    Wow @Plusnet your customer service is amazing! 3 times I’ve spoken to your advisors about the router your supposed to be sending! Not one has actioned it till today! That’s 10 days I’ve had no internet, I actually need it for work!

    @TrentLCannon @katerussell Virgin media is great until you try their customer service team's. But in my experience BT, Plusnet, Sky etc are no different. Why try to offer good customer service if all have bad service.

    @plusnethelp online chat offline, been on hold to call centre now on excess of 30 mins and your website suggests trying twitter! Trying to speak to someone re ridiculous "early termination fee" after I left Plusnet (after 5 yrs) because of shocking signal and service..anyone?

    Spent a hour onto @Plusnet trying to sort there problems with my account after a home move but they want to pay out money ive not got so they can give me access to @BT freeWiFi
