@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

is anyone else having the same problems as me with #Plusnet. Constant connection drops and slow speed. Been like this for a few weeks but just seems to get worse and worse each day... If there is a fault with the line, why is nobody coming out to fix it...??? @Plusnet???

@TalkTalk I promised myself I would give TalkTalk one chance to offer a decent service while having Plusnet as my fallback. You removed the fallback from me without permission, so I've had no choice but to seek a more trustworthy alternative and cancel TalkTalk.

@Plusnet @ktnolanxx I have the same issue. What i want to know is how many people are affected, when is the issue going to be fixed, and what compensation are you going to give me for the total failure to honour your contract with me. For a start, how about giving people affected free temp SIMS!

@Plusnet pride themselves on customer service. It's 2022 and you can't cancel online and "all their staff are in a meeting until 12.15 so call back later" .. absolutely ridiculous. Can't wait to get shot of this crap internet.

@Maribellmouse @Plusnet I would agree! I will get in touch with the Ombudsman, as this is unacceptable & we are paying for a service that isn’t being provided
