@Plusnet Hi. I tried to pay my outstanding bill of £26.14 at around 11pm last night but your site was down for maintenance. Today, my account has been restricted and it’s saying my outstanding bill amount is £45.16. Why is it now nearly double?

@Plusnet Hi, Curtis. That's great, thank you for the prompt response and confirmation. Just to check, if my service ended on the 17th of November, and my last bill was on the 11th of November (paid the 18th), will it just be those six days to pay for?
