Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

I never use a pre configured route supplied by an ISP and only use @DrayTekUK routers. I frequently check it for firmware updates & only allow my list of MAC addresses #JerseyBread
