@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • PhilBreading Feel the love ❤️ #Joemance (@PhilBreading) reported from Exeter District, England

@Plusnet Oi you lot, your service has collapsed and your website is shot. Trying phone support and been waiting for an hour for you to pick up. Come on guys.....

@plusnethelp @Plusnet we're new customers with an issue that's going to prevent us getting setup and we cant speak to anyone! Phones continuously busy, one DM on Twitter in 24 hours and no resolution online?? #whatdowedo #awardwinningcustomerservice #likeihaventgotenoughtodo

  • sthsides Ash (@sthsides) reported

@Plusnet had no service now for last 3 days what's going on? And what you doing or going to do about it? Also we should get some kind of good will gesture just as contract up to renew

  • moaning_ray Ray Lashley (@moaning_ray) reported

@icklenellierose I'm no longer with Plusnet, but largely because of what you describe, and terrible customer service. These days I reject 'free' routers and buy my own. It's one more thing to research before buying but also one of the most important pieces of hardware in our connected households.

  • GeekNamedMike M I K E 🔸 (@GeekNamedMike) reported

Just switched to @Plusnet, nearly £10 a month cheaper than BT. I had no issues with BT at all but when it's that much cheaper, it was a no brainer

  • Grommish Grommish (@Grommish) reported

@icklenellierose Most ISP provided routers are garbage. You'd be better off buying a good router, disabling WiFi on your PlusNet gear, and using the good router for it.

  • ShaolinMunkeh Tim Parkes (@ShaolinMunkeh) reported

@icklenellierose If you're using their wifi hub - I'd recommend getting the latest BT Home Hub. I had real trouble with my Plusnet when I upgraded to their faster speed Fibre. But once I replaced their router with the BT Home Hub it sorted out all the issues.

  • beckgeorge Becky George (@beckgeorge) reported

@Plusnet my mum has had shocking service from you, and is still without internet 2 weeks on! Absolutely ridiculous, would not recommend you.

  • BethShinfield Beth Shinfield (@BethShinfield) reported

@Plusnet I’ve been trying to cancel with you for weeks and can’t seem to get to the right person before I’m cut off. I’ve cancelled the DD hoping you’d actually call but you still don’t. Please can I just have a termination fee? You couldn’t provide WIFI for home working

  • nudgosaur Nudge (@nudgosaur) reported

@icklenellierose I've pretty much only heard bad things about Plusnet unfortunately :/ friend of mine with them has constant issues

  • XeiDeathAngelz Enemy™ (@XeiDeathAngelz) reported
