@plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

@Plusnet my friend is with you for her internet.just moved house and for a month and still have no internet. She had 2 dates for installation and had no show and no explanations. She had to off work two times to wait up but no engineer turn up.your customer phone is shocking.

@Plusnet cheers for charging me for a service which i cancelled over 1 month ago. I rang you twice about this, 1st time you were useless and said to do nothing, 2nd time you blamed it on a billing issue and said youd refund me, no compensation, cheers.

@BTSopenreach are you guys working on restoring broadband to WV14 yet? @Plusnet sent the issue back to you yesterday and nothing yet. Heading on for 48 hours now since I lost connection, work from home and patience is starting to wear thin! Please fix it.
