Call now at 10 minutes. Come on @Plusnet.. you send me messages warning me I need to pay a bill, then you keep me on hold with some of the *worst music in the world*. Literally the most painful thing at the end of a day

Hey @Plusnet my internet speeds are really poor recently. 4.4 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up. Streaming videos is virtually impossible. Please assist!

@Plusnet applied for line only broadband services. My broadband services only got activated today on 18th Oct 2022 but the bills were generated and charged from 12th Oct 2022 as the telephone line (again line only, no calling/voice service) got activated on the day.

@virginmedia I actually don't know, sorry - I just know I'm still paying for it and am on contract so can't leave without paying a massive disconnection charge (£273 approx, I seem to recall). The new buyers of my previous address have installed Plusnet so they're not using my service.
