Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@RegGBlinker Sometimes creds are easy to guess across accounts (which is not a big issue). Sometimes you might be able to life them off the ISP router. Sometimes people on forums will be able to help. I could help with this for BT/Plusnet, not for sky I'm afraid.

@NoseySurgeon I was with PlusNet but with two of us needing to video call, the bandwidth during peak pandemic was getting sapped by the whole area. Cable with a **** provider was the only reasonable option.

@Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

@EAHelp Even if none of my connection has changed. Wired connection. No one else in the house using internet. Worrying thing is I’m not just the only one experiencing these problems. What do you think @Plusnet ? Made any secret changes to your internet provision in the last week?
