@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

I'm pretty sure at this point Plusnet have a policy of winding down your line speed until you complain. I'm paying for 80, it's currently syncing at 30 with a 21db SNR margin. It hasn't synced above 60 (minimum guaranteed is 59.6 or something) for 2 years.

@Plusnet @Plusnet I can't believe it takes so much effort to close down my monthly contract. It took me 3 minutes to sign up. Now I'm being told I can only cancel by calling a telephone number which will likely have me on hold at a cost which exceeds my monthly bill!?!?

  • Mod71 Mod71 (@Mod71) reported

@Plusnet Brilliant that you can help 🇺🇦 . How about also assisting a customer who has their connection date pushed back TWICE and now pushed back 2 weeks to end of March!! Completely out of order.

  • Vafuncullo Alan 💙 (@Vafuncullo) reported

@Plusnet I want to cancel my phone. Dont need to talk to anyone just need to cancel. I logged into my account but there's no straightforward option just to cancel. Should i just cancel the direct debit and leave it to expire?

@Plusnet No problems thank you Even if there were, I know you'd be on top of it in no time at all

@Plusnet Also seems the raise a fault button has been buried, Plusnet support is pretty bad at the best of times so at the least you can make it easy to log an error.
