    @Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • sassycat60 Sarah P (@sassycat60) reported from Exeter District, England

    @gelcoatcleaner @Plusnet @plusnethelp Bet they’re not rude on the phone like @Plusnet

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

    Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

  • PhilBreading Feel the love ❤️ #Joemance (@PhilBreading) reported from Exeter District, England

    @Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

    Mum says she has paid for this month. Either this is bullshit or plusnet are just this ******* bad. I've tried everything to fix this. I'm surprised it's allowed me on ******* twitter. I'm so angry right now everything is setting me up to fail.

    Hi I am trying to cancel my plusnet order only made 5 days ago and I can't speak to anyone..please help

  • PhosgeneStudios Jake W (@PhosgeneStudios) reported

    @Jonmitson @plusnethelp The routers do have a tendency to have a high-pitched/frequency noise. Plusnet are aware of this, and the issue only occurs when 5GHz is enabled. :)

  • BrianWGillespie Brian W. Gillespie (@BrianWGillespie) reported

    Whoever keeps giving Plusnet these awards for customer service needs to take a long, hard look at themselves

  • SteveDonovan1 Steve Donovan (@SteveDonovan1) reported

    @virginmedia Feedback from a colleague with exactly the same issue a few months ago - she simply resolved her problem by switching suppliers to Plusnet. Her problem solved. In the absence of any proper official technical advice from Virgin, I could perhaps take my 15yrs of custom elsewhere.

  • KimBeesley3 Kim Beesley 3 (@KimBeesley3) reported

    @DrJessTaylor @skytv @EE Hi Jess, if EE doesn't work out give Plusnet a go. I've been with them for yonks. When you, rarely, have to call Tech Support you get straight through to a person, wow! They always do deals so don't go by the telly ads. Years ago they even remotely fixed my computer for nothing.

    @Kasa_something Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to leave Plusnet. Unfortunately we’re not able to cancel your contract here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleagues will be able to help. -Tony

    @plusnethelp I wonder if you could help me. I’ve just moved home & took my plusnet broadband with me. It was due to switch over today but as yet there is no service. What time does it usually activate by?

    @NorthWestNosh We use Plusnet in our airbnb and they seem pretty good customer service wise.
