    @Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

    @Plusnet Despite your website saying the landline broadband service is good, we have had no service on and off for days. Can't get through to anyone from Plusnet. Shocking service.

    So @OpenreachHelp have sent out an Engineer who has connect the in-laws. However, they have not closed the case down and therefore no internet until possibly Monday. Meanwhile, @Plusnet case worker missed a digit out on their department meaning contacting them was fruitless.

    When you switch from @Plusnet because their service is abysmal, but they still try to take your money. So you call them and their arrogant staff hang up on you. Annnddd they wonder why you switched 🥴🥴

    @V1JDESTUART @jeremyiwhite @whippletom Moved mum to Plusnet. Went through the phone package with her. She wanted the unlimited fee calls any time with answer service etc.... "How many times per day do you use the land line mum? " Never I use my mobile, but if I do use the landline I don't want it to cost me a fortune

    @Plusnet I'm trying to get help with my broadband router which keeps dropping. The internet connection is fine. It's a problem with the wifi to my devices.

    @savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk I'm currently with Plusnet which is owned by BT. I'm paying for 36 mbps but I'm lucky to get 9 sometimes it's less than 1 but the speed goes up & down like a yoyo. I also get disconnected frequently but only for a few seconds. I wonder if it would help if I bought another router

    @Plusnet My broadband is down in Warwick, I lost connection at approximately 01:30 this morning, have already tried your broadband troubleshooter, and had no luck, what is the best way to get someone to help look at this from your end?

    @Plusnet 2 weeks of no internet as a remote worker is driving me slightly potty. I understand the issue is for openreach to fix, the daily calls of "engineer is booked tomorrow (subject to delay)" only for it then to be delayed everyday for the last 13 days is becoming tedious.
