@plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

@Plusnet customer service at Plusnet which used to be good has taken a nose dive as you can’t even email them now. As a long term customer I’m off. There are so many other providers now who are cheaper, check them out.

@Plusnet have sorted our internet out at the bungalow on the day they said it would be switched on. Good customer service with regular updates including a DM service on here. Thank you. I would be moaning on here if it had gone badly so feel I should give praise where due
