@BBCBenThompson actually spoke with @Plusnet yesterday as I was out of contact paying over the odds asked if I could have the "new customer" deal was basically told no even though I have been a customer for many years. So I've cancelled for a cheaper deal. #nodiscountforloyalty

@Plusnet hi. Are you doing fibre to the door? We have just had fibre installed on our street. The phone line broadband is poor do now want to use the fibre network.

Don’t use @Plusnet - absolutely appalling service. Broadband constantly slows when using. First day of isolation and it breaks completely. They can’t fix the issue until Friday. Leaving me unable to teach the class that is waiting for me or post them work!

@Plusnet Where can I find information on planned outages or actual outages. Please don't send me to that Joey status page, that's always green and hasn't reported anything in 63 days ;) My FTC service went down at midnight last night, did not return until 6am.
