@MartinSLewis Just moved to full fibre staying with plusnet and ditched the landline. Ported our home number to a voip service. So kept our home number. Cost was £28.99 now £26.99 + £1.50 voip same cost 2x speed.

@Plusnet absolutely shocking customer service today, if you’re using as a supplier for your phone you may as well cancel because they don’t care anyway. I’ll be looking for a different contract with a company that provides much better customer service and a better coverage!

Hi @Plusnet, unhappy new customer here. Took the day off work yesterday to await broadband install and @OpenreachHelp weren’t able to complete the job, old broadband now disconnected and no contact from Open Reach to say when they’ll complete. Not happy.

@Plusnet Hi Jim, I’ve read the notes on my plusnet account and it seems like this problem could go on for an unknown amount of time. Is it really so difficult to send £50 to a continuing customer? Do you have any additional updates yourself? The notes weren’t helpful at all. Thank you.

Been with @fibrehop using @CityFibre network, it hasn’t been a week and last night internet went off at 22.45 and is still down this morning. Regretting leaving @Plusnet #cityfibre
