    @plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

    @Plusnet my broadband goes up and down more times than a yo-yo what is going on ! And yes I called CS help but gave up after 20 mins

    @Plusnet have tried that before the problem is with the BT boxes repair vans often there population in Kinross increased so BT need to sort out supply & demandwe all know it's not providers lines it's BT hence so many suffering from drop outs across all providers .

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK. Thought I would try #Three, big mistake, 5G slower than Plusnet 4G, 5 days to process cancellation so have now lost my number and service and three days to raise a PAC code to port it back. Never again

    @Plusnet I really don’t need the standard guff response plusnet. Fix the openreach infrastructure fault and stop dealing with your customers like they are delinquent!

    @Plusnet @adelangers If people use private messages you companies tend not to respond. By broadcasting to everyone you actually get your finger out and maybe fix the problem.

    Has anybody else out there had any problems with BTGroup Open Reach EE or Plusnet Just who or why was this takeover of UKTelecoms allowed I sit in silence daily can’t receive tweets I want the CEO of BTGroup to apologise for the treatment received here in #Neston @ElSenala #Marr
