@OpenreachHelp It was reported to plusnet but because this issue with the poles was reported 5 years ago and you have done nothing about it they told me to log a complaint with you which is impossible.

@Plusnet no mobile service since yesterday in Redhill. I have been advised there is a mast down but nothing is showing as an outage and my neighbour on EE has no problems and I believe Plusnet use EE masts? My phone is essential for my business so this is a nightmare for me

Really @Plusnet! Can't you even manage to give customer support callers useful feedback like an estimated time to be answered or at least their queue position? Even local council helpline can do this.

@Plusnet What is going on with your network and billing systems? Why is my service blocked again?! First your direct debit system fails to take the monthly payment. Then I have to spend an hour on customer service line to pay ovef the phone..
