    @Plusnet my broadband goes up and down more times than a yo-yo what is going on ! And yes I called CS help but gave up after 20 mins

    @Plusnet I really can't bothered. 12 hour shift in a vax centre makes you feel that. I'm happy with the service I have. But I am not going to pay double for it when you openly admit you give new customers a better price. And I really am not calling up on break time.

    @Plusnet question on broadband - when I extended my account broadband speed was recorded at 36mbs and now my account has been changed to restrict to22mbs. This is causing serious issues with home working - why has it been restricted ?

    @Plusnet Got sorted ages ago, apparently I paid £20 for the WiFi itself (that was then charged again all of 3 days later) and then £50 just because you guys have engineers. The whole thing was stupid but I really don't care enough to fight it

    @Plusnet I have a fault with my email account. After changing my password a few days ago, I have been unable to send emails from webmail, my laptop or my iPad. Incoming mail works ok on all three. Can you help please?
