I've been trying to sort out a house move out since early October. Now stuck in a house with no connection because you've only just told me @JohnLewisRetail / @Plusnet need to cancel the previous contract, which they should have done but they haven't. It's a mess.

    @frankotron @thebasebear @fesshole Correct. My old router that I got with John Lewis broadband (rebadged Plusnet) allowed you to create a guest wireless network with any name and password you chose.

    And plusnet, shame on you for leaving customers on hold for far too long when trying to get through to customer service, your not making the switch any easier, shoulda been connected on the 10th November, its now 2nd December, what the actual ****?

    @Plusnet internet has been so slow for two days now, less than 1 Mbps download, system status saying no issues anywhere, please advise on service to CO15 area. Thanks
