Shocking from @Plusnet , cutting off the internet just because a customer has said they want to leave, people working from home now aren’t able to because of this! Piss poor from them and highly recommend people stay away

I can only tweet when I'm back at the bothy as my piece of crap network provider Smarty has no signal here since I arrived.😠 Soon as I get home I'm changing to Plusnet same as hubby who's signal is good.

@Ben_Jolly_9 No idea on their ethics, but I'm with ZEN, who as far as customer service and reliability go, are the best I've ever had, except for Plusnet who I can no longer use since moving house as they don't supply my area with FTTP, or at least didn't at the time of moving. ZEN are great!

@Ben_Jolly_9 @redsonya241 @soapboxjury Companies that use the EE line owned by BT are BT Mobile,Plusnet,Asda Mobile & Virgin & EE. While 3 network line is used by SMARTY, iD Mobile, FreedomPop and Ctrl Mobile.while Companies that use vodaphone Line are VOXI, Lebara Mobile and Talkmobile

@plusnethelp It has been a horrible day as my IMac desktop is unable to update its software. After every 30 min when the stage of preparing to install, I get a message check your internet and restart again! It is an awful Plusnet service that extra fibre doesn’t deliver promised speed
