Sonia (@S_C_P_10) reported@OpenreachHelp My elderly parents have been without a phone line for 2weeks now. @plusnet inform me you are aware of the issue. Mobile signal is very weak in the area. Being without a phone to contact people in an emergency is a huge worry at this time.
