    @plusnethelp Hey Plusnet, I changed my ee sim to a new sim with you, my Plusnet sim hasn’t arrived yet but my current ee sim is inactive. It seems that this isn’t planned very well from your end? Can you help me please? Not a great first impression.

    @Plusnet my broadband goes up and down more times than a yo-yo what is going on ! And yes I called CS help but gave up after 20 mins

    oi @plusnethelp @Plusnet I had to cancel a new sim only deal within 14 days due to poor coverage and only got a partial refund?! Pretty sure that's against terms and @ofcom rules!

    @PostOffice Thanks “Courtney” I know the number well. I’ll be using it again tomorrow to cancel our contract. Really disappointing service from @Plusnet & @PostOffice going to give BT a shot.

    @plusnet Just how rubbish is your service! My new broadband couldn’t tun a 7am Zoom call today... and I’m 2m away from the router. Tried phoning your help desk ...again... and another 30mins plus wait... no answer yet. I’ve had enough of this ..I’m off !

    @Plusnet Hi, been trying to contact customer services this evening and haven’t been able to get through to cancel an engineer for tomorrow morning. Have left a message with support team. Why other ways can I confirm the cancellation?

    @plusnethelp Hi, I have plusnet fibre WiFi and it’s very patchy and been getting worse. Today the WiFi name doesn’t even come up as an option when trying to connect, do I can only use data, and I’m running out. Please help x
