@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

@Plusnet OMG 14.4% rise U R even more 'less competitive'. I can get faster 'Full Fibre' cheaper / potentially fixed price + little rise at end. (vs fibre part way & more rises) Guess my mobile will be less competitive when I hear from you. (signal was bad today, got E on phone!!

@CHartleyPhotos I'm on Plusnet, the wife is Tesco. Whenever we're in Lincolnshire both networks can drop to a low signal (not at the same location), but the other one can cover us. It's 6 of 1, and half a dozen of the other with regards consistent signal strength.

@Plusnet I'm in Spain and cant roam like home! Have checked all switched on as normal (it usually works fine). My wife, another plusnet customer is getting piggybacked on to EE which I assume is your local partner over here. Help!

@CumbriaPR I could be wrong but everyone uses the same network installed by btopenreach unless there is a standalone service. So it doesn't matter if it's Sky, EE, PlusNet. As someone suggested I would use BT they can sort out issues quicker being in touch with OpenReach on a regular basis.

@1burnm I think this is endemic within the service sector not isolated to BG. The last 10 days of mine have been taken up on phone calls and emails with Plusnet, Sky, ADT on several occasions with the promise of a call/email back. It’s absolutely rife. I hope BG come through for you.
