@VodafoneUK Vodafone are useless months they promised to connect broadband and lied, never got it done went to Plusnet they were great , now Vodafone bill me £70 they can go to hell they cost me much more in lost work they can take me to court for it and explain their ;lies and scam

@YijArt @Plusnet To be honest, I can't be bothered to go to all the hassle of changing over to another company. I don't actually use my smart phone for anything but emergencies when I travel alone in my van. I've made sure that my phone connects to my home network at home now

@Plusnet have left us stranded to try to work and socialise from home with no internet for 10 days, at LEAST 4 more days untill it might be fixed, poor communication and NO INFO on compensation. What do we do @plusnethelp ?

I tried switching to @Plusnet in August 2020 (5 months ago). They still can’t process my order, despite taking £18.99 from my account. I want my money back, but can’t even speak to anyone! I’ve tried @plusnethelp but no reply. @BBCWatchdog can you help?
