Absolutely fed up, #plusnet @Plusnet been almost 2 years without WiFi with a speed of 0.095mb - never any follow through, can’t speak to anyone - highly DO NOT recommend.

2nd jan and still no service @Plusnet after "install" on 29th December!! I wonder how long this great service will continue. Think I'll contact @bt_uk &jump ship and get out of this "contract", surely @Plusnet are in breach! #BadService

@richard32hard @VodafoneUK Ha yeh I regret leaving @Plusnet never no issues but I needed faster broadband they only did 25 meg at the time but there again Vodafone gives me like 12 meg not over 50
