@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet FYI, email returned today, around noon, but I now cannot send email, even though the connection doctor says logins are succeeding on both my accounts. I really hope you have some kind of offer planned to recompense the loss of the service.

@fraserboyd No one else takes days to get their service back up, even when its running PlusNet's email is shocking, I have important legal docs that I have to reply to within a timescale and the service doesn't work, poor from a big company like PlusNet.

@Plusnet My email's still not working. Funny that plusnet mobile could email me to tell me they are going to take a direct debit payment. Priorities after four days, bloody sort the service out first, you are breaking your contract.
