Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

I swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..

@Plusnet absolutely awful service from Plusnet. Three weeks without any broadband. No one cares. No one fixes anything. No one takes responsibility to sort out problems. Absolutely terrible.

@Plusnet We have an engineer coming to sort our broadband tomorrow, apparently. I know we had a big storm the other week, but we've been told three times now our problem is fixed and it isn't. I can tolerate there being a problem (although my employer is understandably...
