    @plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

    Okay so the internet is BACK ON. Yes, the internet is BACK ON PEOPLE... Thank you @Plusnet Thank you people who rallied round with phone numbers. Only problem is I’ve now had a bath and I don’t feel like working 🥸

    @plusnethelp Would be interesting to see what that "small number of our customers" is, as we have been experiencing daily outages for over 3 weeks. Perhaps it would give Plusnet a better picture of the problem. We are still down, 3 hours so far

    @Plusnet internet connection is CONSTANTLY DOWN. Please get your act together, it is now becoming impossible to work from home and our jobs depend on a connection
