Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@wenlockhouse @HelenNotArcher He works for PlusNet now: he's actually about the only member of the customer response team there that ever gets anything done (he's more on the engineering side).

@plusnet can you tell me why I have not had a mobile signal in Ashbourne, Derbyshire for about 36 hrs. You are showing no issues on network however EE are showing a problem. When will it be fixed and why are you not reporting the problem?

@Plusnet Hi, for the past month or so our connection has been randomly dropping. Usually happens a couple of times a day. Quite annoying when I'm in a teams meeting. It's not WiFi as router is solid orange when it happens. Would someone be able to help?

@Plusnet DSL customer for 12 years. Called 10 days ago to upgrade to fibre, told new router and service by Oct 25. Today internet disappeared, haven't received router. Hours on phone with numerous clueless, argumentative reps. I still have no internet and no solution. HELP!

@Plusnet please can you help me? Your call centre says I only have 14 days cooling off period to cancel an 18 month contract but your engineer is only coming to see if you can connect broadband on day 12! How can this be solved?!
