    @Plusnet my broadband goes up and down more times than a yo-yo what is going on ! And yes I called CS help but gave up after 20 mins

    @Plusnet Thanks for the response. I've had this issue before and it is never the hardware at fault. It seems to have stabalized back to normal but it's taken 24 hours to get there. I'll monitor and advise.

    @Plusnet Not entirely a resolution then, this AM not so good, difficulty with video call from 25ft (clear sight) from the router. Caller from a similar sized house I recently visited where a good signal can be had anywhere in their home. Maybe that’s telling me something!

    @virginmedia They said 'because it isn't active'. But I was told to cancel my @plusnet phone account this Thursday, so obviously it isn't active! Doesn't make any sense to me.

    @Plusnet This is unacceptable, I have only recently joined Plusnet 4 weeks ago and never had these sorts of issues with any other provider.

    @Plusnet @ayley26 Why would any one be happy with a price increase when your service is crap and your support are useless
