@plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

@BenjaminEHowe Sorry about that, Ben. It's likely that this is something that we will support in the future but we don't yet have a date as to when this will be. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@JPB_Islington @Plusnet I've finally found a way to raise a support ticket, but golly it is hidden away. Every email gets an auto response which basically says "we don't like emails, we won't respond. Ring us!" which for an ISP is really poor

@Plusnet Why can’t this existing Plusnet customer upgrade from slow 16mbps speed to the faster 62 mbps speeds without switching to another supplier? Literally advised by your sales person to go with Virgin if I want faster broadband.

@IanDunt Reality is that most companies are using BT lines and speeds won’t be massively different. Only Virgin have their own lines, more companies laying fibre but still utilising the OpenReach network for large parts. Means Sky, BT, Plusnet etc.. should all be pretty similar.
