    @Plusnet you have taken my £ in April but not delivered the service I paid for and your communication is awful

    Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

    @Plusnet hi plusnet, every night this week my internet has dropped always after 11pm when I’m working - it drops at least 10 times every week, never once with sky did my internet drop and I was with them for 7 years - can u let me know why this keeps happening - PA4 9PE area

    Another week or great customer service from @plusnethelp but absolutely appalling/non-existent service from @Plusnet and @WeAreOpenreach. How it can be so difficult to activate broadband in a house where there is a working openreach socket is beyond me.

    @plusnethelp Thankyou - the process is complete. The higher estimate is Plusnet's , when I renewed my service, and the lower one is from the 'It's all done, here you go!' email 6 weeks later. At least currently, my speed is where it's usually at, so was more of a 'hmm that's odd' thing. :)

    @plusnethelp Ah sorry I missed it. Can you recommend a router that would work well? I obviously want to buy one that can be configured to work with the plusnet network.

    @Plusnet negative start to first day. Second day up and running. All that I spoke to were polite and attempted to help. Thank you. Onwards and upwards

    It shouldn't be this difficult to switch mobile providers to @Plusnet. 12hrs later and still no mobile coverage. Had to call up @plusnethelp yesterday as instructions on the accompanying letter didn't work. Seems like the process is totally different to letter - and SLOW.

    @_elliottxo @Plusnet I use shell broadband and honestly it’s only ever went down twice for me. And at only £23.99 a month it’s really good value

    @ChalraftLevi_El @Coastway_Will Tbh, From what i know, Plusnet have no responcabilty as its not there issue. If its a telegraph pole thats came down then its a lenghty job to fix....
