    @plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

    @JBoneDS @ManticoreRich Virgin is very much when it works they are brilliant but when it doesn’t they are the worst company in the universe! Sometimes it does make a different switching suppliers like EE, Plusnet, etc as they do tweaks to make this run nicely on their bits. Problem is if BT do work

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet I opened a ticket because your broken site says I'm no longer allowed a static ip. You replied to say you have no intention of replying. "We're sorry, but you can no longer raise a query via this method and as such this message will not be responded too"

    @Plusnet why has my fixed rate contract accelerated in price? I make 1 phone call a day tops and don't stream film or tv, nor game. Yet my monthly bill is going upwards every month, now way over double the renewed contract price. You didn't reply to my message on your help site.

    i'm livid @Plusnet @plusnethelp i have never in my life been kept so in the dark about an ongoing issue in this fashion. sunday 11:00AM we were informed there was a major service outage, and it's been like pulling teeth to get any information about this. AVOID.

    Appalling service from @Plusnet with regard to switching my elderly account to them - hub not turned up by switch day but more importantly there incoming calls have been switched off. Explained critical for carer teams and family to contact - customer service not interested
