    @Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

    @Plusnet any way of checking if my topcashback has tracked? Ordered mobile sim Thursday, SIM arrived today, cashback not showing. If you can't I will cancel the order and re-try. Hope someone can check to save me doing this.

    @plusnet Hi, I have my Plusnet Hub Two successfully connected using a double socket (without the supplied filter). I want to move the router to another room that has a single socket. But when I use the supplied filter the modem doesn't connect. No phones are connected. Help?

    @OpenreachHelp Your organisation has been in dialogue with @Plusnet constantly why have you not suggested and carried this out!! Not acceptable to throw that back as an answer. Woeful Customer Service. Maybe you can do this tomorrow as you suggest.
