Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

Worst internet provider guys? We've endured a few but @Plusnet beats the lot. Can't imagine why OH chose them again having lost internet/phone for weeks in Feb 2020 floods when BT box was affected.Service in new home has been appalling. Made homeworking impossible. And it's dear.

@ezzeeegooner @O2 @SkyUK I've never heard of that. Their agreement will be with o2 only. All companies use one of either Vodafone, EE, O2 or 3. ( I think). For example BT and Plusnet use EE. Best checking with sky though...

@Plusnet 2 new sim cards ordered. Only one received today and the changeover is due to happen tomorrow therefore could be a full day without any service. Why only 1 received when ordered both the same time??

@weEatComplete @Plusnet They did the same with me, 45mb down to 29mb. Tried blaming everything on me, changed my contract without notifying me, lied in their replies to me

I've spent the last twenty minutes on the @Plusnet website trying to buy a SIM-only contract and it just doesn't work. Perhaps this is a sign not to join this network.

@Plusnet Getting really fed up with your email connectivity. If you are not going to support a product don’t offer it

@Plusnet when looking at your mobile network terms and conditions, I see plenty of references to 2016. We're in 2022. Questions: if I take a rolling contract, will I have access to WiFi calling? Is there access to 5G? Are you reintroducing EU roaming charges?
