@bt_uk Hi I have had a ayliffe@globalnet email address for many years through the process of Madasafish trhough to the BT owned Plusnet. Unfortuantely 7 days ago I stopped recieveing sending emails through outlook. Any help would be appreciated please.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Yes - recently I was due to renew with Plusnet for £40.98 and I asked for the new customer price, which is £26.99. Had to sign up for another 18 months but I got the new customer price.

@Plusnet Data roaming is not working in Madeira (my friend has full 4g). I've been unable to log in to your website to contact your customer services. Password reset does not seem to be working.
