    @Plusnet WHY on EARTH am I paying an extra 8 pounds since I moved house for broadband, and it’s giving me 652.6 KBPS download speed, and ONLY 290.5 KBPS upload?! And I can’t cancel because you want to rinse me of £100+ to opt out. What a **** show of a service provider.

    Why is @Plusnet so bad. Had it for ages and have had non stop issues with it. I could deal with it disconnecting every hour but now I literally have had no interest connection for the past hour. @plusnethelp

    @plusnethelp have migrated from Sky to Plusnet today. Sky turned off my service. Plusnet haven’t sent a router. Currently without service with two people working from home. Please help!

    @plusnethelp Broadband switched to Plusnet yesterday, promised seamless transition which is necessary for work and uni classes but no Internet. Been through all troubleshooting yesterday but it's an authorisation issue and now told got to wait till Friday!

    @plusnethelp My elderly parents have had no incoming calls to their Plusnet phone for 2 days and cannot get thru' on your helpline. Your 'online' Live Chat service is actually OFFLINE. They are isolated, vulnerable and cut-off. Could you please provide some assistance urgently
