@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@Plusnet Its because the routers are rubbish ...I have to turn it off and back on every other day sp an engineer won't help cos like last time he will just say its the routers there not good enough

@Plusnet Only way to fix it is to up the game and send customers new up to date routers ..and customers shouldn't need boosters in a 2 bedroom terrace house obviously its the routers...like engineer said
