I have two internet services here. A high speed and rather over priced one which appears to be run by puddings and a bog standard slower, cheaper ADSL connection with competent tech staff. Guess which one gives me the best service? @Plusnet are underrated.

@Robdunk @YouTube Hi mate. Just to let you know I discovered the problem. If you are with BT or plusnet apparently they added YouTube to their parental controls setting. Turned parental controls off and YouTube all working again.

@Plusnet Hey, youtube is inaccessible to me today on my home internet (desktop/laptop browser version - mobile app works OK if I don't mind squinting at a tiny screen). Works for friends on other providers. Any chance you have a fix for this lined up?

@EddieRobson I'm not sure if it mentioned it when you made the change, these can take up to 2 hours to kick in. If you're still having trouble after that though, let me know and I'll see if there's anything else I can do on my end. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

Disappointed with @Plusnet. Having switched broadband and landline, 6 days on and still no landline. Even more frustrating is having my emails to customer support ignored. This is not a good start

@Plusnet wondering if you can help - YouTube suddenly stopped working yesterday across all our browsers and 4 different devices, so I'm thinking it may be something to do with the router? Thanks.

Really disappointed in @Plusnet. Now in our 2nd 18 month contract. Before yesterday they'd have got 10 out of 10. Thought we were on a fixed price but yesterday found out about the CPI Plus 3.9% yearly price increase. Was never mentioned before except in small print 😤

@systematicdata Thanks for this - Would never have figured it out otherwise. What a weird decision from BT and plusnet
