    @plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

    @virginmedia @Samjone48873045 I’m having exactly the same problem? Why is your service so bad now? It’s really gone downhill. I rang Plusnet and they answered the phone within 3 minutes. I’ve spent nearly 3 HOURS (in total) trying to get through to Virgin on the phone. It is not acceptable.

    @Plusnet Ive had the most painful day since I can remember because of plusnet mobile. I transfered over to them - but how i wished i hadnt.... Shocking service, cant email them, cant call them as they have disabled my number, still waiting for a non existent sim from them - 5 days now

    @Plusnet Hi Team, elderly neighbour is having trouble with their phone. Ran all the checks. Phone works when plugged onto master socket however not when in normal socket. All of his attempts to speak to someone haven't gone anywhere. How does he go about getting new phone socket?

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet I signed up 4/5 months ago and still haven't received my £80 sign up bonus? I see you have an advert now offering £50 to people to sign up... Will they ever get it? Is this a con to entice you to sign into a 24 month contract!? Can someone please help?
