anthony Oakes (@aoakes51) reported@Plusnet So i switched to Plusnet and what a mistake. Should've stayed with current provider. So paind for 900Mbps and get max 100Mbps. Its a very clear line provisioning error probably from Openreach. Plusnet seem to not want to fix it, nothing wrong here! just contact openreach

Charlotte (@bagpussforeva) reported@Plusnet thank you for sending me a text at 9am confirming my service has returned yet here I am at 2pm still waiting
-
Michael Corbett (@kobb) reported@Plusnet Hi, you didn't read my message. Your phone service has 20 min + wait time. How can I send you a query in a message? Thanks for your time. 😐

Damilola 🌺 Arewa (@damstar_) reported@Plusnet I’m sick of you guys. You can’t help over the phone or nothing what’s this???
-
Kyle Ralph (@KyleRalphtdtr) reported@Plusnet hi, been doing some bandwidth speed test lately as I feel my internet has slowed down and the most I’ve seen is 400mb/s when I’m paying for a 1000mb/s
-
Mikey Cleave (@MikeyCleave) reportedAbsolute shambles from @Plusnet Was told to sign up with them due to good customer service. What a mistake that was. Don't seem to have a clue what they're doing! No dialogue between themselves or Openreach. Meant to be connected from today, but now without WiFi.
-
Tony (@Tonysmini) reported@Nigelh7n @WeAreOpenreach It’s got to be done by Jan 2027. Plusnet don’t supply a VoIP/digital voice service hence the suggestion to swap to BT/EE if you want to retain a landline number.
-
Carl Fandidango (@ComTekMan) reported@CommsOmbudsman 3 BT Group companies (Plusnet, EE, Openreach) pass the buck—no one takes responsibility. Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).
-
Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported@David_SugarPen @Plusnet They have sold your email account to greenby. They have broken the terms of your contract. Greenby email will start charging you for access to your email after 2 years.
