    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @Plusnet guys. I am really disappointed with the level of speed that we get via your service. I am better-off using a 5G router vs connection with you. I am sending this tweet connected to my 5g network because of how slow the connection is.

    @BT_Openreach Broadband down since 12.30ish. @TalkTalk tell me there is no network problem but can't get me online. @Plusnet telling their customers the same thing. Obvs a network issue. Any ideas LL56

    Day Five without a home Internet connection and @Plusnet still haven't to successfully send me my router. Or provide me with any updates. My "service" with them started on the 10th. They've already got my money. New customer experience is 😖😣😞
