    @Plusnet @plusnethelp New customer desperately needing a decent wifi/Internet connection and service thus far is woeful. Can't talk to anyone in Customer Service! Help!

    Hi @Plusnet is there a problem in the West Midlands? Trying to connect over wifi and I get the router login page, which is refusing to recognise my password.

    @Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

    @Plusnet are ridiculous. Couldn't fix our internet after we renewed the contract, cancelled 4days into the 14days cooling off period yet now trying to charge us a full cancellation fee! CS are no help, 3 manager call backs requested but not had 1. I'm going to trading standards.

    @Cousins155 @Plusnet They dont... then when you go further they issue refunds but end up taking more money from you instead of giving you the refund... companys a joke.. im moving to bt..

    @Plusnet There is a known issue on EE but we have had no info from Plusnet. No info on your website either. It is supposed to be put right by this evening but it has taken much too long to fix
