@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

@TipplingPort @tescomobile I was on an O2 network use company and yes it was awful reception. I'm now on plusnet which uses EE and it's a so much better network. I had a 40 mile journey and had reception the entire time, that never happened on O2.

@Plusnet I am having an ongoing issue where I am viewing emails on my iPhone but every time I try to read a new one I have to change between the normal PN network and the 5ghz each time for them to open. Any ideas or fixes please?

@SouthsideTrekk1 @Plusnet Yeah, first time having an issue with them. Also moving to a benefits capped service (as they do not have it but BT do), so a cancellation charge of 186 is being levied as well.

@Plusnet Don't do it. You will lose your main phone which will become digital and won't work if there is a power cut. Very dangerous if you live in an area where you don't have a mobile signal.

@siondoc Hey Sion 👋 Unfortunately we don't support Plusnet mobile at this time. We do hope to be compatible with Plusnet mobile in the future but don't currently have any ETA's, unfortunately. We'll be sure to keep you updated 📣

@SouthsideTrekk1 @Plusnet Also tried explaining that I prefer email etc as I have hearing issues and not always great on the phone, and, nope, phone it is. Then they asked me to rate how likely I am to recommend @Plusnet to others....
