They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).

The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services.
