@Plusnet You have got absolute TERRIBLE service. You cancel my existing provider and don't complete your transfer. Been without phone and Internet for 4 days. You've got incompetent staff working for you. Absolutely abismal service. Will be leaving reviews everywhere possible.

@NOWHelpTeam Hi I've just got your broadband and the WiFi range is shocking. As soon as I leave the room the router is in it drops - never had this issue with PlusNet... what can be done to avoid cancelling?

After 4 days with no mobile signal thanks to Eunice I had a day on yesterday and could therefore use my bank account. Off again today. 4 more letters in @Telegraph today about BT digital phone service outage & problems in powercuts. @bt_uk @Plusnet

I know Twitter is for whinging & moaning & shouting at people, but I’m going to break the rules and say nice stuff about @Plusnet. Our internets went down in the storm. Plusnet’s advisors called back when they said they would and listened to what the problem was. It’s now fixed.
