    @plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

    @virginmedia @Plusnet I’m shocked by the inadequacy of your staff, and I’m tearing my hair out at the thought of explaining this whole thing again, for the 13th time, to someone else who will promise to, but won’t fix the problem!

    After troubleshooting for myself it seems that the router that Plusnet provide is just, well, s***. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing!

    On Tuesday I was told everything was sorted, and the line would be activated before midnight. Wednesday morning, no broadband. I commented on the support ticket to tell @Plusnet this so they were aware - apparently this means "don't worry about this line, it's lowest priority!".

    @Sundaytwist @VodafoneIreland Vodafone is such a rubbish company. Dispensed with their services years ago. Phone wise been with 3 for 12 years and get my broadband from plusnet. Not let me down yet

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet hi all, have email confirm to set up my broadband. Have the router now plugged in but Red flashing light. Tried resetting, with button / paper clip / unplugging everything. Can’t find anymore help online, can’t get through to customer services. Thoughts?

    @plusnethelp If I join Plusnet broadband, is it possible to request a go live date for your service to start, as my current supplier charges a cancellation fee if its even 1 day before my current contract ends next month?

    @plusnethelp been trying to get Plusnet help all day. No landline for 2 days and hanging on the phone for 20 minutes at a time. No call back facility. Not happy!
