  @Plusnet No emails for days, messages that mailbox full, it isn't. Have I been migrated - no idea as am not receiving messages. This really is unacceptable, how about someone extracts their digit & sorts these issue now

  @Plusnet i am unable to reach you on your number 03301239123 from abroad. all other UK numbers I have called tonight have been fine, so I know its not network issue my side. every one of your social media channels I try to engage with, tells me to call the number. you need to improve your AI BOT responses, or at least get the customers complaint read.

  @CHR15_MTB @ben_benjamin3 @virginmedia i had the exact same issue with Sky, couldnt match the offers being advertised elsewhere, i cancelled and also went over to plusnet.

  Seems that Plusnet is having an rare internet outage. I tried changing DNS which means it's not a DNS outage.
