    @mc_steveo87 Hi there, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the connection and for the delayed response. Are you still having this issue or is everything working ok now? - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

    @AussieSimon @Plusnet Same for me. They switched it a day early too. And their "award winning customer services" couldn't give a tinkers cuss either.

  • Jockfirth John Firth (@Jockfirth) reported

    @Plusnet on holiday. App won’t work/sign in. Reset password twice. Still won’t work! #FirstHurdleFail #fail #FirstWorldProblems

  • christoffski82 Chris Devlin (@christoffski82) reported

    @Plusnet hi, your mobile service is absolutely abysmal abroad and in the uk, your customer service is on a par with your signal if not worse. I am cancelling my contract as soon I get back from holiday.

  • AussieSimon Simon Fletcher (@AussieSimon) reported

    @Plusnet So it turned out the router had been delivered to a neighbour. No message to say this though, no tracking information available, no one answering your “help line”, and 2 days to respond to a tweet, is a bad first experience

    @dougie1805 Hi Dougie, I'm so sorry about this, it's not a good start at all. I can see we've credited you to help with a contingency, please DM us if there's anything more we can do. I'd recommend deleting your previous tweet as it contains personal account info. - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

    @Plusnet what is going on with the internet.. nationwide reports of it being down but your website says there are no errors. A lot of people work from home ! Sort it out !!

  • MrsLcom1 Mrs_L.com (@MrsLcom1) reported

    @Plusnet problems yet again 🤬 my upload speeds have been at 12mbps for weeks despite being on unlimited fibre with a guarantee of 61-72mbps…

  • bromleyj Jonathan Bromley (@bromleyj) reported

    @katebevan @Crundwell @Plusnet I get this too, on my otherwise excellent and reliable PN 80/20 service. But of course the bit that's dropping out isn't PN at all - it's BT Openreach's exchange-to-cabinet-to-home stuff. I suspect you'd get exactly the same with any other provider using the same BTOR last-mile.
