@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@virginmedia Hi team, getting confusing messages. New customer 786074903 Spoke to Rachel yesterday as my kit arrived but didn’t want to install yet as still in contract for another 4 weeks with PlusNet.Rachel confirmed OK but today I have text asking me to install in 12 hrs? Help

@Plusnet EE say they know there is a problem in my area with the network - calling and texting is terrible and I can't even get onto wificalling. I can't contact EE as I am a plusnet customer. SO FRUSTRATED. What is happening!

@Plusnet, why are your customer services team so useless? Without internet since 21/12 & no update as to when it will be fixed despite assurances I would be updated. Still no clarity on when the issue will be resolved. "It's an MSO so nothing we can do" - not good enough!
