  • PhilBreading Feel the love ❤️ #Joemance (@PhilBreading) reported from Exeter District, England

@Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

  • TomHawesCloud Tom Hawes (@TomHawesCloud) reported from Exeter District, England

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

@Plusnet no signal today at EX4 5DE on two Plusnet phones. Vodafone and Smarty (3) working fine. Please can you sort this urgently?

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Third day without mobile signal from @Plusnet Seriously unimpressed.

  • elaereeen ela eren (@elaereeen) reported

@Plusnet not impressed with the customer service. I tweeted 2 days ago and was asked to dm you, no response since then, am urgently waiting for a response!!

  • mouse5555 Lynn Dixon (@mouse5555) reported

@Plusnet just been lied to by Plusnet who have no intention of fixing my problem Apparently it’s ok to leave customers without internet and still charge them for the service

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@half_pint_chris Hi there Chris, I'm really sorry that you've not been able to make calls on your mobile. Could you get back to us on a DM with your mobile number if that's still an issue please? Sorry for the delayed response too, we've been much busier than expected. Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • Charlbeck71 Charlbeck Jewellers (@Charlbeck71) reported

@Plusnet @OpenreachHelp @MarcAllera Please Can You confirm that the openreach engineer will be out today, between 13.00-18.00 as promised, to fix the telephone line. Nearly two weeks now we have been without a working line, we are still unable to take card payments!

  • Joemar14 Joe Marczewski (@Joemar14) reported

@Plusnet asking for referrals for your #broadband service?! You must be smoking crack…. #getinthesea you are absolutely terrible and I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone…. EVER!

  • mouse5555 Lynn Dixon (@mouse5555) reported

@Plusnet Second reason it’s not Plusnet fault is that it is my fault I should pay for extra data on my phone in order to get a service I pay them for and it’s my fault that I can’t afford to do this

  • mouse5555 Lynn Dixon (@mouse5555) reported

@Plusnet why is your service so appalling No internet and apparently perfectly ok to leave it like that for 5days Wish I’d never moved to you

  • mouse5555 Lynn Dixon (@mouse5555) reported

@Plusnet Third reason it’s not their fault is that offcom only say they have to pay you compensation after you have had no service for 48hrs So according to Plusnet fine for them to take payment for service they are not supplying

  • whichrich Richard North 🇺🇦 (@whichrich) reported

I'm trying to help a relative who is a Plusnet customer, so it'd be good to know if you're having any issues at the moment 😬 (home network is fine, DSL is up, just nothing on the Internet is reachable)

  • jrmelksham John (@jrmelksham) reported

@EE Thanks for getting back to me. I contacted PlusNet and there was a fault in my area. Took a couple of days to fix. Thanks for your reply.
