@AmirTaghan @Plusnet Although Plusnet didn't mention it, check with your bank it could be cancelled on your end, and when Plusnet come to collect it could potentially cause problems later on. So check there if cancelled, contact Plusnet to set up a new DD mandate.

Hi @Plusnet Having broadband issues nearly every night for the last month. Keeps cutting out, for up to an hour sometime, shouldn’t be happening this much. Please sort this out.

@Plusnet As per 220685777 which was closed, the line is fine, but the router still continues to exhibit problems, like the last router did. So the issue has NOT been fixed, I still get blocked packets by the router for normal traffic while playing online games etc. Fed up now.

@MickeyMarxClub @Geddli_ Sky, never had a problem with them tbf and my previous provider was ******* Plusnet so just wanted a better price and managed to get faster speeds thrown in.
