  @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

  So the person taking the call at @plusnet didn't listen, doesn't seem to understand they can't redirect calls for a clients _voip_ phone system, and even though they are the one coming across as unprofessional and rude, threatens to terminate the call because I objected.

  @Plusnet third time in as many weeks telephone line in our area is down hence no wifi , therefore no tv , using all my data up on my phone . Not happy
