@Nigelontheradio @plusnethelp Hey Nigel, thats a shame, I've had a good time with Plusnet, been with them for 5 years and their customer service has always been good (far better than any other provider we've experienced). They're doing what they can at the mo for us: sent openreach engineer + new router out.

  • False_Alarm_ Matt (@False_Alarm_) reported

Nobody would be complaining if they'd sold this as 'comedians sat down in their toilets/ airing cupboards talking in to a low res, 10 year old logitech webcam (streamed via the cheapest available Plusnet package)' #justthetonic

  • peterwa98577307 XRPete (@peterwa98577307) reported

  • switchlec Switchlec (@switchlec) reported

@edmondcurrent Plusnet, never plugged a phone in though, don't use landlines. Used VoIP for the last 20 years, most lines are with @aaisp. Loads of options there for forwarding etc. Got some SIP2SIM services too, so VoIP direct to the mobile. Separate numbers for business every time.

@DONNYDIVArl @Plusnet Correct, " it my problem, not my job" brigade.
