@plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

@cooperx86 I’ve got Vodafone as main line, and Plusnet (EE MVNO) as esim in phone for redundancy. Usually one has signal.

told me they are really good? I'm so fed up with the rubbish from these internet/phone providers who slow down the speeds. Do not touch plusnet as they told me once they had given me fibre, (when I had a brief pause from vodafone) and it turned out they hadn't give me fibre at

@Plusnet I had a ticket raised on my account to address issues with broadband connection. The latest message I received asked me to reply to arrange an engineer visit, but when I open the Help Wizard the ticket is gone and the page says I can no longer ask a question.
