@SuperScienceGrl Depends on the product. For some reason there is no fibre in the city centre of Bristol, so Plusnet are as good as they can be. But it can be slow…..good customer service to be fair though.

@Plusnet @plusnet There isn't a yellow banner. To confirm, a family member can call the support centre and make my final payment from me? They will be able to call from the UK as I cannot make calls at the moment.

Absolutely shocking service from @Plusnet. They managed to get our broadband up and running for house move but broke our a/c, had to set up new a/c which has changed our home phone number. Broadband failed to activate on "Activation Day" yesterday. Total and utter shambles 🤬

@MarkSaltmarsh Because there's no reception in the flat - and they decommissioned Sure Signal - I can only make calls via Wi-Fi Calling. So they want me to pay more to Plusnet to get a faster speed... And, yes, 'moving the mast' is definitely the way forward...

So if your thinking of moving to @Plusnet don’t…… categorically the worst customer service ever. Five failed promises for a manager call back. Communication is not the forte of this communications company. God knows how they are voted the best st anything.

@Plusnet why have I got an email charging me for p&p when you guys never sent the router? Not paying for a mistake that wasn't my own. Please advise.
