    Now 15 days since @Plusnet were supposed to connect our broadband. Had 4 engineers out, called 6 times, different answers every time. Only Robin in @plusnethelp started taking the problem seriously, so kudos to him. But this is still absolutely ridiculous!

    Woke up this morning with really poor WiFi from @Plusnet. Never had any problems before today. Anyone else having a problem? Noting will work via WiFi? Even my Google chrome won't play the radio it's that poor? Not good

    @Plusnet Any idea what's going on with your service? The WiFi keeps cutting out numerous times a day and even numerous times an hour. All day yesterday it was doing it and once again the same this morning. Getting quite annoying now

    Is anyone else having problems with plusnet ? For days now the connection has been poor, about 20mins a time untill it cuts out and stops working. I joined plusnet because I was told it had real people on customer support. Turns out I was wrong and the usual automated nonsense

    @plusnethelp 3rd day of no internet AND a customer helpline telling me to “call back tomorrow”!! Totally unacceptable @plusnet. Speed tests showing a maximum of 0.20 when router intermittently decides to “activate”. Yes, tried switching to different channels etc. Shocking!

    @plusnethelp I sent you a message. The broadband has been constantly disconnecting since signing up with Plusnet, the last few days have been really bad. It may come as a shock, but some of us are needing to work at home and need stable connection.

    @Plusnet at home using my 3G or perhaps 4G as Vodafone are just as bad as you lot telling me we’ve no fault with our super fast broadband after 20 mins on hold to be told no problem son .

    @plusnethelp Yes Curtis. I instructed BT to install a 2nd line to my home but instead they plan to take over the Plusnet one. I have told you by phone, livechat and email NOT to allow this but still the messages from you and BT are the same.. 'Sorry you are leaving' etc. I have a bad feeling.
