@Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Third day without mobile signal from @Plusnet Seriously unimpressed.

  • TomHawesCloud Tom Hawes (@TomHawesCloud) reported from Exeter District, England

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • sassycat60 Sarah P (@sassycat60) reported from Exeter District, England

    @gelcoatcleaner @Plusnet @plusnethelp Bet they’re not rude on the phone like @Plusnet

  • rgmcgee2 Robert McGee (@rgmcgee2) reported

@Plusnet why do you give a customer the option to amend their direct debit information on the "My Account" page? Isn't that just an invitation for someone to input incorrect details?

  • Vespii Charlotte (@Vespii) reported

@Plusnet No response from my last tweet to you, supposed to be up to 80 down, we usually get around 50, today ive been on 8 and its disconnecting me. Its affecting my work as I work from home. Uve sent 4 engineers out over the years and they never find anything wrong in the house

  • Vespii Charlotte (@Vespii) reported

Also this is not to the poor souls who work in customer service but Plusnet as a company need to sort their infrstructure out. Its been years of subpar internet, I honeslty struggle to believe in this day and age that you cannot set up proper infrastructure for your customers.

  • arfurenglish anthony english (@arfurenglish) reported

@SammiMckean @globalhlthtwit We tried John Lewis broadband, supplied by plusnet. They were shocking. Didn't transfer the line so it went dead, which needed a bt reinstall. Basically left us with no phone or Internet throughout Christmas and new year. They were shockingly bad

  • Vespii Charlotte (@Vespii) reported

@Plusnet I understand, i will respond to that, sorry my dad is the main acocunt holder and he forgets. However this is an issue I can see others are having as well so it might be something someone needs to look into on your end as well.

  • JominGe00715465 Jomin George (@JominGe00715465) reported

@Plusnet Award winning broadband ?really? Plusnet's customer service is the worst ever. Plusnet agents will give all the wrong information to you just to get you to sign the contract. Once you sign it, they will treat you like ****. So disappointed and gutted with my experience with them

  • ojciec_maz Janusz Maciarz (@ojciec_maz) reported

@Plusnet Hello, since yesterday I have a very weak internet despite resetting the router. My login is Renta1972

  • violettned Violet (@violettned) reported

@Plusnet I was promised yesterday my Internet will be back within 24 hours as I have a vulnerable child but still nothing. Can anyone help me, please!

  • shysecretagent Dr Deborah Pearson (@shysecretagent) reported

I just wanted to say to all 3180+ of my followers, @Plusnet are so so so bad. Use literally any other service provider. We won’t have internet for a week through no fault of ours and I have spent hours on the phone being shuffled from one person to another. Terrible provider.

  • JTedFischer Wally (@JTedFischer) reported

@Plusnet I've been advised today by @OpenreachHelp that additional cabling is required for changeover to new provider. Will I lose my @Plusnet service today or will it continue until the matter is resolved? Please advise.
