    @plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

    @Plusnet 2/2 . My problem is I have fixed IP from you. Can't get mail. Web hosting company tells me IP is blocked and this is causing the problem. Apparently you need to contact the third-party companies to get it whitelisted.

    @Rosco_RS @plusnethelp I don't think they care to be honest. My router suddenly decided I'm in Germany (I'm in UK) after being switched off temporarily & now I can't access a lot of UK websites which is impacting my ability to work from home. Plusnet are ignoring my DM :( Hope they sort your issue.

    @plusnethelp absolutely disgusted with the awful service from Plusnet. Meant to be turned on today, previous service turned off - guess what? Plusnet not working and customer service useless
