    @BasGazette Ours is still down.. Plusnet are telling me Tues 14th until it will be back up. Currently using 4G on my (Plusnet) mobile but it’s very patchy and keeps coming and going.. at least I’ve got service though, nothing on daughter’s o2 phone.

    @Plusnet Still down.. have private messaged. I know there is an outage due to building work knocking out cables but just wanted an update/timescale for when it may be back up? 2 days now..

    @Plusnet Folks, any issues in HA8 area? Phone seems OK but internet virtually non existent. Had to switch modem off and use mobile.

    If anyone on twitter is thinking about going with Plusnet for the internet, don't bother... it's great the first six months, then the signal is rubbish, and just to rub salt in, they increase their prices for a service that you don't receive...

    @Plusnet You seem to be charging us for breaking the contract. But as I said my husband should really have contacted you long ago to say there was a problem. Had become impossible for us to babysit on various days when sons were here homeworking, trying to have meetings etc.
