@plusnethelp been trying to get Plusnet help all day. No landline for 2 days and hanging on the phone for 20 minutes at a time. No call back facility. Not happy!

Dear @SkyUK why did no one tell me that your Sky Q Hub for Sky Fibre is shocking for Wifi coverage and to inform me before ordering that I would need to check my existing mesh kit would work with the service? Existing kit works 100% with BT, EE, PlusNet etc. Offers no help….

@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@SkyHelpTeam HELP - My Sky Q router only covers 20% of my home and is unusable in most locations. Support rude and unhelpful and only suggest I buy more Sky kit, when I know my existing kit works 100% with BT, EE, PlusNet and others. So angry right now….

@virginmedia @Plusnet I’ve asked to speak to senior management (the staff I’ve connected to always put me on hold to discuss with their superior, and I’d like to cut out the middle man) but all my requests have been denied. I just want to speak to someone who knows what to do!

@JuanckersGhost I get 18mbps on a good day here. I’ve been using onestream for unlimited FTTC, they are cheap, reliable and at least as fast as BT or plusnet (the latter of which I will never go back to as long as I live).
