@Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

  • TomHawesCloud Tom Hawes (@TomHawesCloud) reported from Exeter District, England

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

    @gelcoatcleaner @Plusnet @plusnethelp Bet they’re not rude on the phone like @Plusnet

  • fancywookiee Dr Tom Bowers (@fancywookiee) reported

@tattooedselkie @SkyUK Have used Plusnet for the last year or so. I tend to shop about and see who's offering cashback or discount vouchers. To be fair, the service has been reliable and speeds fine for streaming.

  • GilesDMiddleton Giles (@GilesDMiddleton) reported

@GeoffHux @Plusnet If you fall below the minimum agreed levels (login to your account to see) just raise a ticket. Last time I did this they tore up the whole street and fixed loads of faults for free. Follow the process.

  • megsbaldwin Meg Baldwin (@megsbaldwin) reported

@Plusnet my internet has lost the plot. Saying full wifi service but is hardly working on my phone or TV. Is it down in my area perhaps?

  • timporteruk Tim Porter (@timporteruk) reported

@DanWoodger Don’t get me started! They are the worst of the worst in a multitude of ways. I’ve been a Plusnet / Freeview customer ever since and would never go back to Virgin EVER! Best of luck getting out!

  • Will_Willsher Wil Wilser (@Will_Willsher) reported

@Plusnet I moved my mum's phone line to you so she could add basic broadband to stream TV. You state "at least 10 working days, it's now been 18 - well over 3 weeks. We came to you because of name and the supposed good service and reassurance it brings but there are LOADS...

  • kosarob8 Robert Kosa (@kosarob8) reported

@Plusnet Morning, how could I get a newer HUB for my internet connection? I have Plusnet Hub ONE (signal levels are shocking sometimes) but I cannot put this into modem mode only. I have my own wireless AP and would like to use that instead. Can we sort this, please?

  • garrettjaispam Garrett (@garrettjaispam) reported

@Plusnet I have an outstanding payment that I’m needing help with, however, my phone is broken so I’m unable to call. Needing to speak to someone ASAP to try and resolve these payment issues. Thanks :)

  • jim_millen Jim Millen (@jim_millen) reported

@EleanorDallaway 4G/5G router and a 30-day SIM only data contract prob your best bet. Best deals are with MVNOs, make sure the underlying network is one with a good signal at your location. Hope Plusnet get their act together & sort it for you!

  • abefroman74 Rob G (@abefroman74) reported

@Plusnet what's up with email today? Can't send anything and now your website appears to be down? Are these 2 things connected? #Plusnet

  • AustinP39032121 Austin Powers (@AustinP39032121) reported

@Ofcom @Plusnet why are broadband and phone providers allowed to raise prices by £6+ a month after signing a new 18 month contract? It’s very unfair and terrible practice that need’s to be stopped
