Alex Loche (@alexdn32) reported from Irchester, England@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

The Captain ♿ (@grumpywonky) reported. @Plusnet this has been a consistent issue for 3+ years. We're told that if X is listed on the account then 'next time' they will be able to handle everything. Instead we have to fight Every.Single.Time. It causes so much distress and harm over such a simple situation. #Ableism

Beachcomber (@jhall_m25) reportedA couple of days ago, my broadband slowed down, I did all the usual maintenance stuff on the router etc & left it a day or so to monitor. No better today so text Plusnet & within 5 minutes the tech had called back, run line checks and contacted Openreach. Brilliant service
