  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

@Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • sassycat60 Sarah P (@sassycat60) reported from Exeter District, England

    @gelcoatcleaner @Plusnet @plusnethelp Bet they’re not rude on the phone like @Plusnet

  • Nialas_Dubh Rain_is_nice (@Nialas_Dubh) reported

@Plusnet I moved home in early April. Your rep on the phone told me he'd take care of everything. I've just found that you took direct debits from my account in April and May. No more phone calls - I want an email address so I can get it from you in writing that you'll fix this.

  • AlanJSlater AlanJSlater (@AlanJSlater) reported

@Plusnet Hello. Sorry to trouble you (again) but I'm having problems with Plusnet webmail. I cannot send emails. I get a message saying "message sent" but it does not reach the recipient. I still receive messages alright but I can neither reply to them nor send new ones.

  • adilondoner M (@adilondoner) reported

@Plusnet you cut off a disabled person’s access to the internet for a whole weekend after categorically telling them they wouldn’t be with it service. You should be ******* disgusted with yourselves

  • AAAMUSEMENTS Alex Brown (@AAAMUSEMENTS) reported

@Plusnet can I ask why you’ve ignored multiple direct messages seeking support? I can’t call you on the telephone so this is my only means of contact. Thanks!

  • Chris_TLT ChrisThomasLuke (@Chris_TLT) reported

@Plusnet why does it take so long to fix a problem with you guys? Or is it a rough time? My friends are with you and live 5 minute walk away from me and theirs is fine?

  • BagladyM Maureen Grayson #RejoinEU (@BagladyM) reported

@npje @TalkTalk They left me without Internet for 13 days!!! Blamed my old router initially and refused to send an engineer. When Open Reach turned up (5 days later), a fault at the exchange was identified. This 'fault' was never rectified! Switched to @Plusnet. Internet restored in 5 seconds!

  • Pete_Bassist Lanky B - Person of Tall ⬆️ (@Pete_Bassist) reported

@DrChrisParry @sky One thing to remember, openreach provide the cabling for all the ADSL connections, sky, BT, Plusnet, everyone, it's openreach that are ****.. I would avoid Sky they ramp up prices..

@dshensmith In the long list of crappy internet service providers virgin trawls the depths alongside the likes of EE, Plusnet & TalkTalk. If you want a service that just works & you also want proper UK based technical support & customer service when it doesn’t then the field is very small.
