@BTGroup @Plusnet I would like to control my broadband speed to help my children focus on their homework, rather than gaming or streaming I’m looking @DrayTekUK routers, as they allow you to control these settings Is this something you can bring in, or should I buy their router

@Plusnet A shame the routers you supply have such poor performance. I replaced the stock router w/ expensive ASUS DSL-AX82U which sorted out the connection. Your customer service would not accept you stock router is garbage.

@Plusnet Thanks for not replying. My dad has now had 2 phone calls with Plusnet to resolve this and had to give up after being on hold so long listening to dire music. No record of original call, hence no appointment. Horrendous service

@Plusnet very bad service. 1 of your customers didn't realise they needed their PUK code, now lost all contacts, business & personal. Is there really nothing that can be done? Don't take a contract with @Plusnet when their customer service so unhelpful !!!
