@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

Optimistically waiting for my new @Plusnet broadband to hopefully 🤞 go live today. Never have I changed providers and been cut off at midnight but hey ho, thats what @SkyHelpTeam have done. But we'll get onto my experience with them shortly....

  • Clark3y Clark3y 🐉 (@Clark3y) reported

So my Plusnet contract is coming to an end, and they’re offering me £24.49 to renew, which is “Same as a new customer” which it wasn’t. Today I got an ad saying £21.99 for new customers and an email offering £23.99. They must really value me as a customer.

Hi @Plusnet - my mobile has had 'Emergency calls only' for the last few days, and I've been in a couple of different locations, at most of which I would normally have signal (I'm in a large city). Not a new customer - any idea what the issue might be?
