    @plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

    I swear to god @Plusnet is such a scam I disconnected from my Xbox party twice. N I swear to god if they do a little reply asking if I want help I will punch a wall because there’s nothing to help I have seen so many people complain about issues yet they do nothing

    @Plusnet Total blackout at 4PM yesterday, called C.S. and advised there was a problem and not could do nothing about it, informed it may be fixed by next Tuesday? Nonsense service especially when trying to WFH so asked if they could supply a 4G modem like BT does? was told NO

    If anyone needs broadband and phone do not and I can’t stress this enough use #plusnet.they try and put across in all their ad’s that they have award winning customer service it’s not true my mother 75 been shielding for 14 months being threatened for £13 #plusnet hang your heads

    @thebillycasper @Plusnet Billy - I feel your pain. 6 weeks in and we still haven't got anywhere. The only good news is that we have just been released from our Plusnet contract (throughout which we never received any service)
