  @plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

  Seems that Plusnet is having an rare internet outage. I tried changing DNS which means it's not a DNS outage.
