  @AngelaRayner @CWUnews Gawd - BT is a private company. It's a big company & owns a number of subsidiaries- EE. Plusnet etc. Much of BT's work is for corporates. These are private sector workers. But if it makes you feel important, you keep criticising & ignoring the real issues in your own party

  @carmel222 @Plusnet I have a separate dongle I ended up buying just so I have uninterrupted service when I try to work. My husband has been frequently telling them that the service is so intermittent. I'll be glad when the contract is up so we can cancel.

  .@Plusnet Never seen such an incompetent company. Called today, in order to cancel my account on the 25th August, they then proceeded to cancel it today. They now claim they can not do anything to solve this issue. Incompetent and Extremely poor service.

  @Campaign_me @Plusnet It’s not a proper service mine has been awful for a year and In contract till December I cannot wait to change … no internet all day today and no attempts to fix it just bot messages
