  @Plusnet Right. I'm still unable to receive calls unless I switch to 3G. This is terrible. I cannot afford to keep missing calls because they just don't show up if I have 4G enabled. I've been a customer for 3 weeks and will be leaving in the next week if it's not sorted

  @Plusnet I've already asked her to do this with the fault that she reported a while back which still hasn't been fixed. Unfortunately I live some distance away so while I originally set this up for her I don't get to see her often to help with issues like this.

  I work from home. I need internet to be able to pay my bills. Since I joined @Plusnet on 11/08 I’ve not had a full 24 hours of service. 5 engineers, new wires, holes in my walls + 2 boxes later and still nothing. I’m at my wits end, this is ridiculous.

  @Plusnet I have just switched over to plusnet from EE and now seem to be having issues with my WiFi 6 laptop getting speeds under 1mb. My other laptop and devices work fine. So my question is could I swap this router for a WiFi 6 compatible one ? It’s a hub one I received thanks

  @Plusnet You seem to having issues with the Internet. I got kicked out of 3 games online and on speed test run, this said it were slow. How can this be whilst I am on fibre connection?
