  @plusnethelp Hi thank you for your reply. However a 'goodwill' gesture isn't really what we should get, our internet has been transferred to Plusnet for 5 days and we still don't have a router. We have someone who works from home here. We r paying for a service we don't have.

  bigger amounts of money out of their customers! I feel I should have a reduction as it wasn't my damn fault! And they got best customer services award? Don't make me laugh. The one I spoke to today had me in tears of distress and frustration! Get your act together plusnet! 😠

  @DavidPalman I like Plusnet, their customer service is pretty decent and you get BT Sport for a reduced price.

  @Plusnet today is my switch over day, I had a text to say my phone line is active but the hub broadband light is still orange... please help as I'm missing work!

  @Plusnet no option to DM. Only been with you a couple months but not had 1 day without problems. No Internet in any of the bedrooms (in a bungalow) and even the lounge is continually buffering. Can't watch 1 program without it stopping after a couple sentences. Not good at all.

  @__TheSeeker__ Had problems with them for years same old **** they feed you every time. Went over to @Plusnet found them a million times better.

  @Omodon @Plusnet I have mate, had them for the last 4 years with no problems but..... I know others that have had awful experiences with them.
