    @plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

    @geordie_julie @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp We have just moved away from Plusnet as we had nothing but problems with slow speeds on fibre extra. Their technical and customer service is awful. All they ever do is threaten you with a £65 bill for engineers.

    @frank10743117 @Plusnet I didn't know that they were part of the BT group. They haven't replied to my enquiry anyway so their customer service must be just as bad.

    @plusnethelp I need to raise a support ticket because I have lost access to the plusnet email relay service. The server rejects my password. I cannot access my account to raise a ticket because it says I cant request changes as a change is already in progress. Can you help?

    @plusnethelp Now 3 months and the unpaid dispute regarding the fraudulent use of my details has been resolved . All plusnet is interested in is to close the case while my credit file is still left in tatters. Very poor customer service. Utter shambles
