@plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

@MoneySavingExp Contacted @plusnet today to query my bill. Didn't have to wait long on the phone. It was great to speak to a real friendly person who sorted my problem straight away. I was due a refund no quibble completed straight away. Fab experience.

@Plusnet Been a customer for nearly 6 years but just left due to the abhorrent customer service!! Broadband connection is terrible, drops out constantly, doesn't work upstairs and despite numerous attempts to sort it out nothing is done! Definitely do not recommend!!!! 😡

@Plusnet you took over my broadband when I was away. Travelling back in the uk to a text to say my router has only just been posted today… and I can see my old connection is offline. Two kids and Easter weekend ahead. Can you see the problem? Can you check when it was posted
