@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@Plusnet Hi, my contract is due to end in a month and I would like to end my service on that date, I cannot find an option for this anywhere on the site. Is there a customer email I can send confirmation of this to?

@Plusnet I had called support guys from provisioning team who seized my line which was working from last three months. They are disconnecting the calls without giving any proper answer. 1st they agreed for 8th Sept now today they don't have any answer. This is really frustrating.

Shocking broadband signal from @Plusnet today and even worse this evening. Below 2mb dl and 3.2mb upload. Supposed to be on Fibre extra... Average 66mb download my arse!
