@CitizensAdvice HELP PLEASE ...With @plusnethelp @Plusnet They wont even give me a grace period , i explained ive a funeral to attend on tues 8th & im going to have to cancel my hospital appointment also now due to this & go without food .meaning i cannot take my meds either !

@plusnethelp Hi. I am moving house and need to arrange for a transfer for my Plusnet Broadband if possible or cancel my contract. So hard trying get through on the phone. On hold for ages and no indication where you are in a queue.

@cardiffstu @Gazman1927 They offered me £28 for 18mth contract. I pay £27 with Plusnet . In the 5 plus years I've been with them I've had no issues with service albeit the WiFi drops out occasionally but a router reboot sorts that.

Slight harumph at @Plusnet having "had to take the site down for maintenance.". Was looking at renewal options - my contract is up with them in a month;i n these days of scalable websites and renting server time, surely you don't need to fully take a site offline to do work? :-/

@Plusnet Please send an engineer out so I can use my broadband. I’ve tried everything to get you and @OpenreachHelp to send an engineer and no one seems to care about the issue at all. 24 days without any internet connection and counting.

@OpenreachHelp Please please please send an engineer out to fix my broadband, I’m with plusnet and they keep telling me you’re coming and you never show up. It’s been 24 days! I’m desperate. I need to work from home and homeschool too.

@Plusnet- To activate the broadband it takes 10 days and never mentioned about it before. We live in a developed country and it takes 10 days to activate broadband. While some of the developing countries takes only 24hrs. Plusnet is shame for this country
