    @Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

    @BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

    @nathanlawsn We left BT for PlusNet. It’s literally the same network, rebranded, often with free line rental offers on. So we effectively stayed with BT while saving £20 per month.

    @nathanlawsn Plusnet used to be really good for customer service but it's gotten really shitty. I'm switching away from them. Probably to talktalk because they have a good deal on but no doubt their customer service is equally ****

    @niblince That’s what I was initially thinking, but then BT own Plusnet so wondering if there’s even any discernible difference in the level of service despite the cheaper price?

    @plusnethelp good afternoon plusnet i have forgotten my password for my webmail account. i am unable to get the password reminder nor can i use the password reset function as i cant login to my email account. my username is GhostOfSparta and my name is carl ruby.

    @MarcAllera 2. This did not happen. I informed @plusnet of this 14th Dec, and they raised a question.I was told that I would hear by 16th. Of course @plusnet did not contact me. It is now the 23rd and I have contacted customer service.

    @plusnethelp Hi. I’ve written out steps for the test results and added to the question in Plusnet support page as a comment. TLDR: no broadband connection via test socket, and download speed magically resetting after test socket connection. I think the hub unit is faulty.

    Bloody @Plusnet @plusnethelp website says their customer services are available til 10pm but when you call, they finished at 8pm. So we have no internet. Dreadful service.
