@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@virginmedia Super hub 3 is the WORST router in terms of coverage I have ever had. EE/Sky/plusnet/ all 100x better than the garbage you provide. Is the hub 4 better? Is so give me one or I shall be reverting to fibre asap. Slower onward connection is less hassle than crap internal network

@OpenreachHelp I did during the first outage on Thursday a.m, but they couldn't see anything wrong. Then I discovered that locally people on NowTV, Sky, BT, Vodafone, PlusNet and TalkTalk were all complaining of a simultaneous outage - and Openreach is obviously the common denominator. W7 area

@Plusnet why haven't you replied to my query why you've tripled fees 7 months in to an 18 month contract, based on previous usage so no surprises to you in unexpected usage my side of things. I contacted you on the help side of twitter, (not helpful at all). I'm leaving.
