    @plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

    Just want everyone to know that Plusnet are by very far the absolute worst broadband provider I've ever had, in my opinion I'd suggest that you don't even consider their service.

    @ste4kngr4vy I have tried various over the years and Plusnet would be the best, in my opinion, if low cost and quality are what you want. Although their service has deteriorated recently imo Avoid EE like the plague.

    So much for @Plusnet 'award winning' customer service. Cancelled my contract due no signal. Told no charges owed but still trying to charge & CS not sorting out, not passing 2 supervisor. Dreadful🤬 @itvMLshow @telegraphmoney

    My mobile network (@Plusnet) says I used 2.5GB of data yesterday. I was connected to wifi at work and at home and even if not, didn’t do anything anywhere near that data intensive so this feels wrong. Anyone got any experience of what could cause this? Do they make mistakes?!

    @Plusnet I shouldn't have to ring up to renew my broadband, come on now. You have sent me an email with a special offer that's not valid when I click it. Another offer on my login is also not valid; are you sure you want me to renew?

    @scouseblue48 No mate Plusnet, I've told them ,they've been the worst provider I've ever had, they do though now think it might actually be a faulty router. Said they'd replace it if needed

    @Plusnet Ten years ago, my parents (who are now pensioners) joined Plusnet and today they will be leaving. They’ve inadvertently signed up to a contract they can’t keep up with. Unfortunately nothing customer services can do, very disappointing for loyal customer.
