Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

@_WildfellHall @Dawnchandler84 @Plusnet I’ve always found them reliable. Speed is OK, but they’ll give you an estimated speed. They’re part of BT, but the service is much better!

@Plusnet there's been an outage in Furness area since Tuesday, no broadband. How would I go about getting compensation for a service that I can't access?

@Dawnchandler84 @Plusnet Oh indeed - I only ever call them when it’s renewal time usually, BUT when I had issues with my house move 2 years ago they provided great service. AND: BT Sport for a tenner. That’s the clincher!

@xRVSx @SkyHelpTeam @Plusnet are exactly the same upping our bill by £5.00 a month and still a slow but supposed faster fibre service.

@chris_a_tye @Plusnet I had to leave Plusnet last year because they couldn't deliver the advertised speed to my house and didn't have a super fast option. No arguments, no problems. Always found their customer service excellent. Once they offer a 100mg + option I'll be back to them.

2nd time in 4 days my @Plusnet connection has gone. Hardly any issues over 3 years and hopefully not becoming a regular occurrence.
