    @jimmycobb_ @UniHomes @Plusnet Me and my house mates had the same problem, it ended up arriving 3 and a half weeks late, for it to not work. After several emails with UniHomes they offered us a £10 each compensation after we spent £100 on extra data. A joke.

    @Plusnet 00:29am & my internet has gone down, router flashing red. Have turned it off/on, rebooted but after going blue for about 5 seconds it just goes red again?? … Any issues reported in the LE12 area??

    @Plusnet another day of patchy broadband service from plusnet, been having to use my mobile hotspot for work since this morning. Not expecting any response, just registering that i've finally stopped being lazy and switched to sky after a year, costs more but at least it'll work

    @Plusnet router flickering on and off, did text message thing, apparently I need openreach engineer, one coming on Monday. Can’t I just speak to someone, can’t you get it fixed sooner somehow? What’s the issue?

    @Plusnet absolutely awful service. Told an engineer would arrive between 1-6. Even double checked earlier and they said engineer would defo arrive. Now past 6.30 and no engineer and no phone call from Plusnet.Trying to call them but on hold forever.

    @Ofcom @plusnet Our phone and broadband have suffered an outage issue for 16 consecutive days now. We have had three engineers out and we have spoken to a dozen people at plusnet, one of whom outright lied to me. We still have no clear, definitive answer as to a fix. Help!

    @Plusnet my internet drops connection often after midnight, this incident isnt isolated to myself as when i check downdetector many others report the spike. Surely i shouldnt be getting charged the full rate for inconsistent internet and very sub par speeds. Sort it out.
