    Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

    @jayrayner1 @virginmedia They always seem to have an awful lot of bad press on my local FB groups. I’ve had Sky, Plusnet & currently Vodafone … never had a problem

    @Plusnet I keep getting texts advising that my broadband installation has been delayed. It asks me to call a number or check the help section of your website. Your website has no order-specific help info and I'm now on hold - again - for 30+ minutes just trying to get through.

    @Plusnet I hired your Wifi services on the 2 of September. Even though in the website it is advertised you only take up to 7 days to start the service you gave me starting service date the 20 of September. I has just got a message that my service will be delayed.
