    Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

    @plusnethelp Not this evening, no. But there have been issues with it since we switched to Plusnet, unreliability and random red or orange lights. Why was the bandwidth reset?

    @AllieRenison @EE Just had that problem. Took several weeks for Plusnet to fix it. OpenReach engineers removed all links to other extensions in the house bar the one main phone then replaced the β€˜crimps’ on the wires in the box on side of home. It is a resistance fault apparently.

    Had @TalkTalk for a few weeks and my god it's like going back in time to dial up internet. So slow. Have to restart router every time I want to use it. Had @Plusnet previously and so much quicker.

    .@plusnethelp @Plusnet, your #terribleservice doesn't just hurt me, it's also the poor artists on your hold music which after 10 weeks I now hate by association. Out of interest, was it an attempt at being drole when you chose @ConorMaynard's aptly named "Waste Your Time"?

    @plusnethelp hello. We switched to PlusNet on 30 October but are still yet to receive a router and helpline hung up on us today without notice after 25 minutes on hold. Please could you help? Not impressed so far...

    @Plusnet You are the ones causing me to face difficulties. My Internet has been down for nearly month. I cant work from home. I call you every day and nothing gets done . You wont even let me leave my contract. You're basically just extorting me for money.

    @CasperCarbines I have fibre through @Plusnet. It's appallingly slow. Every time I complain they just say they've fixed a fault. Never gets better.

    Right over to @Plusnet, easy set up so far, online within 5 minutes or so, only issue is the number of devices I have to go around and connect. Just in the lounge 7 devices 😳
