@yvonnemurphy53 @Plusnet I mean - sky charge for landline rental? It’s ridiculous!!!! We still have tv with them but cancelled home phone and broadband and are now saving £20+ a MONTH and have better broadband service.... seriously... they take the absolute p*ss...

@yvonnemurphy53 Do not - I repeat - DO NOT TAKE B/B WITH SKY! They charge 2 x what others charge and when queried about their ridiculous pricing, have no defence. We went with @Plusnet and haven’t looked back. Service ✅ Value for money ✅ customer service ✅ = 100 x better than Sky.

Plusnet's broadband has been frankly bad for the last year or so but honestly props to them for just immediately cancelling without penalty when I asked.

@Plusnet Are you having intermittent connectivity problems in Woking (GU22 / 01483) atm? We're seeing 17Mb down, 70kb up, whereas we're used to 35Mb down and 17Mb up, but it's coming and going — it was fine on one call earlier then messed up on another and so on.

@Plusnet literally couldn’t care less that I’ve just moved, on my own, problem after problem. No internet. Crying my eyes out down the phone. And they can’t even say when it’s going to be sorted out. Literally signed up mid March. Disgusting. @plusnethelp
