    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

    @Plusnet can you please contact me re One hub issues I’m consistently having. My previous router was fantastic but this is the 2nd one I’ve had since last summer and is constantly going down and I’m forever resetting it. Thanks.
