@Plusnet, why would you port a number before my new SIM has arrived and been activated? I’ve been without service since 10am and no SIM in today’s post. I’m now looking to buy a PAYG SIM and distribute a temp number so I can work. This is a TERRIBLE new customer experience.

@OpenreachHelp any idea when problem affecting LNTOT exchange will be resolved‽ My fibre connection via Plusnet has been down since ~06:20 this morning, and the estimated clear time keeps getting later & later.

@Plusnet Looks like a signal problem as phone connected to Plusnet as soon as I was 1km from home, then disconnected as soon as I came back :( Are Plusnet going to add wifi calling to their plans any time soon? I can't manage without it!

Wow, @virginmedia. Again?? You're determined wreck my livelihood, if not my actual life. Dead router, no help available til weekend, must now figure out how ******** to work in the morning. If I don't work, I don't get paid. Who should I switch to? Sky? Plusnet? Who's reliable?
