@virginmedia I'm in the process of switching to you from Plusnet. Will the entire switch be handled by yourself and the service cancelled with my previous provider? I know other providers do this when "taking over" the BT line but wanted to make sure you do too. Thanks.

@Debs2500 My Plusnet BB/'phone package went up - which they are allowed to do because of increases from people like Open Reach. Increase £3 per month. Still a good service, though.

@NoSheds @Plusnet @BTGroup …and BT will only offer her very expensive broadband, or charge her a ton to cancel her phone line early.

Slightly disappointed that @Plusnet signal isn’t as good as @EE - swapping between sims two bars on EE zero on PlusNet, is this due to you not accessing full range of frequency? Sent you a DM to cancel within 14 day cooling off period.

@Tonylockkeeper Thank you very much, Anthony. I've had a look into this and it appears that the account may now be live. Is the service still not working on your side? Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds 🌞

@Plusnet We have taken charge of Geoffrey Seal account as he has gone into care, we sent you the power of attorney documents and you agreed that, as named attorneys, we could make decisions. Now your very rude person on the end of the phone refuses to talk to us at all about an overcharge
