Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

Hi @Plusnet - I only get signal at home with an EE Signal Box. I see it's been announced that these are being turned off on 30 June, and EE/BT advises using Wifi Calling, which you don't support. Will you have enabled wifi-calling by then, or do I need a new provider?

(@chinmj) reported
@FrPsiChi @Plusnet I get that they don't currently support it, the question is whether they will by the time that the signal boxes are deactivated at the end of June.

@Plusnet You do realise that online chat help is actually supposed to engage with the client? If all I’m going to get is an unhelpful Bot I’ll have to start looking for a new provider

@Plusnet Hi Plusnet. My SIM is being sent to incorrect address (typo), and your call centre says to wait 2 days to change it on your system. Is that correct? My SIM will be sent to wrong address in the meantime. This is for a new order. Please help. Thank you.
