@InnerVisioner @MaddyPUNC19 @PUNC14 It's actually the other way around, sorry to be pedantic - EE are now part of BT. However, PlusNet are also owned by BT and have good customer satisfaction ratings as well.

@Plusnet I have just received my renewal price from you for my broadband. The price is £0.99p more per month than the prices for the same product on your website. Could you please tell me why an existing customer has to pay more than a new one please?
