Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@Plusnet Hi when I am connected to my plusnet home broadband our PCs will not connect to the YouTube website. If I connect to a different network like a hotspot, YouTube works fine. The same is true for videos in Google Photos. This has only started since yesterday. Any ideas?

I have two internet services here. A high speed and rather over priced one which appears to be run by puddings and a bog standard slower, cheaper ADSL connection with competent tech staff. Guess which one gives me the best service? @Plusnet are underrated.

@FrPsiChi @Plusnet I get that they don't currently support it, the question is whether they will by the time that the signal boxes are deactivated at the end of June.
