@plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

@Plusnet Your customer service appears to have deteriorated. (The main reason I am with you) When did call waiting times start to exceed 20 mins? Was it when you were bought by BT? Not really good enough.

@RareAxies @Plusnet They had it back on after 5 hrs, turns outs hood part of the road was out no matter who the ISP was with and also they rang me this afternoon to make sure all was well… I’d say that’s pretty good service from Plusnet

@Plusnet It's moving over to Greenby, and in 2 years' time Greenby will probably start charging for it. That's a bad move. As soon as it's moved over to Greenby, I stop being tied to plusnet. If I were you, I'd cancel the move to Greenby, and keep customers tied in with the free email.

@Jimmc82 @Plusnet Looks one of their DNS servers is down. If you know how to point your devices to use Google's DNS servers instead, do that.

@JonOneOfficial @IceFox606 @Plusnet Plus net has a DNS issue. If you set your DNS to Google 8.8.8.8 on your router under Advanced Settings, IPv4 Config by turning off Auto DNS Servers and entering 8.8.8.8 as primary it will work until they are back up

@Plusnet Someone was going to call me to discuss becoming a customer. I wanted to wait a day to give EE a chance but the man I spoke to did not call me at the time that we arranged and booked. I would have taken the service and joined plusnet, but have just signed in with Sky.
