  Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

  @Plusnet Happy to say that it happens so rarely (in fact I don't remember a service interruption ever before) I was pretty sure it must be a problem with my router! Thanks to the team who got it all working again.
