    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Booked an engineer 2 wks ago to set up internet this AM. Hasn't showed up, instead I got a cryptic email about a ticket being closed when I never asked a question. Been waiting to speak to someone on the phone for 25min. What kind of service is this?!

    Come on @Plusnet new customer & now without a phoneline no dial tone rung on 3 separate times today already waited total 57minutes not good @plusnethelp Please!!!!!

    @AllieRenison @EE Just had that problem. Took several weeks for Plusnet to fix it. OpenReach engineers removed all links to other extensions in the house bar the one main phone then replaced the ‘crimps’ on the wires in the box on side of home. It is a resistance fault apparently.

    Boom, just switched from the absolutely awful @TalkTalk to @PlusNet. Just a shame it'll take 10 days for the switch to happen.
