@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

@Plusnet Upgraded my plan, told sometime in next 10 days my internet will switch. Sat at my desk today ready for another work day from home to find I have no internet and won’t until midnight. Where was the warning? If I had known I would have warned my colleagues! Poor form PN.

@Plusnet deeply disappointed deal of 20G for £10 & unlimited text/calls ONLY AVAILABLE TO NEW CUSTOMERS. Not the customer service I’ve known from @Plusnet nor encouraging loyalty #poorvalues 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Looks like a change in provider

When we had dial-up, there were hundreds of different companies to choose from. Now with broadband it's been whittled down to about 5. Next it will be just BT if they overcharge other providers for connections via OpenReach. Already EE and Plusnet are BT owned. #r4today

@plusnethelp do not ask me to call you, I'm sick of wasting my time and energy on the phone, to be told there's nothing you can do right now and I need to call back again next week - I'm trying to hold down a full-time job here - -using unreliable PLUSNET internet

Can't believe that after waiting two months for @Plusnet and @OpenreachHelp to install broadband and due to poor service I cancel contact. I now have had to wait a month for a refund which was promised within 5 working days. only went with them as I love @JasonManford in the ads
