@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • sassycat60 Sarah P (@sassycat60) reported from Exeter District, England

    @gelcoatcleaner @Plusnet @plusnethelp Bet they’re not rude on the phone like @Plusnet

  • PhilBreading Feel the love ❤️ #Joemance (@PhilBreading) reported from Exeter District, England

@Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Third day without mobile signal from @Plusnet Seriously unimpressed.

@Plusnet Totally p'd off with PN. Ticket raised this morning re slow bbspeeds. Now they have closed the tkt telling me the flt rslved without even asking me first/ NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Had 18u months of these slow speeds whilst paying for 45 mbps and gng 5-15 mbps. Q 232284285

  • stephenspencer Stephen Spencer has gone elsewhere (@stephenspencer) reported

@Ofcom @PSAuthorityUK it seems replying to free shortcodes (e.g. NHS, bank transaction verification, STOP to marketing msgs) is not supported on some MVNOs, esp those using EE (@plusnet, ecotalk, TTMM), locking users out of services. Should carriers not be compelled to support?

  • mxcomps Michael Cross (@mxcomps) reported

@Plusnet How did plusnet win this. Internet down Fri 10 March and the issue is a fault in my local area. Estimated fix is 15 March 18:29! Five days I will have been without the internet and for someone who works from home it has cost a lot having to travel to the office.

  • mxcomps Michael Cross (@mxcomps) reported

@UswitchUK @Plusnet Internet down for 5 days. Kindly ask for your award back.

  • jhl_digital_ag James Lane (@jhl_digital_ag) reported

@Plusnet credit (literally) where credit is due. Noticed a load of calls on landline that have never made on latest bill and v.quick to answer at 7.30pm on Saturday night, dealt with refund and also helped sort dial tone. Excellent customer service! #plusnet #customerservice

  • contentismyjam Annette Clubley (@contentismyjam) reported

@Plusnet how do you get award winning customer service from the most reliable broadband provider when you can't reach anyone on phone / email / dm and you have been sold a contract for a service you apparently cannot provide! #broadband

  • MrRetroRob Rob Tighe (@MrRetroRob) reported

Had new Internet provider @Plusnet for 3 weeks and had a service for just over a week,Hub didn't turn up in time, didn't active my service, gone down twice, went again last Wednesday, said had fixed it Friday but still nothing going to be off till this Wednesday at least😡

  • MarcWeb44286656 Marc Webb (@MarcWeb44286656) reported

@TalkTalk I’ve sent that many it would fill a a4 notepad I’ve cancelled your alleged service nothing for three months which I have paid for and now you want£143 exit fee, by the way Plusnet organised and sorted in three days and a far better Wi-Fi signal faulty master socket 🤔

  • bathcat7 Clive Legg (@bathcat7) reported

Had a lovely week away in a cottage in Somerset, worst thing about it is the totally crap @Plusnet wifi, constant buffering whilst trying to watch @btsportrugby dial-up would be better.

  • Barnabus73 🇺🇦🌳⭐⭐GReG_FOReST73🔴🔴⚪🔴💙 🏹 🇬🇧🇧🇻 (@Barnabus73) reported

@MattDavies_NP Plusnet were a nightmare for me. They guarantee a great connection speed but can't guarantee the WiFi signal.Problem being is, by the time you get to activate the router, you will be outside the 14 day cooling off period. Have found EE to be good, as they use same hardware as BT
