Morgan (@morganjonestech) reported@LiamFromOrlando @SSOUIC Nope, I was having trouble with my ISP router (PlusNet) when I first using the HomePod mini as the audio output for my Apple TV, but I bought a pair of eero routers and have had zero issues since, until the past few days where this bug started.
-
GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@bt_uk Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!
-
dave mitton (@davmitt) reported@Plusnet brilliant, coming up to the end of my contract and all of a sudden your internet has gone proper ****, surely you should be making it better so I renew
-
Prof Neil Martin (@ThatNeilMartin) reportedHey @Plusnet , you bandits. You fail to inform me clearly that I'm out of contract, then whack my bill up by 100% while then offering me one that is 100% less. Why not offer the latter in the first place? Vile shower @Ofcom @WhichUK Oh, and your emails are dead donotreply ones.
-
Cyberax (@CyberaxUK) reported@Plusnet Hi - As I said in my DM the only option available by that link is a phone call and I can’t do that unless you want to hear someone coughing instead of talking…. Could you escalate to someone who can help please?
-
gary farr (@mrgfarr) reported@EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust
-
MachLoopWales (@MachLoopWales) reported@Nolberto099 @ArmchairAdml Not missing the point at all. Well done. It's a common business model to increase charges after the 'new customer' period. There's no loyalty either way, just leave and get the same service from Plusnet/EE (same company as BT) for far less. Takes minutes.

Barrelrogue1723 (@Barrelrogue23) reportedIf yr a gamer AVOID @Plusnet Slow speed 100% Slow connection! Terrible provider! Its like they are stuck in the 90's for speed/Internet. Avoid for gaming 110%!!!

Flower Pot (@FlowerP79667758) reported@Plusnet Hello, We have contacted Plusnet and Ofcom. As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. Apparently as our service provider faults should be addressed and rectified in two days. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.

Jaime Dodd (@JDSuker) reportedTry @Plusnet treat their existing customers so much better!
