@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

@jan_skelton On the screen which shows the block, there should be a means for you to report this error to us on that page. Can you please do this, if you haven't done so already and we'll hopefully be able to correct this issue for future customers using this site? -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Of course. But why should I have to? It's frustrating. Compare to something like the iPlayer log in, or Pinterest, with a pop-up box..those are not cluttered with poorly placed and spaced eye-clutter. It's an accessibility issue.

@Plusnet I sent you a DM yesterday as well as a public tweet but had no response. I was also hanging onto the phone for over 1 hour. This morning seems to be the same. Just what is happening with your service?

@Screetcher @Plusnet Put in a complaint, get a letter of deadlock and refer them to Ofcom. Cancel the direct debit whilst in dispute. Plusnet have decided that customer service isn't for them, but hiding behind weaselly conditions is. The regulator won't be impressed with this shoddy service.
