@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@Plusnet @aeroflixfilms I still have no internet after 7 hours, despite being assured the network was ok I now see all of these tweets saying it isn't. Engineer can't come until Wednesday, this really isn't good enough

Update on this. Twitter staff did semi help but we are back to @Plusnet ghosting my mum and holding the ticket until Monday (bank holiday). If they can show their new customers with so much contempt I’d dread to think what long term customers experience. On hold to cancel 👎🏻
