@plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

Missed the #masters coverage last night after the broadband failed. Called #plusnet this morning. Call answered straight away and issue fixed in 10 mins. Credit where it's due. Great job.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet your broadband service has significantly dropped in standards. Intermittent services...don’t think I’ll be renewing with you...in fact, if I could cancel now I would.

@saramttnez @virginmedia @Plusnet They tried upselling me! I told them our issue was that their WiFi doesn’t reach our nursery and as such our baby monitor doesn’t work and the person had the gall to try and get us to spend MORE money.
