  • TomHawesCloud Tom Hawes (@TomHawesCloud) reported from Exeter District, England

@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Third day without mobile signal from @Plusnet Seriously unimpressed.

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

@Plusnet no signal today at EX4 5DE on two Plusnet phones. Vodafone and Smarty (3) working fine. Please can you sort this urgently?

  • theconsulargirl Claire Longhurst (@theconsulargirl) reported from Exeter District, England

Second day without mobile signal @Plusnet I tweeted you yesterday and emailed. No reply from either. Can't phone as I have *no signal*. Two different phones in same house affected so definitely a Plusnet fault. #CustomerService

  • georgiamcnult Georgia McNulty (@georgiamcnult) reported

@Plusnet super disappointed in the service we’ve received so far. No communication on your end, reliant on us following up to confirm internet activation date which is weeks later than scheduled. 😔

  • KireeP24 OGKP24 (@KireeP24) reported

Really not impressed with my @Plusnet broadband. My firestick jumps, videos and uploads are so slow.....everything is as should be, its slower than my nan at this point. Not impressed.

  • DieselTuning John Devlin ⚽️ (@DieselTuning) reported

@MartinSLewis Check out the feedback on any Plusnet advert, it’s horrible, I would think hard about switching to them

  • cluffy84 Cloughie 🏆 (@cluffy84) reported

@ShellEnergyHome I have now had enough of Shell Energy Broadband! I desperately want to return to @Plusnet. I wish I'd never left them. I never use wifi on my phone, neither does my wife. The only things that now use the wifi provided by Shell is the Amazon stick and the.. (1/2)

  • BrightKnight15 BrightKnight (@BrightKnight15) reported

@EveryCountry @bt_uk They're all bad. Left Sky due to issues, now Virgin media don't even respond when you complain about speed dips & intermittent loss of connection. Been months, & notified they are still processing my complaints about not hearing from my complaints! Plusnet?

  • Hunkchunkalmond Tommy Storey 💙 (@Hunkchunkalmond) reported

@MartinSLewis Think it's about £21 but would rather pay more than be stuck with Plusnet, they were awful up until we left them late last year.

  • swapnilnshilpa swapnil rane (@swapnilnshilpa) reported

@Plusnet - again repeating same slowness issue Can you get it escalated to give good speed as per agreement..my payments are on time ..but service is shameful

  • mxttsco Matt (@mxttsco) reported

@swapnilnshilpa @Plusnet Where abouts are you? I'm down in Devon in the South West. Same issue here. Supposed to be getting 30+ Mbps, but keep getting 5 Mbps max quite often. Incredibly annoying.

  • GethinHarries2 Gethin Harries (@GethinHarries2) reported

@Plusnet @UswitchUK Terrible internet company. Currently not gettin what I'm paying for. Internet is extremely slow and disconnects all day every day, how the hell did they win an award for being the best? They're really not.

  • owdrider Owdrider (@owdrider) reported

@MartinSLewis Didn't know Plusnet were part of BT. That's put me off. Soooo much grief when I was last with BT I said I'd NEVER touch them again.
