@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

@ChaRL_est_1980 Fair enough but when I got Plusnet they did ask if we had fibre and I stated that we only had virgin media / telewest prior and they said that was ok as they would just use there fibre.. that was yrs ago to be fair and things will have changed I guess. But does seem very slow

@Plusnet are there any reports of internet problems in the SA312LU area?..internet been off/intermittent/very very slow over the last 24 hrs..openreach were working in this area a couple of days ago,have they disrupted anything to your knowledge? #plusnet
