@davidcwildman @Plusnet @plusnet are scammers. They were unable to deliver a working dsl "broadband" when I moved into a new place (only line option available), then dragged things out with promises beyond the legal 14 days and now extort me out of £200 to get rid of them - tried to cancel since day 8.

@Plusnet I have just joined but I thought I could keep my landline (same address) but you sent me another number and I cannot get through on your phone lines and the website does not help or the chat. If I definitely cannot keep my current no. I need to cancel and get a refund?

Nah @Plusnet, you're doing enough damage to yourself with lies, deceit & not getting anything right. Supplying plenty for me to use for an OFCOM complaint. It's simple really, no further money be coming from me via direct debit as you've tried to steal for an incorrect bill.

@Plusnet - been waiting for months (!!!) for my Plusnet Reward card. My contract started in May. I got the "ClaimConfirmation" email on 20th July. It's October now and still nothing. Called your customer service 2-3 weeks ago. They have no clue what to do about it! :(
