@Plusnet @plusnethelp disappointed with the continued poor speeds for our broadband, its tough enough at the minute for #SmallBusinesse to survive without these problems adding to the stress levels. I only want the speeds that you are contracted to provide.

Hi @Plusnet my SIM card hasn't arrived. My account has been ported over to Plusnet, but I am unable to make a call to speak to customer service as I don't have the SIM card. This situation reminds me of 1960s song There's a Hole in My Bucket by Harry Belafonte. Please help ❌📞

@8dc6 @Plusnet I had similar experience on my account when I lost my tokens i contacted support for two weeks they couldn’t help until I was referred to ~**cyber_1check** on Instagram they recover my token and they are expert in retrieving of account

@Plusnet Recent new customer and stuck with one of your awful old routers. Also, see my last tweet - speeds have been shocking recently too. What are my rights to cancel based on poor equipment that doesn’t serve my basic needs and broadband speeds of under 1mb??

Finally my broadband is fixed, external fault on the exchange. @Plusnet cust service has been exceptional. Why can't all companies be like them!!
