@Plusnet what’s wrong in WV11 area? My mom is one of your customers & hasn’t had internet or phone for last few days. There was some work being carried out in the street by City Fibre & yesterday there were a couple of BT engineers working there because of problems they’d caused.

@Plusnet my broadband has been down since yesterday. BS15 area. Is there a problem in this area or is it just me? I’ve done all the usual things to reset it, still no joy.
