  Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

  @Ephemeral_Goods @Plusnet Bizarrely, I am a longtime customer of JL broadband and have suddenly for no reason got an email from them saying how sorry they are I'm leaving them. I'm not! So I'm kind of having the opposite experience to you but yours is very odd.

  @Plusnet Hi @plusnet the technician completed the work today (issue was down the road). Two hours later and we've experienced same disconnect/reconnect again. Can you check line again please

  @Plusnet new SIM no service and has new number when asked to keep original and gave PAC code. Can’t even sign into mobile app? Thought this was supposed to be easy??
