    @Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

    @SkyHelpTeam I doubt @Plusnet do that and just supply a decent router. That aside the daily morning disconnects have happened for a decade before boost. Also that time 1am to 5am doesn't work for everyone and we don't need it especially as it kills a the disabled installed tool...

    @Chocomatt12 The most I can get in my area is 70mbps (unless I went with a Virgin and their dedicated fibre lines which cost a fortune) so I’m with PlusNet and pay £26pm and never really drop below 60mbps
