@Leslemcee @Plusnet Having the exact same problem, one week no service , seem stuck between my new and old number after porting. Customer service useless, just fobbed off with were working on it but don't know when it will be fixed. Luckily on a 30 day contract so be cancelling soon. Awful

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet! I can't make or receive any mobile calls. I just get "Failed - Retry?" and some beeps when I try to call out. And similar when someone tries to call me. Is there a problem?

@Plusnet why has my bill increased by £5? You did something similar in July ‘21 and then it went back down. I don’t have time to call as working but this seems the best way to get you attention @Ofcom #plusnet #overcharged #everypennycounts
