@plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

ALL STUDENTS THINKING OF DOING BILLS WITH UNIHOMES - DON’T BOTHER!! We’re 3 medical students who’ve spent the last 2 weeks without WiFi and spent hours being bounced between @UniHomes and @Plusnet only to be hung up on and now have our calls ignored - disgusting customer service!

@Plusnet Moved in 1 month ago. 2 wks later I am supposed to get internet. I don’t. 6 days later I do. 10 days later the connection drops & openreach can’t fix it. Plusnet don’t ring, call, email or text to let me know what is happening. Past 14 day cut off. Not happy. Minusnet

I am sick and tired of @Plusnet broadband speed. Every time I phone they increase speed then few weeks later it is like dial up days @plusnethelp #plusnetbraodbandpoor I wish I had never signed up with them. #Verypoorbroadband

@Plusnet Heya, I managed to sort the 1mbps issue myself. I logged in to my hub (admin) to find that my hubs username had "setup@", instead of my PlusNet username and login. Please pass the message on if anyone finds they've lost internet speed.

Organised a fiber broadband connection today. It will take 14 days to implement. They, @Plusnet , have promised 30mbs down and a 6 to 8 mbs upload speed. They also say it will be steady. No drops. My work place is definitely going to be a better place to be! Whoohoo!
