Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

Cust services say it'll be another 3 days & nothing they can do. Good start! Way to go! Useless tossers.

Adam Beesley (@Adrbees1) reported.@Plusnet Never seen such an incompetent company. Called today, in order to cancel my account on the 25th August, they then proceeded to cancel it today. They now claim they can not do anything to solve this issue. Incompetent and Extremely poor service.

Promised to call & no response - then told this wasnβt uncommon?

Olivia (@oliviajh__) reportedWe had to renew our internet contract in May for 18 months, knowing we would be moving in the summer. We were informed by @Plusnet customer service web chat that we would be able to do this easily with no mention of fees.

Once you have the new service set up you can either keep your landline (and pay the monthly charge) or ask your broadband provider to βportβ your landline to a VOIP telephone service with the same number

These are private sector workers. But if it makes you feel important, you keep criticising & ignoring the real issues in your own party
