    @Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

    Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

    @Plusnet no signal today at EX4 5DE on two Plusnet phones. Vodafone and Smarty (3) working fine. Please can you sort this urgently?

    Yes, it feels like months, but @BT and @Plusnet are still trying to screw my aged aunt for hundreds of pounds to get her connection back after they messed it up. Months and still no resolution. And they’re the same company really.

    @Plusnet Got back from holiday on Monday night and haven't been able to get internet. Sent a private message and raised a case on the website, yet haven't received a reply. Paying for internet I'm not getting and can't terminate without paying loads of fees.

    @Plusnet No point recommending Twitter and Facebook to get in touch with you, as despite several messages since Wednesday still waiting for a reply to try to find out more details about our broadband outage, which is not expected to be fixed before the 21st July!

    @Plusnet Our business broadband 2 year contract has just ended and the price has jumped upto £59.76, how can we signup for a new 2 year contract and get the bill back down to the original £26.40, we don't really want to start messing about switching providers.

    2 weeks & still no phone /internet. Trapped between my provider @Plusnet & @OpenreachHelp (the latter don’t take calls). now I have to wait until Monday for a second engineer visit (1st couldn’t help). Informed I have super fast full fibre! If only someone could get it to work😩

    @Plusnet Why do you have such horrible service recovery when there is a device failure caused by your team ? Customer service is poor. It has been a disappointing experience so far.

    @Plusnet another day, another outage. Fed up of resorting, fed up of being given run around. Last time, your agent said I should complain to @WeAreOpenreach whose website tells me to contact.. You Failed engineer appointments, daily outages. Please fix my service
