    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @Plusnet Am I missing something on your website? I can see where to report a problem online if you're a full fibre customer but broadband customers have to wait until 8AM to send a text? Is there really that big of a difference in the level of service?

    @Plusnet, if you have award-winning customer service, would you mind explaining why you've cancelled my 94-year-old grandmother's broadband with no notice? Surely even your monthly rolling contract requires notice of termination?

    @AntheaJayne4 @PopTelecom @Ofcom plusnet or BT all the way for me, had both of them for over 12 yrs never had an issue, cheap as well if you haggle for their best deals

    @AntheaJayne4 @PopTelecom @Ofcom I see people complain about Plusnet, but I've never had an issue with them.
