    @Plusnet I took out a SIM only plan, was contacted by EE who bettered the deal so told Plusnet that I didn't want to proceed. SIM was still sent out, but not done anything with it. Now being told I have to pay a £69 early termination fee for the contract! Help...

    @sovietlife Same here, now have no phone service, come on @Plusnet - perhaps rethink using @RoyalMail if is isn’t reliable
