    @bt_uk 1st September service started with Plusnet. BT billed me on 1st Sept. I have all the communications etc from Plusnet.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Can I get some help, please? I can't remember the last time my connection was at guaranteed speed. Currently > 10 (guaranteed 30) download, 0 (yes ZERO) upload. I tried to attach a screenshot but it seems my upload speed isn't good enough. Thanks
