@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

Forgot to mention Christmas Eve PlusNet staff told my dad on the 5th phone call to go out and buy a dongle Christmas Eve and connect to vodaphone !! (Fobbed off again). You promote a great service which is false from what I have seen it’s a complete disgrace

@Plusnet @plusnethelp How do I contact your customer services? Nobody seems to reply to Twitter messages and your website says your chat service is offline.

@Plusnet are you going to finally sort out my parents connection or just fob them off once again. They signed up to your service end of November and the service is still not up and running correctly (0.5mb download speed) is pathetic seeing as you promised 30 meg.

@plusnethelp Require help. a) The broadband is still up and down over Xmas, even though as suggested by you 8ve plugged it into the test socket. b) Some spurious payments are being requested by plusnet.
