@stumpygutbucket @sainsburysbank Gawdstrewth! Ugh. For future reference when it won't cripple us to go back to them we will go back to PlusNet was excellent. We are now with Poptelecom who are crap. I nearly had a breakdown when trying to sort out our gas and electric with NPower years ago!

@plusnethelp I didn't get broadband until yesterday afternoon(may be around 14 hours it was down). I called plusnet customerservice. Despite waiting 46 minutes in the call, no one answered it. Besides, speed I have been getting for the last 1 week is below the minimum guaranteed speed.

@Mitchambelle @plusnethelp Oh great info...that's helpful as Plusnet service status on their website says everything is working fine! I'm in London and has problems all morning until I called them and they put in a temp fix.

Wow imagine, get revived in Apex only for my router to give out 2 seconds later, @plusnet routers are garbage, if you want to get plusnet buy your own router.
