They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

My internet connection has been really unstable the last few days; it'll have periods of being fine, and then be up and down ten times in half an hour. I almost fell for it over my issue with Plusnet , they get very aggressive when you don’t give them your bank details

Also today I have spent hours informing people of my new email address . As I have Starlink I was only using Plusnet for landline and email address anyway

Rich Foxen (@RichFoxen) reported@WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!
